Fraud and lack of customer service
So a few days ago I attempted to buy tickets from eDreams from Rome, Italy to Seville, Spain and I experienced some difficulties. The tickets were booked and I noticed a few days later that my credit card account was off. I go into the transactions page and I find a list of 75 transactions from eDreams sucking away my money for no reason. They have stolen triple the amount that I was supposed to pay for the tickets. Then came the next problem...the lack of customer service.
The customer service section has not responded to one of my emails over the past 4 days except to tell me that they did not receive the emails from before. Then when I resend them the email from before (mind you I hit reply from their message) I still receive no response. Dealing with this company has been a NIGHTMARE. Their phone numbers are bogus as they do not work from landlines from Italy or the United States, so it is literally impossible to get in contact with this company when the time calls for it. If you have to book a flight anywhere

Charging double price - withhelding money
Yesterday, I booked an air ticket with "edreams.fr" which cost around
800 Euros. Just after the payment I was notified that they have taken 1600 Euros from my bank account! The first 800 Euros is for the price of the ticket and the other 800 is to be returned within a month. It is amazing that this dishonest fraudulent practice is not illegal. Even if they return the money as they promise, it creates too much unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and problems for thousands of people.
AVOID edreams before you start dreaming about your own money!
Alex
well for me they just double charge for the booking fees not once but in two occasions!
when i was booking on the second occasion i completly forgot that they had double charged me on the first time!
it horrible i think that i wont be booking with them again and im going to write a very angry letter to get my money back cuz im a student and 20 pounds times 2 is a lot of money!
its very annoying!
Charging booking fee without flight confirmation
After seeing all of the complaints about edreams here my suspicions about them have been confirmed. It seems to me that they are internet scammers and am wondering how they can be stopped from wasting people's time and ripping their customers off? Is there a group who are trying to tackle them. I made an online booking and a few days later I discovered that there had been a "system failure" and the booking had not been completed although they had debited my credit card for the booking fee. I asked them to refund it and they informed me that it had been refunded immediately including a very bogus looking statement ? I kept checking my online statement and it still hasn't been refunded. They didn't reply anymore until i sent them copies of my online statement confirming that it hadn't been refunded. I was instructed to go to a link to fill in a claim form but there was no form there and when I tried to log in to my account I was told that my password was wrong even though it was the password sent to me as a password reminder. This all bears the hallmarks of a major scamming operation and I hope that something can be done to stop them.

Edreams is a scammer site, I fell a victim, my money was taken and I couldn't make my journey. Please someone should stop them.
Is there any way we can stop this . I have the same problem, and am still waiting for a refund...
What about the small claims court, or the ombudsman. there must be a way somewhere..

Malafide business practices and ignorant communication
I am not inclined to use edreams again because it seems impossible to actually book a flight.
Malafide practices:
1. asking me to send them a copy of my visacard (back and front) = unorthodox and unsafe practice
2. ignoring my emails for several days when I ask them to confirm if they have received my fax with copies of my visacard
3. then sending me a Spanish! email telling me that the price has gone up and that I will need to pay 135 euros more.
After this lengthy and unpleasant process I have mailed edreams to just cancel everything. I hope edreams will now reimburse the money they have put on hold on my visa account.
I would advise edreams to drastically change their business process. I will tell friends and family about my experiences with edreams and advise them not to use edreams: save time and money and just book somewhere else.

