never delivered
unable to get in touch with store, product has shown out for delivery for 3 days. no one can give me answers. Customer service just told me nothing but lies, first that the store was closed because it was 5pm even though the website says they closed at 7pm.
The representee didn't want to give me a supervisor or upper management. Once I did speak with someone, they still couldn't tell me anything about the order or why it wasn't delivered or why it was delayed.
Zero compassion for empathy for my reputation or their company's reputation.
This was a get-well gift for an employee whom we cared deeply for, and it meant a lot to our team that we showed our support. We thought we were choosing a company reputable company even though we were going to go with another option. I really wish I went with the other company now.
To date I still have no answer and issue has not been resolved.
Desired outcome: I would like to know what happen, when this will be resolved.

Second day most mellows were terrible as well. My guess is this was put together early and sat. This is the first bad experience. I will not order another edible in louisville

Their service is terrible. My delivery was to happen on 11/9/22 by 11:00am and it did not happen, so the person that sent it called at 4:00pm but this place did not answer the phone. On 11/10/22 at 9:00am, I called to see where it was and was told delivery was to be at 12:30pm. That did not happen, so I called at 2:30pm, and they did not answer the phone. The person that sent it to me called at 2:40pm and they told her that it was going to be delivered at 3:30pm. That did not happen. I called again at 5:00pm and this place did not answer the phone again. It was delivered at 5:30pm but to the neighbor next door at 1308 and not 1306 where it should have been delivered. The fact that I had to track down my own birthday gift and so did the person that sent it to me was ridiculous.
This is the worst service that I received from Edible Arrangements.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from the store.

I placed order for fruit and flowers. The flowers were almost dead, and they did not come in vase I ordered. I called the specific store no response-I was directed to customer service, and they cannot get in touch with store either. I have to wait 24 hours for store to call me and if they don't the call center will forward my complaint to corporate. It took 10 seconds for them to take almost 100.00 from me and now I have to wait. This was embarrassing to say the least. The website stated vase may vary-not we may not give you a vase at all.

Birthday gift not delivered
Placed an order on 11/2/22 @ 10.08am to be delivered 11/3/22 for a birthday gift, Never got delivered. I called [protected] to discuss. The consultant was very blasé about the issue...I don't know...Cant follow up...No manager on duty when I asked to speak to one...Then she politely put the phone down in my ear.
Called back this morning to query my status of my order...I don't know, maybe we can deliver today...May I please speak to your manager...Hold on...Still holding. Needless to say, I still don't know if my colleague is going to get her gist...I can get no assistance. I am really shocked at the poor service.
PS...The order is paid for, and I use edible arrangements all the time...That is definitely going to change...

I called at 3:48 to place a pickup order on a Friday and I was told that I could not because they were planning to close early. I told them the closing time is listed as 5pm and I asked why they were closing early and I was told "it just depends on the day." I shared that my neighbor died and I was hoping to pick up a sympathy arrangement. I also told her I was open to picking up an arrangement that was pre-made. She said if I couldn't get there in 10 minutes then I wouldn't be able to pick it up. I said I could get there in 15 minutes and she said she couldn't wait. I found this to be poor customer service because it seemed she was anxious to close the store early because it was Friday, even though there was still an hour remaining. Like many others, I've been a customer of Edible Arrangements for many years but this encounter was unacceptable seeing that she couldn't tell me a valid reason for closing early and she was unwilling to allow me 15 minutes vs 10 minutes to get there.
Desired outcome: Improved customer service at the Crofton, MD location.
fruit arrangements
I was ordering fruit arrangements on a regular basis. I found out recently that
three charges were on my credit card, that were never shipped.
When I called to complain and tell them to take those charges off my card, they
acknowledged that they saw the charges but saw no order placed, and would not credit me for them. I got my credit card co to take off the newest charges, but they would not take off the May 11 charge because it is too old.
I called Edible Arrangements back and they said they couldn't find that order.
No kidding, they never placed it! The first customer service guy (Gilbert) found
my credit card charge and saw no order placed. He would not take off the three charges!

