I am a new du customer and taken the du home package which includes home tv, internet & telephone line. I got the connection without a new router & wavo tv package and since last 2 weeks even after various follow-ups & reminders, no action was taken and till date there is no timeline when services will be delivered. I made numerous calls to customer service & by e-mails but it seems nobody cares. It is deceiving when you promise something in the contract you have to deliver, if not the customer should be compensated. I even want to cancel my contract but du is charging 1 year fees for that, whereas the breach is from du side. Even the internet connection is not good, range is very bad & signal strength is fluctuating & very slow. My consumer number is 1.[protected], I would be more than happy if you can cancel my connection without any charges as I am totally dissatisfied with du services and it is only 2 weeks I took this connection.

I am facing the same ! Never take du services
Same me with my brother ... DU to Etisalat than Etisalat to DU without solution to customer, ...both are just switching the complain to others table finally we ask for disconnection because we don't have time to call and followup with them on daily routine kind.
And even we complain to TRA.
Finally no Result, ...
but for sure i am not going to pay ... let them ask me to come court...
I am not the only one who is suffering with same issue. DU Has to admit that customers are suffering because of poor service from there side.
They put wrong charges of AED 150. Customer service guy at the counter asked us to ignore it and that it is sorted. Now they suspended the internet and cable services without warning. This is the second time this is happening. Worst services