I'm struggling with almost similar experience but the "wall" is infront of me in earlier phase.
All phone numbers are provided without a country code. How on earth am I able to figure out what country code I should dial infront of the number?
Also during the booking I also took the premium service package. After the confirmation I realized that this is 800 local number and it cannot be used internationally.
FAX!? it's year 2016. Who on earth uses faxes these days? Why are they even using that as a option no1?
I had a very similar experience.
When I received their second email and read the paragraph quoted here below, I realized this company is a MAJOR SCAM:
>
We regret to inform you that we have not been able to process the payment for your reservation. In order to issue your e-ticket we will need copies of the following documents via fax: [protected] or [protected] or scanned to documents@edreams.com
ID card or passport copy of the cardholder
Copy of the credit card front (For safety make sure only the last fours digits are shown)
Booking reference number
Passenger's full names
Please keep in mind, since airlines change fares constantly, eDreams can not guarantee any price until tickets are issued . Therefore, we recommend that you send us the required documents as soon as possible. We will notify you of any fare changes via email so you can decide if continue with your reservation, applying the new fares, or prefer to cancel (without any additional cost).
No serious company will ever ask you to send them photocopies (or scanned copies) of your passport or your credit card over the Internet. Due to personal circumstances I travel constantly, usually booking flight, hotel and car, directly and/or through different sources, for myself and/or my family and have a vast experience in this field. This is the first time I'm trying to book a flight through e-dreams. This company is a scam and quite dangerous too because it surely succeed in getting personal information from less experienced travelers that should never be shared over the internet.
Also it is obvious that if you respond to them the least they will do is to declare the airlines raised their fare and you will have to pay 100 or more dollars extra.
I decided to ignore their request and booked with a different company obtaining the exact same flights for 190 Dollars less and of course without having to give them any copy of any personal documents.
E dreams car rental and airline bookings
I was framed by E dreams and want to expose them as well to spare any other poor trusting client loss of money and time.
They take your money then leave you completely in the dark concerning your rental.. you have no idea which company, where they are nothing... I though that before the payment went through the site would ask me to validate..you are paying for this and this etc please confirm your payment but NO, it takes your payment and leaves you in the dark until they send you a voucher who knows when... as if you are going to wait and see... what if the company is rent a wreck how do you know? Well you don't... and they don't care.
DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH E DREAMS !
Also, my friend had booked a flight with them and I had booked through another internet site . When we arrived at the check in counter, she wasn't even on the list, no trace of her anywhere and I was cause I booked through travelocity. E dreams is a scam and stay away from them please!
They don't deserve your business and youo can always get better or same price through a trusted internet travel website.
I foolishly booked three flights with edreams, without first reading the reviews on the company... i just noticed the low prices and thought it would be prudent to book with them.
for the first flight, edreams confirmed one leg of the flight but could not book the connecting flight to the destination (!)... what a waste!
for the second flight, I was told by edreams they couldnt confirm it so I made other arrangements with another website. the next day e dreams sent me a confirmation email, (which by the way was after the date of the booked outbound flight !), so i basically ended up paying twice for the same flights
For the third flight, three weeks after booking it, edreams informed me that they were unable to confirm the booking owing to a problem with the airline booking systems (yeah, right) so i had to make alternative arrangements. By this point, prices for this particular flight had risen by 100% on other websites.
This is really most inconveniencing as I do not have the time to be collating correspondence and submitting to complaints forums and seeking compensation. I just want to fly at the cheap cost that ive been quoted! I have wasted hundreds of euros on this ridiculous excuse for a company in a time and age where money and time is valuable.
Agree with you. My 1h 25' journey from Bristol to Bordeaux was to take 20h 43'. Suddenly I cannot receive a refund, even though I have bought insurance. They tell me that British Airways is a low cost Airline. E Dreams is B Nightmares!
Hi Julie,
I am sorry to hear about your bad experince with eDreams, would you please be so kind to send a copy of this claim and your booking reference to the following email address stating the problems experienced with your car rental?.
the e-mail address is
claims-uk@edreams.com
we will try to solve any doubt or problem you might have about your booking.
Thanks
Fraudulent quotes in euro instead of gbp
I visited the edreams website in the uk. Then I chose a flight from seoul to shanghai in euro. The website showed all the prices in euro. When the reservation hit my inbox - the price was 107. O5 gbp instead of euro.
I contacted the company. They refused to respond to the query and said I booked it in gbp. I then took a snapshot of the website again. They changed the website and the quoted price after I complained and then just blaimed me.
I am still awaiting a refund and had to buy a ticket at the costlier price. I am sending all the details to the advertising authorities in both brittain and spain. That is just old fashioned fraud. If it was a genuine mistake, people from all over would not be complaining about the same thing.
Don't use then, they are fraudulent
Here is the snapshot.

