Doors Plus Holdings my front door to my unit in drummoyne

I have and paid for 5 doors to be installed in my Unit.

The front door in particular was not completed or stained alone the side or the top part of the door. My door frame has a hole when the installation occurred.

The place was left a total mess of sawdust and wood chipping. The trans person didn't bother to vacuum.
Even though I made several phone calls t the manger he was rude and has not given me a date to rectify the damage. Yes, he told me when he is ready they will send the same trades person out.

I also included photos and 3 email.

I want the job completed as as possible.

Doors Plus Holdings iv10ba9 noise reduction semi solid wood internal door

Bought a iv10ba9 noise reduction semi solid wood internal door to replace our $40 internal standard bedroom door. Guaranteed to reduce sound. Did not reduce it one iota. Have the original door and have had it tested against this $400+ door.

They seemed so convincing when they sold us the door but now do not want to know - have put the phone down on us several times - refused to put us through to manager and will not respond to even our complaints by email. We are taking the matter further now but buyers beware

Doors Plus Holdings Bad service who take your money & don't deliver your goods

Doors plus at campbellfield victoria - bad bad service. They take your money and do not deliver your doors &then ignore your phone calls!

Doors plus at campbellfield in vic have very bad service, very rude customer service and never return your phone calls.

We ordered doors from campbellfield doors plus in victoria and we have been waiting for our doors for 4weeks, when they said it will arrive in 2weeks. Tried to call several times to enquire but every time I call they don't seem to know where our doors are and say they will check and say they will call back but they never do call back. They just don't seem to care. We have paid for our doors and no one at that store can give us information to let us know if our doors arrived.
Every time I call doors plus at campbellfield, they lie and say they will call back but never do - this has been happening for 4weeks.
Campbellfield door plus is like a circus with clowns working there who have no idea. They blame it on stock taking, blame it on short staff, he even blamed it on me saying that "I only told u that i'll call you back because you put those words in my mouth" - what a joke!

4weeks later, still no doors, still no information where my doors are. They don't even know if my doors arrived at the shop or not as they are too lazy to check and act as if it's not their problem if I dont get my doors. 

Do not buy from doors plus in campbellfield victoria - they are happy to take your money but will not deliver your door

Doors Plus Holdings Security door (DPGU35057) useless, very poor customer service

Receive fast friendly service? Is it a joke? Charlie is the worst person I ever spoken on the phone. He called me a liar. Also said “we are here to service you not serve you”. What kind of person says that to a customer? This is my story, I have ordered a security door on 29th September 2015(DPGU35057). And I got an appointment from the carpenter to come to my house and measure the door on 10.00AM 17th October 2015. Carpenter([protected]) has arrived 9.25AM and has called me when I drive home that time carpenter has left 9.40AM. (Carpenter was supposed to arrive at 10.00Am) I came home by 9.45 and called the carpenter and no answer. (I have all the call logs). I have called Doors plus and asked the progress, Then this person called (Charlie) and accusing me that I am a liar and all this. He said I am going to cancel the order. Finally after a month of waiting got nothing. Really fast and friendly service. Doorplus is not the only place we can buy doors. Please please don’t ever get anything from doors plus. They don’t have any customer service manners at all.

Doors Plus Holdings Late installation

I place a order on January 2014 with door plus mitcham store Victoria, now is already April, the door I ordered still not installed yet. They schedule me this morning 14/04/2014 for the installation, as last two times I received call said door can not be installed this time, the reason is they haven't got the door in stock. I can't understand why they book me in when they can not make sure the stock is there. They made mistake twice on the measurement, I am really question their specialty. I can't see any positive about this company and never ever go to this company again. It is very surprise to me why they call it as Australia's leading?

Doors Plus Holdings Incompetence and intimdation

I placed a large whole-house order back in July 2011. Since then, there have been seven months of mistakes, incompetence, untruths, broken promises and so much rudeness that it started to get funny – apart from the fact that they had thousands of dollars of my money throughout the process!
The comedy of errors runs to three A4 pages so I’ll spare you the details, but I have records of dates, names and conversations in anticipation of a formal complaint.
The final straw for me was when my wife went to collect our last lot of door handles, she was incorrectly told that there was nothing to pay. Doors Plus later realised they’d made a mistake and asked us to come in and pay the outstanding balance ($131). We explained that it wasn’t possible to do so on that day but my wife would be in the following day to pay the balance.
Shortly thereafter (on the same day) I received this text which I have copied verbatim, complete with spelling and grammar errors:
“balance outstanding for goods taken today that you new were outstanding and were informed that this must be paid by the close of business today. Various phone calls were made to no avail we will now put in hands of debt collectors as you have left us no alternative but to do so doors plus head office”
Then the following morning, this:
“outstanding account will now be listed with Dunn”
Now, I don’t know who or what a ‘Dunn’ is but I hope it’s a debt collection agency, though it wouldn’t surprise me if it’s the name of a Pulp Fiction-styled hit-man based on my dealings with this company thus far.
This has been the worse experience I’ve ever had with any business. I will never again set foot in a Doors Plus store and I strongly suggest you don’t either.

I just received a phone call from Craig, the manager of the Gilles Plains store (which has recently relocated to Sefton Park).

To be fair, this particular store was a minor player in the saga and has in fact resolved an ongoing issue I'd had with another store.

It was an unfortunate series of events, misunderstandings and miscommunications that led to the offensive text messages being sent from head office. Craig has genuinely apologised to both my wife and myself for the small part that his store played. He also apologised on behalf of the company for what what had taken place prior to his store's involvement. Craig explained that there has been some recent staffing changes at the other store and believes that the poor service that we experienced there should be a thing of the past.

He asked if there was some way that he could compensate us for our bad experiences and it was agreed that some flowers sent to my wife would be appropriate and appreciated.

I was impressed with Craig and feel that he was genuine and sincere. Based on my conversation with him I would feel comfortable dealing with the Sefton Park (formerly Gilles Plains) store in the future.

We just had a business dealing with Doors Plus-Pennant Hills in Sydney. Very badly done job on three plain internal doors. The craftmanship was very poor. We gave them the measurements of the doors via the phone. To my amazement when the doors arrived, they were larger. The carpenter had to cut them. Anyway, he didn't fix the cut edges. They were pretty rugged and the doors weren't sealed properly. We took picutures and took them to the store to show the manager. He wasn't interested in the rugged edges as though they were supposed to be like that from cutting. Anyone yrear 7 woodwork student would know that you would need to smooth the uneven edges and especially if one has to pay so much for a plain door. Anyway, the carpenter came again to seal the doors plus fix the edges. Now this time the paint job on the edge wasn't done nicely and it affected the front surface of the door. Complained to the manager via the phone. He bascially brushed us off and said we expected too much. Then we went up to the store and told him that we weren't expecting anything grand. We were just expecting three plain doors that have nice even edges and a good coat of paint. The manger went on about we have different expectations. I was thinking how much lower could we go? Just four even edges and nice coat of paint. Just want to say, do not use Doors Plus. They are rude and try to pass the blame to the customers for having high expectations. Whatever happened to customer service? Just "DO NOT USE DOORS PLUS'

We purchased a number of glass panels doors with their "Paint and Peel" film so we could paint directly over the top. We did this and the paint leaked underneath over the glass. A door was ordered 30/9/08 for delivery and fitting 9/10/08, as we had appointments it was ordered as 1st job and we were told the carpenter would be at our home at approx 8am.
