The worst experience that I had ever!
I went to Sahara mall branch to change my number from postpaid to prepaid and the employee there was unprofessional and he didn't inform me anything about the process, also there was a free charge of esim fees on the Du application so he did a big issue to his collegue as he guided me to do it instead of paying 20 dhs infront me instead of markting to his company offers!
Since 3 days until now my number is deactivated and no one can reach out to me even , I have called the call center for more than 7 times and each time they told me that they will check and escalate and ntn happened they mentioned the first time at 12 am will be updated and then the second day at morning, etc and their manager nourhan didn't help at alll!
My number until now is not reachable even I asked to share with me the call log to avoid losing my clients or given a compensation and they mentioned nothing can be done. why I should pay for ending the cotract service and respect the process while no one here is supporting the clients!
My issue not resolved yet!