Taking money without permission
Do not use edreams under any circumstances!
I booked a flight for my mother in law from amsterdam to london return through edreams and received confirmation of the cost on email. Edreams then proceed to use my credit card details to book the outbound flight with ba and the return with easyjet, followed by an admin fee. The problem was that edreams booked the wrong esyjet flight at a much higher rate. They then rectified this by booking the correct easyjet flight but without reimburising the much higher booking. This has in effect left me out of pocket by almost double the cost that they confirmed.
Despite many calls to their contact centre (Approximately 6 lengthy calls), a number of emails with evidence of their error (Booking references, bank screen shots, etc) and promises of action, I am still out of pocket a month on from the original booking.
I have almost given up as I am no longer receiving any communication from edreams despite having 3 individuals names who promised to resolve this problem.
This is a warning to all out there that what may appear to be a reputable company offering a good deal may not be all that it appears to be.
If anyone has any ideas as well, they would be greatly appreciated
I wanted to ensure that people reading this were not under the illusion that eDreams had resolved my complaint. I responded using this site so that everyone could see the communication.
eDreams have (as expected) done nothing to resolve the problem and still owe £130, which they have no intention of repaying.
I believe that they post comments on these sites in an attempt to lessen the impact of their fraudulent behaviour.
The booking references are -
EGS39XV
ZF24QM
EGS179M
The error lies in the fact EGS179M is for the same flight as EGS39XV. I only need a return and you booked another flight using my card details.
Rather than sending details to a non eDreams email alias i would suggest that you speak to Flavia Gomes or Sergi Baig in the customer services department as they are fully aware of the problems caused by eDreams.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Dear Madam/ Sir,
during the booking process of above mentioned reference I did not see that additional charges will apply for normal baggage of the tiger air flight,
because it was not addressed properly enough. I do feel betrayed here and I would appreciate your advise how to rectify this issue.
Your help is very much appreciated and I remain
with best regards
Jens Machatsch
hidden charges Easy jet were doing flight for £61 and e dreams were £58 so went for e dreams.just about to buy when price went up to £88, £ 30 charges for booking through e dreams and I nearly missed it, they don't mention it until the very end having wasted all that time.naughty e dreams beware.wouldn't touch them with a barge pole now.very underhand
Transaction date: 08/17 in the amount of $462.16
Bank of America Visa card in the name of Raymond L Muehlman Jr.
I have no idea what this charge is for.
Hi All Yes I am one of the latest victims of there scam. They just double charged me after getting authorization for the transaction. The bank then just allowed the next two transactions to go through. Which added up to the the original amount authorised. There are a few ways we can get action going. Firstly claim from you bank's fraud department which I believe might well be legally obliged to refund you. Secondly If after giving them (www.edreams.com) a chance to pay back the money within three days they fail to do so then get all their email addresses and send then thousands of emails on a daily basis. One can re-forward the same message from you sent box. Just cut and paste the addresses in each time and you will be sending a fantastic amount of emails. Thirdly, if there are some hackers out there looking for a good cause to support then you could contribute by either hacking their site www.edreams.com or attacking it with a DOS attack (for those of use in English this is a Denial Of Service attack) using a program such as the Low Oribt Ion Cannon. An additional method for those who have a Firefox browser is to use the WOT (Web Of Trust) add on, which allows you to rate sites that are a danger to society. Very easy to use. It will automatically warn other web browsers of the danger! I use this to help protect my child from porn. It is just unacceptable in this day and age that people like this can just away with blatantly stealing peoples money and the authorities don't do anything. Therefore we need to stand up for ourselves. It is people like this that take advantage of society. Let a beggar steal a few dollars and they get sent to jail. Let people like edreams take peoples money, which has being going on and on for years and years if you read the comments people have been posting, and still nobody does anything, unbelievable!
The best we can do, all of us, which are affected by one or another way from eDreams...is:
1st. Inform all the aircraft companies, which they selling tickets of about their behaviour and unprofessional manner...so they actualy loosing reputation and passengers this way
2nd. If they are registered in Spain, than we can proceed further under EU legislation ...I think we could easily collect some like 1000 signatures...
3rd. Someone, who is good in bloging to register a unique name and to start a specifiede blog with one simple purpose only, to protect hundred of tousands new travelers for making such a mistake and to shows in googling immediately after their home page.
Regards, Vincent

Fraud taking money
Edreams took all my credit card details for a specific flight then never issued my flight and issued another flight which had nothing to do with me with my credit card. It's been 6 months. I have complained and sent a claim and haven't yet gotten a refund! When talking to them on the phone they were very unusefull and couldn't help. They suggested I go to the police... I am still trying to find ways to get this money back! I will never book with them again!

Scam
****SCAM e-Dreams**** Having just experienced awful services from eDreams I wish I had read this forum first. Reading through the posts of all the people complaining against them after being scammed by so called eDreames (or as someone said e-Nightmares) I simply cannot understand that they are still “lawfully” trading after scamming so many people for...
Read full review of eDreams and 14 commentsScam direct flights
I went on eDreams and booked a DIRECT flight from Orlando to Rome. At the time of the booking the webpage displayed a box to access only direct flights and I made sure to check it. I wanted exclusively a direct flight and I checked multiple times on different days just to make sure.
eDreams proposed one direct flight: Orlando-Rome with US Airwyas 718 (cost: 1119 $).
At the same time, I checked for other flights with one stop only and I found several for about 800 $. At this point I booked the direct flight at 1119 $ and got my trip reservation with apparently not stops.
On the day of my trip I discovered in Orlando airport that mine was not a direct flight, but I had a connection in Philadelphia for both ways.
eDreams doesn't make itself responsible because US Airways did not communicate the flight details.
US Airways claims that the flight is visible as 1-stop flight, so is not responsible.
As a matter of facts, eDreams got the money for a direct flight and gave me a cheaper 1-stop trip without any notice.
Stay away from both companies if you can.

