unsanitary, abusive f employee
Dunkin Donuts at touristy Haymarket MBTA Bus station. Gloved F slouching, male at register, no greeting. Ordered 1 small decaf and hot apple pie. F no change in gloves, grabs apple pie. I ask M to intstruct her to change gloves, he refused. Asked F directly she refused! Returned the dirty pies to the bin and grabbed them with no gloves. Asked for mgr, not available. M scribbled Manjit, no business card, then refused to write F name. (HIRA from name tag). F got abusive, then swore SALLI? under her breath. Not hispanic, Paki-Indian? I walked out, unsanitary, appalling.

abuse in the workplace
I worked for this store for ten months, and it was nothing but mental torture. The store manager was always yelling and screaming at all of us employees in front of eachother and in front of the customers. She yelled at me yesterday and called me a cocky little ###.I had my fill and we had it out right there, but unfortunately for me i was fired for standing up for myself, and whats worse is that it pissed her off so bad that she called the cops and put a restraining order on me. I feel that she just did that to show off her power and to use me as an example to all the rest of my fellow employees that if they stand up to her thats what will happen to them. Someone needs to get rid of her before the company goes down. all of her most experienced help has left and more and more are quitting all the time.
lawyer up.
This company thrives off making all the employees look bad so they can save money.
if you notice, someone is trolling. The OP has 1 post while the person posting responses, with the same name, has 5 responses.
Sounds to me like you deserved it and might be best suited for suicide.
Oh Helpnu, I told her that I refused to clean the washroom that is a man's job. When she told me that everyone helps out I threatened to smack her. SHe caled the police on me and then fired me. What a wimp, hiding behind the police.
This evil ### just saw my letter. ONe of my "friends" tattled on her like some kindergartener. Now she wants me to post the real reason I was fired. Okay it was me who called her a corky ###. Not the other way around. Happy now. She also believes everything people say. I told her that I would smack her because I was forced to work hard and she called the police on me crying. I doubt she is scared, just fake tears. I hate that stupid ###. Ha you can sue me for making false claims on you not for calling you a stupid ###. You can even complain about my threat of bodily harm however I can tell the world how much I hate you loser.
pricing policy
I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts on the Post Rd. in Fairfield, CT for coffee and a toasted bagel with butter. My husband noticed that the employee rang up one bagel for $1.29 and added a charge for butter for $.40. I have never heard of an establishment charging for butter on a bagel (cream cheese yes-$1.20 extra)! I asked the employee if that is indeed the...

I go into this dunkin donuts almost every morning to get myself and my husband a coffee. And most of these morning, there are three girls that I can see and hear talking so badly about all the customers, including myself sometimes, using profanity and extremley hurtful words that I dont even care to mention. I have taken the time to read there name tags (thank god they are required to do so) and there names are terry, ashley, and tara. These girls should not be working in a restaurant buisness where customers are the number one priority. If I were a part of the corporate team, I would do the right thing by firing them immediatly. Terry and Tara almost always make a huge deal about my bagels or sandwiches being cut into half, of putting cream cheese on my bagel. This restaurant will no longer be my coffee stop in the morning. Those horrible girls need to go!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Cutting bagels in half is kind of a pain. The cream cheese gets everywhere and we have to use a dull rounded spatula (which is meant for spreading frosting/cream cheese) or use a plastic knife to cut with, because we don't have actual knives. So adding that on to an order along with the constant pressure of preparing sandwiches quickly to both drive-thru and the front counter can become stressful.
working conditions
I work for this company and Dunkin Donuts rents from Rindge Country Convience Store. It is about 87 degrees inside where Dunkin Donuts is located right now. There is no air circulating and people get so hot that they feel like they are going to pass out. Not only that but we are all sweating while dealing with food, I think that is unsanitary and...