Arrangement Container
I ordered the Peace and Doves Festival large fruit arrangement for delivery on Sept 14/2022.
The arrangement was beautiful however, the container seemed inadequate.
As fruit was removed from the arrangement, it became heavy on one side and toppled over. Unfortunately, it toppled on to the floor and much of the fruit was ruined.
I contacted the location where I placed the order and was told that the container (a white rectangular bin) was the company standard for the arrangement and suggested the incident was the location of the arrangement on the table.
The arrangement should be secure regardless of where it is placed.
Desired outcome: Partial credit or discount on my next order.
Happy Birthday Delicious fruit design
i wasn't going to complain. When i compared the photo images together I had to say something. I ordered a fruit design on Thursday August the 25th. I ordered a large design. I added a birthday pop, apple truffles and half dipped strawberries. When i picked it up. The apple truffles were not included. The manager refunded me the 15 dollars and gave me 5 truffles that she had made. In the back. I was going through my photos from party. I thought the arraignment looked a little small. I compared the photo you have on line. My arraignment looks like a small. I paid 135.00. The melons were so hard we had to cut them with a knife. i have been a customer for years. The arraignment looks like it was thrown together. I had them fix the birthday pop. It was just pushed down to one side. I was told that's the way they come. I've never received a bouquet like this. The pineapple cutouts were crooked. Did a beginner make this design?

Delivery and customer service
I have ordered from Edible Arrangements for years. Over the last 2 years I have had nothing but problems every time I order. Last year I ordered to have an arrangement delivered to my mother for her birthday and it was never delivered to her. No-one called, emailed or notified me in any way shape or form.
This year I ordered 3 days in advance for my mother's birthday again. I get a call at 6pm the night is was supposed to be delivered telling me they can't deliver until tomorrow. The person claiming to be the manager whom I talked to this afternoon told me that maybe she could get it done by 8pm tonight.
This is absolutely unacceptable! They are quick to run my credit card but always fail to deliver.

Edible Arrangements Customer service
I ordered an edible from the Edible in St Louis, 3802 Lindbergh, order w2007153479-1 on Saturday for delivery Monday. I am a regular with Edible but do not live in St Louis; a friend who does lost her sister! I put clear instructions to call the person first to make arrangements because I was not sure of her schedule. I received an email saying they attempted delivery but failed. I called today to see why they tried to deliver without calling first, and they said they don't call. I said what's the purpose of me putting in instructions. So they said they would call first today and attempt to deliver today. They called to tell me the person refused delivery, and that they could try another time or give me a local store credit. The problem is I cannot use a local store credit because I do not live there and have no one else to deliver a fruit arrangement to there. I did not know the person would refuse delivery and I prefer not to have my money dangling around in the case that she may accept another time. I requested a refund or overall credit that I could use with the stores I normally use, and she said no. I then attempted to call the customer service for edible, and I did this multiple times to get the same person at the st louis store. When you call customer service, you obviously don't want to deal with the same folks you had a problem with! What good is this so called customer service. I just want a refund immediately and an apology for what I had to endure dealing with this store! I do not recommend them at all!

The order had the wrong message balloons and strawberries were soggy
So earlier this week I ordered some edible arrangements for my girlfriend and it got delivered and the balloons had the wrong message on them and the chocolate covered strawberries were soggy I re checked my receipt and I knew I ordered it correctly so it wasn’t a mistake on my end . I spent $100 dollars on. This delivery and for it to be incorrect is rediculous

Credit card charged $90.07 instead of $70.67 .
Originally the purchase was supposed to have been $90.07 because he added some nuts to the order, they did not have the nuts so that’s the reason why the amount changed on the confirmation to $70.67 because they did not have nuts.
Once we noticed that we had EXPIRED coffee we contacted the store and was told that we were gonna get a credit of $20 for the two bags of coffee . They took $19.40 instead , but off of the $90.07 which is what got charged to our credit card instead of the $70.67.
Spoke with Lauren who states she’s the Supervisor/ very rude she said gas prices to high for them to come and get , they’re high for me to return, y’all selling EXPIRED COFFEE. Spoke with her 7-4 and she said they would credit us for the coffee I waited some days checked account and they didn’t , I called back on 7-8 spoke to Lauren / rude again . I asked for manager who she said name is Maegan and of course not there / on vacation. Called today got Lauren again , but we asked for Meagan / on vacation. Lauren seems confused like she didn’t understand herself but she couldn’t fix it . VERY DISSATISFIED

