eDreams Error fares

My partner and I booked a flight from Toronto, Canada to Amsterdam yesterday at a price of 355CAD roundtrip per ticket (including taxes). E-dreams put the price of the tickets as a pending charge on my credit card and we provided all our personal information to book the flights. We both took time off work after booking and booked hotels. We understood this price was cheaper than usual, but assumed it was a seat sale which is why we continued with the booking. Unfotunately, EDreams notified us today that the tickets cannot be issued and this is extremely disappointing. I had previously booked a flight with Edreams in the past and vouched for this company to my partner so I was extremely upset when the flights were not honored. I understand this was a error fare; however, if your site is not working properly, you cannot advertise flights and allow them to be booked with a pending credit card charge. This is unethical. I believe Edreams needs to honor these prices - even airlines that have error fares honor the prices because they understand this is THEIR mistake, not the consumers. Please correct this error and provide us with our booked tickets. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to giving Edreams more business in the future.

eDreams Flight

I booked a flight from Vancouver to Las Vegas for a wedding.

Less than 24 hours before I flew the booking was cancelled by eDreams with them citing “Technical reasons.” The new flight price is 3 times the original. I called them up and they admitted the flight booking was due to a “glitch on their end”. Not only could I not book another flight because there was still a hold on my card for the money for the original flight, but the new flight price was outside of my price range.

I had already booked a hotel in Vancouver and in Vegas and made arrangements to be a guest at a wedding.

The airline offered no support and rather than being human in their customer service they act like robots without listening, they simply repeat their scripted lines over and over.

I have now missed 2 hotel bookings, am extremely stressed and I will likely miss the wedding which I have been planning to attend for 2 years, all without an apology or any support from the airline.

Desired outcome: Apology, refund and compensation/goodwill

eDreams Invoice not received

It's been over a month since I purchased a flight through your travel agency. I was supposed to receive an invoice but eDreams failed to send it to me even after repetitive chats on the phone and via chatbox when I was always assured that I should receive it in less than 24 hours. Booking reference: [protected]. Now, after several phone calls, nobody answers my phone call The company I work for will not refund my money for the flight if I don't send the invoice for the flight. Send invoice or refund. I will sue you if the problem is not solved.

eDreams Flight Ticket

Hi

I just booked a flight ticket from Bangkok to Krabi (return) for 3th June. They have already deducted the actual $59.99 from my account for the ticket. However, they again deducted 2 more times from my account which is unacceptable. I would like to request edreams to kindly stop debiting from my account and pls would appreciate it if you could credit $119.98 back to my account. Because i don't have money to spend in Krabi for hotels and other expenses.

Thanks. I want my money back as soon as possible.

eDreams Prime membership

My girlfriend tried to use edreams prime for free for a week and then canceled her payment. The money left her bank account anyways so we figured we could call and ask for a refund. After two days...another amount was taken from her account by edreams for yet another prime. This is not acceptable mistake and I see people being scammed left and right. There is a lawsuit coming your way.

eDreams Over charging

my apologises for lateness of this but I have been unwell .

my wife purchased tickets via website on 22mar2022 for amount of $470.56 and a fee of $14.11 that was fine but on the 5th april a further $89.99 plus fee of $2.69 was deducted from our credit card without our authorisation or any contact from us or from yourselves.

our card ends in 9264.

can you please explain and reverse charge.

eDreams Refund

I booked tickets with e-dreams with free cancellation, in July 2021 due to covid and airline cancellations we were unable to use the booking so I asked for a refund and 10 months later I am still waiting for this refund The I.D No [protected] Airline Booking Ref: 6QIUFL tried using chat but it just says I don't understand it is so frustrating. Hope you can help.

eDreams Refund

I bought a round ticket from NYC to HAN with $9500 on 16th MArch. I cancelled within 24 hours. The agent said that I would received refund within 7 -10 business days. After 10 days, I contacted Edreams, one agent said that my refund request was sent to Korea airlines, I would receive my refund within 7 - 10days. In following 4 weeks with 4 times I contacted Edreams and I got same answer. I contacted the airline, they said that Edreams did not send the refund request to the airline. Then I contacted Edreams, i got the same answer "Your refund request was sent to Korea airlines, you wil receive my refund within 7 - 10days". I told them what the airline told me. the agent checked again and said that there was an error and one agent did not send my refund request. they promised that they would do request. I waited 1 week and contacted the airline. they said that Edreams did not sent the refund request and edreams even did not cancel my flight. I contacted Edreams they still said that they sent the refund request. I do now what is happening and if i can get my refund.

That is my story. Please help me.

eDreams Flight ticket

Dear Sir, Madam,

I am here to express my heart felt toward a service I got from the company (e-dreams). On the 28th of April 2022, I happen to buy a flight ticket from Yaounde to Washington to travel from the 5th to 15th of May. During the process of paiement, because of internet I could not get the conculsion of my purchase. Internet got "on" again, and I made the process again and got the answer that my Bank rejected the paiement. I understood that because infact my credit card was expiring end of April, meaning 30th of April 2022. Therefore I assumed I could not buy my ticket, and I also did not recieve any email from edreams confirming my purchase.

I therefore, looked for another solution to buy my air ticket because it was very important that I travel to USA for my sister graduation. A friend of mine both it on my behalf, and I travelled.