Read full review of Dunkin' Donutssoured ice tea
My friend and I stopped in at the Dunkin Donuts in Greece Town mall for a nice refreshing iced tea. After three trys they finally gave me an iced tea with no lemon as requested by me several times. I told him I was allergic to lemons and he rolled his eyes at me. My friend wanted her lemon so that was not a problem. The real problem came when we went to drink our tea and found it to be sour. The color was very cloudy and the tea was spoiled. I took it back up to the counter and asked for my money back the both of the attendants said they did not know how to give money back. Nor could they put the amount on a gift card. The girl told me to put sugar in it. It was spoiled tea they wanted me to put sugar in. I would think that atleast one of the two should know how to refund money or atleast be able to remake a batch of tea. I told the girl that the tea was bad. We sat in the food court for another ten minutes and watched her serve the same ice tea to two other customers. One came back and complained and was given the same answer I was. The second sipped her tea and tossed it out. What kind of service is that?
rude crew member
To start with, I am writing this to share one horrible experience I just had to one of the crew members of dunkin donuts in West Chicago along I-59 and Washington St., Il. I went for a drive thru to get myself and my friends something to eat and drink. I orderd for a mint chocolate chip shake and he was yelling and said that they don't have it. I just let the yelling passed by and ordered for a different drink. I ordered a cappuccino blast and the employee just yelled who seemed pissed and told me that they don't have any ice cream?!First of all, Cappuccino blast is not an ice cream he must be aware of what he is selling!I got mad and asked him why he was yelling to me when I only was asking for a drink. He told me to pull upfront, when I did he was making lame excuses that they were cleaning and started yelling again. Customer comes first if they were trying to close up why would they still get orders and I know that they are open 24 hours and it wa only 2:00am so cleaning up is not supposed to be an excuse when they can always do it when the customer leaves. I was still talking to the employee and he just turn his back on me. I asked for his name but refused to give it to me and was covering his name plate. This was an awful night and makes me feel to not go back to that store, probably to all dunkin donut establishment.
Ummmm dunkin donuts doesnt sell "Blasts" and they sure as hell dont sell ice cream. I dont know where you come from guy but you went the wrong establishment.
dirty place and bad management
Dunkin Donuts is usually a great place for a snack or a drink and they are clean etc. But i have to complain that the one near my seems to be less clean and have stale products a lot. This could be because of the economy but maybe it is just bad management?
Anyway, i thought you should know about this store as t brings down your entire company.
changing menu
Several of your dunkin donut in the west palm beach area. Are lowing the standards and changing there menu.I can see that they also will "go-by-the-way-side" unless ssomethingg is done to correct this problem. I personaly use to buy a dozen of your product every week.
I go to Publics for my donuts now. I just thought I wouldd let some one know. the problem is getting bigger.
Your unsatified customer.

As a representive for Dunkin Donut, I have read your letter, and frankly I don't care if you return to our store or not. For eery unsatisifed customer such as your self we have dozen's of satisifed customers, so really no loss to us. So Glenn, go buy your donuts from Publix, or Publics we don't care, we won't go broke because we lost your busniess.
don't buy
At 7:00pm, I was talked into a dozen donuts, buy 1 get one free. At the end of the day, they are stale and 2 were green moled. When I complained to the store mgr, she denied she never sells stale donuts, but at the end of the day she does throw them out. Then why was 2 dz soled to me if they were ready to be thrown away in another hour.
Donuts are not baked at this location, they are brought in from another store. I called the headquarters, their reply was that they would look into this and have a general manager call me. Not true. since 6-11-08, no phone call or letter. I complained twice to no avail.
Beware of the Dunkin Donuts, the penicillin is free.
I live in Central Florida, St.Cloud, & will never eat another Dunkin Donut. A pissed off former customer.
America runs on Dunkin ? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, I doubt it !
If you want a good cup of coffie and you have a Honeydew Doughnuts in your area, ( Im from Mass)
Honeydew puts Dunkin to shame !There Honeydew Doughnuts are fresh, and twice the size,
and they actually taste like a real doughnut ! Coffie is just as good, and I would not be surprised if everything is also cheaper than Dunkin Doughnuts ! Great polite employes also at the Honeydew ! Ok, Im thru [censor]in, it's
up to you folks now to decide who is right ?
You all have a happy wonderful Easter and may ( your God ) be with youuuuuuuuu and family :)

