I came to dunkin donuts on drive through on june 24th sunday at 10:00 pm! One male associate was working there and he was so rude to me and my boyfriend. We showed him tmobile baskin robins card and he refused to accept and not that he is like i have each and every right to not accept that card and he was so rude to us! Store #341663..Will someone please do something about the service in this store, everything changed instantly apprx 1 month ago, when mgmt changed. I only continue to go there since its on my way to work, the drivethru is the slowest moving line I've ever seen on a constant basis . I go inside now and see why, while the counter customer have only 1 register open and 1 person making coffee while 3 or 4 driveup workers just stand there and talk and maybe 1 of there makes a drink there driveup customer, while someone else I can't see must be making hot food. Please please from all of us in line everyday. Do something about this horrible new management over there.

This is the second time I've been charged twice for the same product. I buy my coffee, usually I buy 2 of them. When I get to work and I check my bank account I was charged twice. The first time I didn't do anything because it's not a lot of money but today I called my bank. It's not a lot of money but I can't be charged twice. It's always the same cashier. Dayana. I tried calling the store but nobody answers the phone. I called the 800 number and they said they are closed for the day to call tomorrow at 7:30. It's just 12:36 PM. the day has just begun!

I had many problems with store number 331289. Especially with cashier Mayna R. Today was the last draw. I ask to to give me the large Latte for free and instead she gave me the smaller coffee on my free peak reward. She give me what order she feels without listening first to my order. I had to correct her several times in the past. But this time she didn't bother correcting it since it was my free peak. I will never go to that store again. I been going there often and they don't listen to the order at all. I have to repeat myself several times is frustrating. At least if they don't understand English they should listen to the customer first. Not make up their order. Is not cheap to buy there customers should have this much problem with their orders. I had it with them. I told them it wasn't fair to have the small coffee on the free peak after I ask her several times. I am a regular customer and they treated me horrible.

On the morning of 6/14/18 I visited the Maple Ave location and ordered a veggie egg white with blk pepper and cheese. I was served a regular egg with cheese no bacon.
I visit this location daily as it is right across from my house and 90% of the time my order is wrong!
I feel they rush to beat the timet and dont pay attention to the customers needs.

Transaction number is 3593585 and I need to be reimbursed and will not be visiting this locagion again.

I've been working two month missed three days . late three times because of location . my boss has been treating me bad since day one i do my job good custumers love me . i even work extra hours. my boss told me she was takinh me off schedule a week because shr couldn't afford to pay everyone then ask me to work n i couldnt mske it. i called to ask for new schedule and she text she wasn't putting on schedule anymorr. now im jobless. she brings her 10 yr old daughter to work n she not an employee. all the staff complained about our boss because she dowsnt treat employees right . who do i talk to. im fired for no reason and she wasnt even going to call and tell me. thats so unprofessional.

I have recently made a trip to Dunkin Donuts at 146-17 Jamaica Ave, NY 11435 on Friday April 13. . I am a regular customer at this location, have been going there for the past 2 in a half to 3 years. Not really a coffee person but because the drinks at Dunkin Donuts has a variety, and very quick with making the drinks usually never have a problem. But at this location of Dunkin Donuts 146-17 Jamaica Ave, NY 11435 I purchased a medium Ice Caramel Latte with whip cream at 4:49 pm, which I purchased before heading to class. Everything was going well I had the drink with no problem it tasted fine to me until later that evening while I was in class around 6:30 pm. The moment I reached home I had to constantly go the bathroom nonstop. Not just once or twice I went about 7 to 8 times that evening and the days that followed. This continuation of my going to the bathroom continued into Sunday 4/15 to the point I had to go to the ER and receive IV because I was very dehydrated along with other medication as well as getting other test taking while being there for 8 hours. I was in a very uncomfortable state the entire weekend and very frustrated. I have never experienced something as this ever before going to the bathroom so many times in one day with this going on for the entire week from 4/13-4/19. It's very unfair and I am deeply displeased with this purchase I made from Dunkin Donuts.

Monday threw Sunday spending $61.46 Its rare that we get what we pay for. The espresso machines are rarely cleaned resulting in watery espresso its become an EVERYDAY occurrence where we have to return our coffees & we get treated like complete [censored] by management[Melissa] I've never met a manager so unprofessional and disrespectful in my life. We called not 5 minutes ago asking for the store number and while trying to explain what I ment she said "you can call someone else" and hung up in my face. This women is rude, disrespectful, she uses foul language with customers such as myself calling me a "b[censored]" I'm absolutely baffled at the fact that anybody would want somebody like this running there stores! Considering your employees and your product makes Dunkin Donuts what it is she makes your company look absolutely terrible! I am beyond exhausted with being treated in such a manner and quite frankly I believe this woman should be terminated she is not fit to work in public!

