The same day I ordered from Haus of Shag, I noticed that I ordered the wrong product on eBay and I sent a message within an hour or so of ordering and they totally ignored me again and again and again. Here is the tracking info:

More than 24 hours after I sent the message, they shipped the wrong package. Simple communication would have easily solved the problem. Not a good way to do business. Now I have the wrong stuff neither eBay or hausofshagoutlet will resolve the situation.
I left a negative review because of their trouble handling of the order and eBay removed it. eBay should put it back. They deserve a negative review.
I have been buying on eBay since 1998 and mostly it has been great. Recently things are getting more and more undesirable. Prices are going up too high, service is going down and eBay customer service is terrible
Claimed loss: They charged me $36.03 for a product I don't want and ignored me
Desired outcome: I want them to send me the correct product that I already paid for
