eDreams Flight ticket

I had a valid ticket together with my 2 little children and my wife from London to Istanbul dated 27 May 2022 to 04 June 2022, Booking Reference number [protected]. We were issued with Boarding cards at Heathrow on 27 May 2022 all the way to Istanbul, but when we arrived in Oslo, I was denied boarding the flight but my family was allowed, although we had the same booking. I was separated from my family and had to purchase a new ticket for late that day from Oslo to Istanbul which cost me £185.

On our return at Istanbul Airport, I was again surprised to be denied to flight with the same booking ticket as my family who were allowed to flight, I was left with no other alternatives but to purchase a new ticket to Oslo for £389.66 because I did not want to be separated from my children or upset them again. How come I was allowed to board the flight from Oslo to London with same booking and from Heathrow to Oslo with same booking.

Desired outcome: Turkish Airlines had no reason to deny me from boarding the flight with any valid reason. I want a refund for all the money I was made to pay when I had a valid return ticket . Total amount £ 824.66

eDreams No confirmation email

I made 3 different bookings through edreams' Dutch website https://nl.edreams.com and paid for it with iDeal (bank transfer). The transaction went through successfully (and was confirmed by my bank), but I never received a confirmation email from edreams. For one booking the money was transfered back to my account, but for other two bookings I have no conformation emails and the money is still not transfered back to my account!

eDreams Payment not receive

I have a flight cancelation on eDreams by Singapore airline with my booking number [protected] it was 14/05/2021 and I still did not get any payment. I waited for a year and half. I really need my money back. I hope I get a good feedback for my complaint. I waited so frustated because its long enough to wait and wait. I looking forward to hear from eDreams customer service. Thank you.

eDreams Unauthorized credit card charges

On May 27th I was charged 55 eur for using eDreams prime when buying airplane tickets.

Today, June 2nd, there has been another attempt to charge me for the same amount of money. Since I don't have money on that account a reservation has been made.

Can you explain to me what is the issue here since you already charged me for using eDreams prime?

Please see to it that you resolve this issue.

Desired outcome: Please cancel the reservation of funds.

eDreams Cannot log in don’t have a booking reference number that suits

I booked a flight from Valencia to London Gatwick on 18/07/2022

eDreams Cancelled flight not refunded

I booked a flight through eDreams from Sydney-Valencia, booking reference [protected]. I contacted eDreams to request to cancel the flight due to a wedding being cancelled, and received an email response from eDreams that my flight was not refundable, and I can request a refund of airport fees, and advised to contact customer service. Shortly after, I found out the flight was cancelled by the airline, while my cancelation request was still pending. I contacted eDreams via phone to advise (as the flight was still listed as active in my account). They said the flight was not cancelled by the airline, and my request was still pending. I asked them to void my request, since it was still pending, and asked for confirmation the flight was cancelled. After repeated seperate phone calls, eDreams still assured me the flight was going ahead. I confirmed through multiple platforms that the flight was cancelled. Finally, after many calls, on my most recent call I was told the flight is cancelled, but that my cancelation request had already been processed and I would be refunded only a small portion for the airport fees as I had requested a cancellation first. This is despite my account still having the flight listed as active to this date, 1 day before the flight was due to depart. The flight was cancelled and the full money was reimbursed by the airline to eDreams. This means they are fraudulently keeping my money instead of returning it to me. It seems to have been a deliberate attempt to defraud me of my refund, as I had to notify them several times that the flight was cancelled, only for them to tell me the flight was going ahead, and then finally try to say that because I had requested to cancel, I couldn't receive the refund for the cancelled flight. My initial cancelation request was not finalised, it was requested to be voided months ago from my first phone conversation with eDreams, and is still listed as pending on my account. I requested for the issue to be escalated to a manager or supervisor and was told there was no manager or supervisor. I was advised to submit a complaint claim instead.

Desired outcome: I expect a full reimbursement of the flight cost, minus any administrative fees for eDreams, as eDreams has been reimbursed completely by the airline.

eDreams Refunding ticket by flight

The 7. mai 2022 I had ticket from Kr sand to Bergen. Return the day after.

The flight was canselled due technicle problems with the plane. Wideroe told me that I will get all the money back if I did not travel at all.

The flight number is WF0586.

I did the order thrue Travellink - and the Faktura number is : 2022-SAL7-[protected].

I paid Nkr. 4 186.54.-

I have sent 3 email without any many in return.

Can you pleas help me with this!?

eDreams Refund of flight ref. [protected] due to cancellation by the company

You informed me by e-mail on March 5 that the above mentioned booking would be refunded due to cancellation by the airline. However, so far I have not received the refund. Here once again my bank reference: Migros Bank AG Zurich, BIC MIGRCHZZXXX, IBAN CH98 [protected] 4 or Master Card originally used for the payment.

eDreams eDreams

I booked a flight with eDreams in November 2021 (booking reference: [protected]) however my flight got cancelled due to the Omicron varient.

After requesting a refund, I was refunded 35 pound of my 668 pound flight but was told that they have refunded me what was given to them by the airline. The airline says they fully refunded eDreams as it was a cancellation on their part.

I have tried time and time again to reach eDreams about this refund to no avail.

Please please do not book with them! Just dont!

eDreams Billing discrepancies

My Booking Reference #[protected]

I've an email confirmation that the total cost of my reservation is S$490.00. (see attached below). It is stated clearly that the display is in my local currency ie $ (Singapore dollars).