6/05/2018, I just left the Dunkin donuts on Broadway in Menands, NY. I have been coming to this establishment for over 5 years on an everyday basis before work. now I personally work in the customer service field for the department of health in NYS, we get gift cards all the time for this establishment, and today was the worst experience I've ever had. I placed my order when I was in the drive thru and the lady on the other end of the intercom asked if there was anything else so I turned around to my 4year old in the back seat of my car and asked if he would like a chocolate milk, mind you this is everyday routine... before I could even finish getting the words milk out of my mouth the lady screamed through the intercom helllloooooo... in the rudest manor ever as if I was annoying her. I get to the window to address the matter with a manger and when I asked for a manager everyone behind the window looked like a deer in head lights. the young lady who was about to hand me my order looked at me like she was scared to tell me who he or she was mind you there is over 6 employees in the establishment at this time, but everyone says there is no manager available. then refused to give me my order because I had let them know since they couldn't be fourth coming I would be contacting corporate about this matter. For some one such as myself who has worked in the customer service field for over 13 years this is the worst experience ever. To be addressed in such a rude manor and also shunned away because no one wanted to take responsibility for their actions.

Hi my name is deangel montgomery i was emailing you guys because of a manager of dunkin donuts in gulf breeze 250 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze, FL 32561 by the name of Tracci ruff is threating her empolyees inside of the resturants she has black mailed several of her employee and i am a witness to this inccident my husband work there Night and day, she threat him and he has a stomach virus from the donuts that are eatin over there, she also harasses me in order to get him fired i want this to stop before it goes out of hand she does not want to transfer him because she is dating his brother and refuse to let my husband slip even on a stomach virus and its causing other costumers to have gotten sick she is causing people stomach viruses and still haing them work, the maddness have to stop shes causeing disgusting service and seem to sometimes never cleans her racks . the screen shots are how she treat her workers and he couldnt come in that day cause he has a stomach virus but she does not care the manager by the name of tracci ruff

I went to DD on Route 66 in Middlefield, CT today at abut 1135 and as I entered, I was the only one in line. There were 5 or 6 workers in the store and only two people waiting for their order. I waited several minutes and was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. I said excuse me and no one answered. I elevated my voice and said it again. I got a response and asked if someone was going to take my order. The store manager (Brittney) said "we are making drinks for these two people". That was all that was said. I asked for the manager's name and she gave it. I took this as "can't you see we're doing something" thus completely ignoring me as an individual and certainly as a customer.
I normally have very good service at all other DD locations.
I would expect Brittney to get some retraining in what I perceive the DD values and expectations are. As I was never waited on, there is no customer number or reimbursement required.
national donut day
Yesterday was national Doughnut Day Krispy Kreme gave out free doughnuts however Dunkin Donuts Made You Buy a drink in order to get a free donut. So take that and chew on it because obviously your corporate is too cheap give out a free donut wonder who the good idea fairy was on that one. Krispy Kreme will get my business from now on and you can put sprinkles on that. You're welcome okay

Hi, I am usually not one to complain, but i have absolutely had it with your location on Hwy.20 west, McDonough, Georgia, and todays visit just topped it off, Every single time i have been there they have messed my order up ! I mean every single visit ! One time was they were out of every flavor i like, never got that credit back on my order to go account, next time was they were out of whipped cream, which isnt so bad, next time i waited 15 minutes, next time they just had no clue how to make a frozen coffee, and it was horrible, she even said she didnt know how, and today my daughter spent 15 minutes in drive thru, not exaggerating, just to get a iced coffee, which i hate, so another screw up, and another $5 down the drain ! I am going to delete this app, and start going to Starbucks . I have been in food and beverage business for 35 years, and i think you may need new management in this location, because they suck ! I have never had a problem with any other location around my area either, so i will take the estimated $25 i have wasted on this app, and eat it, but just thought you may want to know, they certainly not helping your company look very good ! I would like to formally file a complaint against one of your branches here in Dumaguete City, Philippines, in front of Lee Plaza. We are a regular customer of Dunkin Donuts and never have I experienced a rotten service from your other branches in Manila, except here! There are 5 of us who came to your store, plus another unexpected relative who dropped by to see us, and we were seated in a table near your counter, that could only accommodate 4 people, so we had to get two extra chairs so we can all seat together. Just when we were about to enjoy our food, the guard suddenly told us that we need to move to the table across us because according to him, we are in the way of the other customers falling in line to place thier orders! He even said na dahil marami kame we have to move to the next table, now I wouldn't have a problem about moving to another table, if the guard simply explained that moving chairs are not allowed as per the signs posted on the store walls, and that we will be more comfortable in the table where we need to transfer. But instead, he kept on telling us na nakaharang kase kame Kaya we had to move, and because I got pissed off at him telling us to move with his stupid reason, he called the manager, who approached us and said, "ma'am okay na po Pwede na po kayo lumipat sa table na to. Which translate, that she wanted us to transfer again to the original table that where we originally sat! If her intention was to pacify, well she did a very poor job doing it! Although humingi sya ng pasensya for what happened, she fueled my anger, by saying na bawal daw kase mag move ng mga chair as posted on the store walls, and akala daw nya kase binasa na namin! The manager herself is incompetent in giving us a proper explanation! Now tell me, where is your so called customer service in this situation? The guard even had the gall to approach me again just to tell me the same stupid explanation he already mentioned the first time he made us transfer!
In a world where you are competing with other large companies, one of the things that you would want to be known of aside from the product you sell, is the type of service you provide to each of your customers because that is how they would remember you, and that is how you can keep them as an avid customer. If an establishment knows how to give at the very least a good customer service, then Customers will appreciate it and will feel valued! And these are the very reasons why I am sending you this message because some of the personnel you have working in Dunkin Donuts in front of Lee Plaza have no idea how to deliver quality service base on how they've handled that situation! I just got a job at dunkin about a week ago I was told I was gonna do training videos then go to the floor but instead I went straight to the floor NO TRAINING AT ALL then 3 or 4 days In I was working drive through and someone wanted to complain on another employee being rude and disrespectful so I got my manager she held up drive through for 20 minutes in the middle of rush hour then I started throwing up and she made me stay at work handling people's food while I had been throwing up then 2 days later before my shift at 6am I started throwing up again I texted her and told her hey I'm throwing up I'll come in if you'd like but handling food while I'm throwing up is kinda nasty she said bring a doctors not and get your shift covered this was at 5:45 In the morning I texted multiple

