DU has been charging me a higher amount than they should. The issue has been resolved and I was promised verbally and in written that the excess amount would be transferred to my bank account but I am still waiting after 1 month. Costumer care, escalation team and the office in Internet city all give me one excuse after the other. Promises of call back never happens. To talk to the same person you have previously spent time explaining the issue to is not possible. To get a direct email address is not possible. To talk to a manager is not possible. Purely horrific costumer service..

Dear Team,
We have relocated on 31 August & placed Network relocation request to DU Service provider.
From this date, we are daily taking follow-up & raising our concern to DU Customer Support. Every time, we have been told the Work order is not release yet & they will update us back.
Its the same status from last 8 days. This has caused lot of hassles to us & wasted our significant amount of time in dailly follow-up.

du tourist plan
This service is a major fraud, avoid it... do not use it.
I came for dubai, for 4 days and they gave me a DU sim card as soon as i arrived the airport.
After checking the recharge plans available, i added 110aed for 2gb data + 40 mins talk time, but, i only had 3 min call...
After adding more 110aed, they added 2gb to my plan, but still no talk time.
After making a complaint, they told me that they were trying to solve that with technical service...
Well, i will buy another non DU sim card and enjoy the rest of my staying in dubai, meanwhile i will fill in a complaint with my credit card company.
Avoid this at all cost.

Their services went down yesterday morning and for the last 36 hours I have been on over 10 phone calls, get the same repeated message that they will call me back with a technical team. Yet nothing changes and I'm left in the blank. I don't get to say my opinion, I don't get any information on what happened or when it will get fixed and my phone calls are being treated very disposable. Waiting 36 hours for a simple fix is not acceptable

Myself harish Singh existing customer of du home services (WiFi) requested for WiFi reallocation 35 days ago but I am waiting for technician to fix it. Everyday I am calling to Du customer service but they are manupulating me every day. They are telling me fake technician visit and nobody is coming on scheduled date and time and wasting my time by saying that be there in the place. Couple of time I approached to the manager but they also did not take it seriously. I am very disappointed now and not happy with the services.
Am complaining about the deduction of my airtime when ever I credit my phone.
My phone number is [protected], I have been using this number for two years now, at first it was ok but now when ever I credit my phone the always deduct my airtime I don't actually know what is happening, and there always borrow me with credit when I don't need at same time the deduct it so please help me fix this it is don't one to change my simcard. Sir, I activated data pack for one day & later I deactivated it but still it's ongoing, & then I notice balance deduction daily 2dhs.
Next day I called customer care, I complained the problem they told that they deactivated it. But sill money deducted . Next day I called & complained & said the problem that I called yesterday customer care that my balance deducting they said we deactivated but still again my balance is deducting please double confirm it or else I cancel my sim
He told no sir now I deactivated no problem,
But after 5 days I again notice my mobile balance deducting
I didn't know, how the customer service people are working, please atleast now describe any subscription / internet packs or any others

I have a complaint regarding my pre paid number being de activated and cancelled by an untrained employee Mr. Albin at DU franchise in Mercato Mall branch, who doesnt know how to use the computer and keeps telling that he is new and i am unable to make or receive calls now. He tells me now he cannot reactivate my no now. I have to purchase a postpaid plan from him.
Please re activate my no and take the required disciplinary action for this gross negligence
Outstanding settlement 2010
I left the UAE in 2010 and on due time I performed all necessary steps to cancel all service offered by du under account 1.[protected].
Back in 2017 I start receiving notifications requesting the payment of outstanding amounts. I have replied to every single request explaining that all outstanding amounts were settled accordingly in person when I left the UAE.
however, I also stated that in case du failed to process all the pending charges, I have not inconvenience to pay, however it is imperative that an invoice is sent as proof of the debt.
Since the notifications from du and now from an agency do not stop, I have replied that I'll submit a complain if I continue being harassed without a proof of the debt, as I said, I personally and diligently took care of the settlement of the account when I left the UAE.

