Please get me the full refund of the hotel where I could NOT check in.
The hotel name: VH Broadway Tirana Hotel
reason: I was rejected from the reception after having tried to check-in the first night.
I have paid 4 nights to eDreams.net, not to the hotel, trusting eDreams.net.
How can I trust my rest reservations? ( I paid more than USD$ 3,000 for future flights on eDreams.net and I'm a Prime customer.)
The reception at the hotel has rejected my check-in, because he sold to the other person the room I have reserved: I paid 4 nights and sent an email concerning my arrival time.
I didn't come late at the reception but arrived exactly the hour I had promised in the email.
And yesterday I received an email from EPS regions (which is yours, edreams.net). The agent could not get the approval of refund from the hotel.
How come it would be like this?
the hotel looks like a scammer but then eDreams.net approves its behavior?
I could NOT check in a single night for the money of 4 nights I've paid. As a result, I had to pay 4 nights in another hotel after having wandering around the city to find a vacancy of a hotel.
PLEASE refund me fully. Otherwise I should regard you eDreams.net as a part of the scam.
