I was charged with a prime membership that I never signed up to.
eDreams is knowingly trapping costumers into Prime subscriptions. I want a refund, and I will make complaints on all platforms until I get a refund to my account. I do not want vouchers or anything as I will not use this service again and I will advise everyone not to use it.
eDreams already have 3,5 ratings on all platforms and this will continue to go down unless eDreams starts to operate on a good faith with costumer interest at hand.