I am complain about the one du agent with bad behavior to his customers
I would like to share my bad experienced last night about the du's agent base in Grand City Mall Al Qouz Mall he has so bad interaction with the costumers I and my colleagues will not use du anymore simply because of the incident last night he acts so arrogant without any reasons why he have to shout and asking us a fight. we are so disappointed. please do an urgent disciplinary action for du's agent otherwise he will do the same to others as he did to us last night. which is will effect to du rate.
du home services bundle package
I applied for DU services 25th of September, being told that the only way i can get internet and landline is via a bundle package.
Everything was installed and my contract sent to me on e-mail.
I was not asked to sign anything, and knowing that I was receiving the needed services and that is is a 1-year contract, I have kept using the services and paying for DU accordingly.
I am now reaching 1 year from the beginning of the contract, and I made a call to clarify the cancellation process. I was told that my contract is for 2 years which took me by surprise. I never had to check the contract before because I wasn't asked to sign for anything, but now I did - and I found out that the DU representative has signed the contract on behalf of me, the signature is not even comparable to any of my legal documents signatures.
How should I proceed? I feel also that this is not right to go behind customera backs and illegally sign documents like this. Please help. I am not willing to pay the early termination fees.

The Marketing department of Du Mobile service provider in UAE has given me a call to activate an better plan and i have been informed that there will be no penality imposted if I dedicate my old plan and activate new plan but when the my bill has come AED 400 has been charged. When I contacted Du Customer they have raised a ticket on 31st July and till today i.e. 12th August this request is pending with out any resolution and my line is disconnected. I have been contacting them almost every alternate day I get a assurance that it will be resolved by tomorrow and nothing happens. They dont even has a courtsey to call back and update the status of ticket. I have been suffering with this poor customer service of du. I suggest people to opt for etisalat and dont go for du connection as they dont care about their customer.

I am receiving the poorest customer service I ave ever seen in my entire life. They sent me a message asking to provide them with my passport and visa otherwise my sim card will be deactivated. I uploaded all the required documents. However, one week later they stopped it and texted me that they refuse my documents and I have to visit their branch. I visited six times till now in the past three days showing them my documents and no one know why they rejected it and no one can help. Every time telling me to visit us after a few hours with your Id it will be solved and nothing changed!. Lately, they advise me to change my number!. Not my sim card. They want me to change my number so it would be solved.
This is how Du customer service solves their customer problems, s!.
Do not recommend it to anyone especially for anyone who is new to the country. They have very stupid regulation.

DU telecom...Is such a worst telecom Services in UAE. In fact Du and etisalat is same. I visited du store to cancel my postpaid bcoz my contract going to finish with in 10 days. Du center people saying u have to come after 11th day. And there is some charges also. So many people don't get proper salaries and these telecom people playing with people.

DU telecom...Is such a worst telecom that I ever have! They are adding a lot of third party services without your consent so that you'll pay them a ton of money! By the time you find out that third party services that they put into your account and ask to take it out and tell them you will not going to pay for that third party service that they put forcefully, they will gonna play innocent and they will say they don't know about that services! Also their customer care agents are so arrogant as if you're the one who did something wrong to them... We are f**cking customers and we will only pay the rightful amount from the usage that we use not the third party services that is so useless and forcefully being put there...I regret that I took DU as my postpaid telecom...Please don't get DU telecom as your phone service provider!

It's been more than 4 days i'm following up with Du customer service for
reconnection of my services until today nothing happened.
Actually i have paid my bill on the 25 of July, and it seems the payment didn't reflect on the DU system, i send an email with proof of payment on the 6 of the August, i can't understand this kind of service. i need my services to be connected at once.
and i need to speak to a manager.

tv channels are not working
None of the TV channels are working for the past 4 days and I have called 800155 and complained on the same. I have followed up with calls 4 times and there is no action taken till date. Every time they try to connect to the service person called Soumik and he never comes on line. Your customer service agents in call center keeps promising that some one will call in next 30 min and our case is escalated to senior manager. Today I spoke to one Dhiraj who also promised that the case will be sorted out in one hour. Till today we are only hearing the sympathetic talks of your agents and no action taken to attempt to solve the issue.
With Eid holidays coming up, my family has to spend the holidays with no TV. I lilke some responsible to contact me and sort out the issue.
I also want to be compensated for non availability of TV channel for the days lost in next DU bill. I feel the customer service need lot of improvement.