But I received 2 deductions from my credit card (One from eDreams and the other from FlyScoot) totally $683.20.

I've booked the air tickets because it is $490.00. I will not pay $683.20 for the tickets.

Please honor your price and refund me the discrepant amount.

Appreciate your immediate attention and response.

eDreams Luggage not included in my booking [protected]

I travel with family, total six people including 4 children of which one infant.

When I got to check in at the airport, I was told my luggage or seats were not included.

When I was booking flight, it was the most important for me to have luggage included and seats I wanted to accommodate my family.

I am lost out £100 of pocket for something I did actually paid when booking flights.

I demand refund of £100 that I have lost due to your ignorance to provide proper services.

Desired outcome: £100 refund for luggage and seats both ways , that are not included but paid for , when I bought tickets for my family.

eDreams Charges of $216.17 was made to visa credit card on may 24,2022

On May 24,2022 a charge was made to my credit card account without my consent. I would appreciate the explanation as to why such charges were made and a refund of such amount to my credit card .

eDreams Multiple flight cancellations and no refund

You put your money in they take it cancel your flight and you get no refund.I booked a flight 5 months in advance and it has been cancelled multiple times, now it won’t even let me change the date or receive a refund as apparently my reference number is ‘not working’.

eDreams Refund

I have been waiting months for a refund or voucher in exchange for not being able to go on my trip. I have sent multiple requests for a follow up and still nothing. It seems my trip is stuck in request pending airline authorisation. It says this can take up to 3 months and I have been patient however it has now been over 6 months with no update!

eDreams Issues with my booking reference and client service not responding

For the past two days I have been trying to change my flight but due an eDreams error with my booking reference number makes it impossible.

I have tried to contact eDreams but the chat doesn't let you talk with any agent without a "correct" reference number. "We are busy and priorize clients who have already booked a flight", well I'VE A BOOKING and maybe will lose the flight due to the really disappointing service.

Desired outcome: PLEASE help me solve this. My reference number: [protected] I took already the first flight on 20th of May Barcelona - Colombo. I have to change my comeback flight from the 21st of June to July. Airline Qatar reference: V6VXKB

eDreams Not informing us of a flight time change and not changing it on the app even after I told them about it!!

I booked a return flight from Southampton to Dublin on May 6th and returning on 8th May. Booking ref [protected]. The times were 13.30 there and 15.30 back. These flights were changed on 1st March but Edreams did not bother to inform us or amend the app. I only found out when trying to find how to get a boarding pass. The return flight was changed to 3 and 3 quarter hors earlier so we missed our granddaughters football match that we had gone over to see. I told edreams that the app was wrong and this was never changed. Whilst at Dublin airport on 8th May the app still said the flight was ah 15.30. A man there said his dad was going on the 15.30 flight and had booked via edreams. I informed him there was no 15.30 flight and he was shocked and rang his dad to try to get him to rush to catch the flight! I don't know if he got there in time. How many more of your customers missed the flight due to your complete incompetence. I will never use tiur company again.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and some compensation and your company to make sure you find out changes in flights and inform your customers!! that is not troo much to ask and make sure the app is up to date!!!

eDreams Infant charged as a passenger

In order to put infant information on your website the option is to include him as a passenger.

At initial booking it was $179 per passenger.

The total amount for 5 passengers were $895.

There was a credit for $15.24 for free trial prime membership.

Total charged to my credit card was $878.76

The infant was charged as a passenger and the airline informed me infant that go on mother’s lap do not pay.

I request a refund of $179

eDreams Refund not issued

I cancelled a flight within less than an hour of booking it due to my grandpa's funeral being brought forward. eDreams sent an email saying that request for a refund has been put through on Feb 11th which was also the day of the booking. Since then I have had no updates from them. On May 21st I reached out to a customer service representative to ask for help and he said that the refund has still not been processed and that he had escalated the case and that someone will follow up with me within 48-72 hours. That did not happen. On May 26th I reached out to customer services again and this time an agent said that my refund had been processed on Feb 11th which is false and I could not see it within my banking. In fact there was another £39ish charge that was processed on February 14th but was stamped with Feb 11th date. I said I wanted this resolved and the agent said once again that someone will be in touch with me within 48-72 hours. I found that unacceptable given that no one followed up with me the last time and it had already been 4 months and 15 days. He gave me the phone number to customer service who was also not helpful and insisted on the same timeline. It is also important to note that I received an email from Ryanair after I booked my flight through eDreams to say Your booking appears to have been made via a third party intermediary or BOT which are not authorized by Ryanair to use the Ryanair website or app or to offer our flights for sale. (I removed my booking number from this message for privacy reasons). This proves that eDreams had no rights to sell the Ryanair flight in the first place.

eDreams passeger information

I booked a trip. after review the last name on my resevation is incorrect by one letter. The airlines tell me eDream needs to make the changes. i have contacted eDream and they told me no problem easy fix. I received an email telling me the the airline As for the Iberia changes id not allowed. I called Ibera and they told me that for one letter error they need to contact them and the problem can be resolved. If it were 3 or more letters they will not. They are also telling me that i need to contact the other airline. For this type of request, you should contact (Ryanair), as any modification or cancellation must be requested to, and be processed directly by them.

eDreams Flight refune

Hi, I cancelled my edreams flights in March and I am still waiting for confirmation on getting a refund or voucher. The flights will take off on the 7th of June. Aer France told me that they can do nothing without talking to you first. Please can I have an update on this.