the rule breeaking of non fraternization contract
I use to work at the dunkin in herkimer walmart... When I got hired I was suppose to sign a paper for non fraternization in the work place... Well I have found that apparently that sheet is bogus! My husband worked at the dunkin in herkimer on state street. Where he was a crew member... Wel he had an affair with a shift leader... He was transferred and well the shiftleader still works there. I know that the manager at the store in september of 2009 knew that it had gone on... Kept them on the same shift and just had two extra managers on to what they called babysit... I want to know why it is there are contracts to be signed and rules to follow when obviously there not being followed nor are there consequences when breaking the sheet they both had signed... I want to know why they have rules at all if they won't do what it is they say they will do on that piece of paper if its broken... Can someone answer this for me? Email address is [protected]@live.com
harrasment of employees and bad bagles and donuts
This dd was great when the manager "wendy" worked there, now they have this nasty, dirty, manager who literally harrasses an employee named "joel santiago". The same day this woman came in to work for the first time on that site, she became a total dog to him for no apparent reason calling him a bum, a person who knows nothing and can't do anything right...

I had a bad experience with dunkin donut pioneer branch general santos, philippines.when my group of classmates decided to study there. Of course we ordered. The store owner ask us if we will stay there for long ? Because according to them there will be other customers who will used our tables and chairs.although that time there are only few customers. They said even if you ordered its not a reason for you to stay there for long.damn what a stupid management do they have. is there such a rule in dunkin donut? That you could not stay for more than 1 hour?instead of telling there customers that they should not stay long. Why not try to add extra chairs and tables so that they can accomodate everyone.i hope you someone reprimand the owner of that store.

well at least your lucky to get an hour. i went there with my girlfriend and a couple of her friends, we get half a dozen and all get drinks also coffee or cappaions collatas. i payed for everything so i no he total was over $28, after 15 the manger told us to get out, i was like "what, r u kidding?" he says no u need to leave, u can only stay for 15 MIN NO MORE OTHER PEOPLE NEED A PLACE TO SIT. yea i agree but if there WERE ANY ONE ELSE IN THE STORE. only one other guy was sitting texting on his phone, we were not being loud at all and we were not messing up the store or anything. was a [censor] thing, they dont no how to treat there costumers that spned money in there store.
The store is allowed to set whatever rules they want. Take your donuts and eat outside.
bring the apple fritters back to dd
I am, as many other customers, very upset that in ulster and dutchess counties, new york, no dunkin donuts have apple fritters any more, just myself I would purchase at least 1-2 apple fritters a day, and no one has an answer, so, now myself and I spread the news to many people to go to starbucks for coffee and APPLE FRITTERS!, I wouled be grateful if you could please bring the apple fritters back to DD, especially in kingston, and Hyde Park NY, I did busineess, what a great loss and gain to starbucks! thank you.

double charge
I went to Dunkin ' Donuts in Target at Elmhurst this morning and I bought 2 croissants, toasted with cream cheese and 2 sugar raised donuts. I paid with my debit card, the cashier gave me a receipt in the amount of $5.89. The order number is 72995. But when I checked my bank statement online, I found out that they charged me twice. The other amount is $5.73. Either she did it on purpose or she wasn't paying attention because of the chatting with her co-workers. Hey, with the economy now, every penny counts. She should be reprimanded. What if she did this to every customer? Either the company or her will be rich by now. Either way, what she did was pure irresponsible. I just want my money back. Thank you.

Ridiculous management. First they started charging 60 cents for hot cups..which was later reversed (after they pocketed considerable amount) by the corprate headquarters who told them they couldnt charge. Well now they are refusing the hot cups! We always ask for a hot cup for coolatas..because they keep the beverage cold as well..its an insulator and works for cold beverages as well as hot. Well I was told...rudely..that I could not have a hot cup because they were low on supply.? I asked, so who are you keeping them for? The reply was, condisendingly, from a teenie bopper, " for HOT Coffee..they are HOT CUPS"..
I replied..ok I will be callimg corprate, she asked if I would like to talk to her manager, I said No, because your manager also tried to charge 60 cents for them..she said ya, but we couldnt do that. I said thats why I will complain to corprate...I doubt they will be happy that now you are designating who can have a hot cup. I mean really..give me a break. I paid ten dollars for 4 coffees, if I want a stupid styrofoam cup to keep it cold...what a stupid business decision. There is another dunkin Donuts down the street under different management and better yet a Honey Dew 2 blocks away.