None delivery of an order
On July 5th 2022, my son order edible bouquet for my birthday. The order was not delivered. Recieved a voice message from the delivery driver stating that they tried to make a delivery and no one answer the door. I contacted the driver as soon as I got the message to let them know I was home and no delivery person showed up at my home and I'm returning their missed call and voice message. I told her I been here all day and no one tried to deliver anything no knock or door bell rings all day. She said ok. So, thinking she was on her way back to make the delivery since it was less than two minutes ago she called. After 30 minutes passed I called the delivery driver back and she told me she on another delivery and it's flooding where she is and doesn't know can make the delivery today. So I told her to cancel the delivery abd she said beedcto go online to cancel the delivery. I know she wasn't being truthful. My son contacted me and asked did I received the delivery and I told him what took place. He contacted your store at 1184 Siegen Lane, Baton Rouge, LA., to cancel the delivery and to let them know what happen.It took a long time for someone to answer the phone and when someone did answer the call they were very unprofessional as well. We want a refund on the purchase.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend whose mother passed away. After many phone calls and being told that the arrangement was delivered, my friends husband confirmed that it wasn’t. I called edible corporate office and the manager said she would refund me confirming that nothing was delivered. I was told by several people that it was and received a delivery email. I said but my friend did not get what I ordered for her weeks ago. The manager was rude and hung up on me. I have ordered many edible arrangements in the past but this is the last. I have never had such a terrible experience.

I am very unhappy with the two orders I sent to two friends. One for a Birthday and the other "Get Well". The fruit did not represent what the photo showed, there were no grapes nor substitutes for the missing fruit as advertised. In addition, the container was a coffee cup and not a regular size container as advertised. The arrangement was $72 each but with a $5 merchandise discount, I actually paid $67 each. According to the photos sent to me by my friend, it was nothing like what I ordered or paid for. I ordered from the same store, Marlboro Square Shopping Center in Upper Marlboro, MD. I called the owner with my complaint and he said, I got what I paid for and they don't offer grapes anymore and no substitutes. I would like all of my money back and I don't ever plan to order again. In the past, I have used Edible Arrangements extensively across the country. I am sorely disappointed. I also waited on the customer service line for over an hour twice today, no one ever answered.

Refused to issue refund after promise made, stalking issues by their managment
I ordered a birthday package (ORDER# W1006859362-1) for my mother to receive on June 1st. My mother received a text that an attempt was made unsuccessfully and a re delivery will be made. The worker Sonia called my mother later that day stating that there were no flowers and would she like to cancel order. My mother stated yes.
I spoke to supervisor Jasmine and Manager Malik Muhammad and was never given an explanation as to why there was no re-delivery or money returned. I was just told that I could get store credit. I told them the credit I want is the order already processed and to be actually delivered, but was told I can't be helped. I spoke to a few people in Corporate and was even given a case claim number. No one returned my call in the 48 hours the email stated. I called corporate again only to receive the same info from the original store at the 200 Dyckman st. Ny NY location.
Today is now Jun 16th. Not only was the order never redelivered. The cancellation was never done. I was not refunded for the full amount or the partial payment promised for the package that the store did not have. I have all documents, however I am unable to upload.

I order for my Dad’s Who turned 87 they mixed me up when I was ordering and sent it to my house instead of my fathers. It sat out in the heat for four hours and melted and ruined. They refused to give me a discount or try to work something out with me at all I talk to two people and one supervisor. I’ve done business with this company for a long time and never had anything like this happened. Also for them to be so rude and outright refused to help me with this shock is all I can say $87 for absolutely nothing.
Desired outcome: I would like a partial refund or a full refund would be the best.
Fruit platter
I ordered fruit platter in Deerfield il on May 28. They put the fruit in a carryout container instead of a platter. Looks terrible.
Desired outcome: For $75 it should look better and it should be in a carryout container.
Chocolate covered fruit basket
I (Willie Johnson) Purchased a Mother’s Day chocolate-covered Fruit basket on Fri May 6th. The total cost was $160.10 (order #: E0334152497). This basket was to be delivered to my wife on May 8 at the Polo Tower Resort in Las Vegas. My daughter's name and phone number were given as an on-site contact. This fruit basket was never received. My daughter and I checked all day and the hotel front desk resort rep and concierge were notified also. I called on Edible arrangement on May 9 and requested that the money be refunded back to the purchasing card because my wife was on her return flight back to Florida. The rep told me that the money was being refunded. To date, I still have not received the refund. I am writing this complaint requesting this refund immediately (It has been long enough).