Unfortuanately, as I was checking my bank statement yesterday, I came to realise that my bank paid twice edreams for my 2 processed ticket purchase. Meaning I was billed the same amount twice for the same ticket that I did not even got a confirmed ticket by mail. the paiement from my bank were as followed: 156.31 Euros — > to edreams, 835.83 Euros — > To Turquish airlines, and 72.64 Euros were my Bank fee: all this two times

I am here to request and claim reimbursement of these fund which were: (156.31 Euros (to edreams) + 835.83 Euros (To Turquish airlines) x 2

Desired outcome: I am expecting reimbursement of these fund as listed above: (156.31 + 835.83) x 2

Can anyone help me contact eDreams by e-mail I know they are Out of Barcelona but all they have is a Chat which is recorded, and I get no- where, have been waiting on my refund for 15 months even though I booked the ticket with free cancellation.

eDreams Car rental

Dear,

I hope all is well.

I am writing this complaint against eDreams who refused to refund my money.

I have made a car rental booking with eDreams to rent a car with Inter Rent at CAG airport.

I brought the documents they needed to give me my rental but the refused to give my car rental. The reason was because the driver license was typed in Arabic ( although it was typed in Arabic and English).

I paid rental price for 5 days and they took all of my money; however, eDreams did not refund a penny.

I tried to call customer service for eDreams and Inter Rent but they again refused without logical reason.

FYKI, the issue happened in CAG airport ,Italy on May 10th 2022.

Desired outcome: Please any advice would be highly appreciated in having my money back.

eDreams false advertisement on flight information

I booked a trip from US to Mexico using eDreams, on the booking information website it says the carry-on bag is included, but after I paid and the booking is confirmed I found out on Volaris that the carry-on is not included.

I asked the customer service agent and they told me that well a personal item is included at no extra charge and if I'd like to add more I need to buy carry-on on Volaris.

This is absolutely false advertisement on eDreams and they wouldn't even admit their faults or do anything to resolve the problem from their end.

Desired outcome: I would like eDreams to include carry-on bag in my trip at their expense

eDreams eDreams flights

Myself and my family had booked flights through this company. At the last minute, the rules had changed for flights due to Covid which meant that we were unable to travel. We were unable to contact the company to try and reschedule flights but were unable to get through to anyone as we were not Prime members. In the end we had to cancel our flights. No refund was given. We also took out insurance which we were not entitled to anything back due to the fact that this company would not speak with us. We were however advised that we may be able to claim something back from the airline and that they would start the process. This was 10 months ago and heard nothing.

Desired outcome: Compensation for being penalised for not being a Prime member.Why take out their insurance if they had no intention of paying.An apology as to how I was treated.An update on money from the airline.

I tried to cancel and could not find my booking reference from ryan air would not come up on the site'

i tried your chat and ryan air and 200 people waiting to chat

Anyhow due to symtoms of covid and my sons health i need to cancel urgently. I miised the first flight. I also want to canel the flight on sunday returning.

This has been very difficult i was trying to visit my mum who has been ill diue to a robbery and i was trying to give her supprt i have three children and i am single parent on benefits.

This has been extremely difficult process and i was not able to cancel this on line. Can you ensure this is cancelled. I need to deal with this respiratory condition with my son and was too dangerous and too ill to fly.

Can you email me and let me know you have found the booking and that you have cancelled. Someone else can use the flight.

It would help me a great deal if you could assist in getting some of the refund for me and i can book when my son feels better. At the minute i just want to get this sorted.

thank you for your help i hope you can appreciate how difficult this has been for me and how upset that i cant be with my mum.

Desired outcome: A refund would help me immensley as i need to make the trip as soon as i am free from the covid and my son feels better.

eDreams Airline Ticket Refund

When I booked a trip through edreams within a day my return flight was changed to have an unacceptable layover. When I contacted edreams I was told that I would receive a full refund and this was also confirmed via email. I was told that it would take 5 to 7 days for this credit to be reflected on my card, it has been more than double that time and still no refund. When I call ed edreams again I was connected with a foreign call center with an agent who spoke very poor English, he gave me a runaround and said his "team" will address the issue. Still no credit on my card or information from edreams. Stay away from this company!

eDreams Other. Unauthorised payment made on my account - Credit Card

The bank contacted me yesterday (11/05/2022) Unusual activity on my Credit Card. $89.99 had been taken from my Visa Account in an eDreams transaction through the Bank of Melbourne. I did not authorise that transaction. Could you please explain and credit that money back to my Credit Card / PayPal Account.

eDreams Flight Refund

I booked a flight from the eDreams website for Qatar Airways with the booking reference of 39KW3N. The flight was scheduled to travel from Boston to Delhi on Feb 5th, 2021, but was canceled by Qatar airlines.

I paid additional Rs 27364.22 for seat selection.

I got the refund for the ticket but not for the seat selection. The eDreams team says that they didn't get the refund for the seat selection from Qatar airlines, but when I checked with the airlines they told me, a full refund was issued.

Everytime I reach out to eDreams they say they will come back to me, but they never do. It has been more than a year now.

Desired outcome: Please refund the entire amount

Made a res. on 4/4/22 to Venice (Treviso TSF)

upon return i was charged for 54.99 euro

the ticket price was at the beginning 1003.42 euro this amount was erased with a red line and next to it-appeared the sum of 946.36 euro.

this amount was deducted from my account .

on 5/5/22 i was deducted for the sum of 54.99 euro - this amount is exactly the difference between 1003.42 and 946.36.

i demand to get the 54.99 back.

i d'ont want to be charged as your club member under no circumstances.