got sick from their blended drink
I bought a blended Mocka drink after 3 today and like after 5 my stomach started hurting me really badly lots of pain and was outside and unfortunately I had no control over my bowel movement. By the time I got home I had to dump my clothes in the garbage and it's after 10 and I am still in pain and running back and forth to the bathroom. Called the store after 9 and the manager left for the nigh but the store closes at 11, explained what happened but this guy with an accent kept insisting it wasn't their stuff because nobody else got sick but I had to tell him I did and I will be going to the doctor, only then did he apologize and said they would check it out. This is a Dunkin Donuts located in Livingston, NJ

I went today to a branch in Charlotte on albemarle rd. Every time I go to the drive thru on walk inside of this fast food place, these people are never wearing gloves and touching the food with bare hands, sneezing without covering the mouth nor nose. Today I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant through the drive thru along with a small strawberry colatta and a powdered donut. First, I get the collata with no straw. Then they tell me they are out of the powdered munchkins but they have the powdered donut. When they hand me my bag, it's not even anywhere close to what I ordered. I gave them the weird looking donut back and told them just to refund me back. When I left and opened the other bag for my croissant, it's bacon egg and cheese. I just turned around and went into the store and asked for that refunded as well. They are all middle easterns. They need to learn and understand English correctly so they'll stop messing up my order ALL THE TIME. Drove to another location, no problems at all. Got everything I asked for and a straw. This is ridiculous and waste of time. Will not ever go back to the albemarle rd location!

Mind you this location closes at 8 pm.
It never fails that they tell me and everyone else the oven is Off.
If the shop closes at 8 pm why are they shutting off the oven so early.
This is terrible service because instead of closing at 8 they want to leave at 8pm.
Very disappointed! I am also worrying and calling corporate. This is the only location I've experienced this at.
So? They turn off the stuff at 6:00 p.m. and are still on the clock. Well, obviously the cameras are picking it up.
The manager should be the one to handle that, not you.

Hi team,
I just want to share what an aweful experience i had with one of your staff in dunkin donuts at SM centerpoint here in the philippines.
To start of i was accompanied by 3 of my friends. I ordered a ham&cheese crossaint and bacon crossaint.
When the food came i tasted it and noticed that both were bacon so i asked the staff if they could do something about it. I wasn't expecting for the meal to be replaced since i already took a bite on it, just requested to have cheese on it. So what the staff did was they took out the bacon and replaced it with ham, but still no cheese. When i went back to them to ask about the cheese, your staff member gave me the face. Looking at me from top to bottom as if judging me by my looks.
I felt dicriminated so i asked to speak with a manager but the manager seemed to just want to replace my meal.. I mentioned about the attitude of the staff member but i guess he just ignored the part that your staff member has some sort of discriminatory issues when it comes to seeing people in their home clothes. I wasn't really complaining about the food since it was good and all. But the attitude that your staff member showed me was really off the hook and really got me a little upset.
Just wanted to let you guys know so that you can take some action with your staff member. I know this is not a good way to represent your company.

I walked into the Dunkin Donuts that's on 87th and Hermitage and I noticed that your employees was working there was not wearing gloves why serving the customers I seen them touch spoons put their hand on top of cups of coffee when given to a customer also she stuck her hand inside of an ice cream container to scoop out ice cream for a customer without wearing any gloves one of the workers there did have on their head the other one did not hair was hanging down hair should be always pinned back with a net on it I let the young lady know that looks like a supervisor she said to me that she did not touch any food and when I was clearly looking at her when she stuck her hand inside of ice cream container gave me my spoon with no gloves on I tried to explain her the reason why she should have it on because she may get someone who comes in here and see that your guys like a health inspector or anyone she said okay and then continue on what she was doing she did not address the situation to the other employee dare and they did not put any clubs on they just continue on with their job this is something that should be taken serious and I really think you'd customer should be taught one food safety I told her that if you did not take it food safety class there is one online she said she already did she couldn't have because she will have gloves on when you're touching any items that contains you giving it to a customer if it a put it in a mouth or drinking off top of it or scooping up food handling food at all times store number 35090 8 time and date 5 /3/18 at 10:59