Cancelled flight booking not refunded
I have read the many complaints on your website about edreams.com wish i found out this sooner I have also been scammed by edreams.
I booked a flight from Gatwick to Kiev online with edreams, but the website froze during my booking it, so i contacted them within 1 hour and cancelled it and requested a refund to my credit card as i booked it with another company, but they just sent me an email confirming the canelled booking but would not confirm that they would refund my money of £204.00 which was an over priced ticket anyway.
Since then I have repeatedly emailed them about this but they don’t even answer my emails, this is disgraceful way to treat people and customers a complete disgrace they should be made bankrupt immediately
To this date I still have not received a refund or even a reply from them.
I agree with your complaint about eDreams BIG TIME. Last September, I booked a flight from Rome to Miami for a trip in May 2011 and the dates I entered on the confirmation came out on the printed document as a date one week from the date I was making the purchase. I immediately noticed the error within minutes, and read the general terms on how to reach customer service/make changes, immediately sent an email stating the proble asking for resolution every two hours for two days; phone Barcelona, phoned the US customer service line wrote latters and faxed to eDreams all in the day and the day following the day I made the purchase with NO RESPONSE! I immediately contacted AMERICAN EXPRESS WHO SUSPENDED THE CHARGES FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS AND THEN REINSTATED THE CHARGES. tHYE DID THIS EVEN AFTER I PROVIDED 42 PAGES OF CLEAR DOCUMENTS THAT GAVE DATES AND DESCRIPTIONS OF MY REQUESTS. I ASKED AN ATTORNEY WHO SUGGESTED I FILE SUIT IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AS A REMEDY. THE COST OF THE TICKETS WAS $ 1, 700 WHICH I DON'T INTEND TO EAT. FURTHERMORE, I PURCHASED TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE. I AM LOOKING FOR A US MAILING ADDRESS FOR EDREAMS AS WELL AS TA ASSOCIATES AND PERMIRA WHO ACQUIRED EDREAMS IN THE LAST YEAR. I HAVE ALSO CONSIDERED BUILDING A FILE OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND I WHO HAVE EXPERINCED FRAUD LOSSES AND FILING A CLASS ACTION SUIT IF I CAN LOCATE AN ATTORNEY WHO WILL TAKE ON THE SUIT.

Accepting credit card details on line for airlines that are not applicable
I sent Edreams three emails with no response for the following issue I experienced. Am shocked this is happening. Below is a copy of the email I sent. In a nutshell, Edreams are collecting credit card details for bookings on line & confirming the booking. While in fact, for many airlines on line purchase is not available if you are not a national of that country. Misleading and false advertising plus is it legal to collect CC details when they are not applicable to your purchase?
To whom it concerns,
I am still waiting a response to the below complaint. Please respond to this email with a status update by Thursday the 4th March.

To whom it concerns,
I have a serious complaint in relation to your on-line booking system, in particular, your payment method verification process.
I am currently in Brasil. Three of us booked flights via your website for an internal flight within Brasil. During the booking process ( via the Brasilian edreams website) I was prompted for my credit card details which was verified successfully. My colleagues ( via an Australian edreams website) were prompted for their credit card details which was verified successfully, furthermore my colleagues account was debited the cost of the flight.
THERE WAS NO PROMPT OR WARNING TO INDICATE THAT OUR FLIGHT WAS RESERVED, not confirmed.
I have travelled South America for six months and I am used to looking at payment method confirmations and reservations. If a flight placement is being reserved, you prompt the user that it is being reserved at time of booking and DO NOT prompt for credit card details entry. This is how it works with all the other sites. Your site, accepts and prompts for Credit Card details...which is invalid since as I understand it you request a fax confirmation of payment or bank transfer. Hence this is false and deceptive advertising or lack of an IT team. It is not appropriate to send out an email with a disclaimer mentioning that you need to further provide additional details in relation to payment. Why would I think that you would prompt me for payment details online, accept and confirm it and that I would then need to provide you with further information?
Since my flight was fully booked when I called to verify booking, I have missed my flight to Rio and my friends wedding.
I would like a detailed email explaining why your system does not verify nationality & hence inform the user that payment is not possible on-line. I will be taking this further unless I get a reasonable explanation.
Please confirm receipt of this email and please confirm when & who will be addressing my complaint.
Regards,
edrams are nothing but con artist bookrd a flight they took my money the flight was canceld the money was refunded in my name used but with there card details.i have now been tring for 2 months to get my money back but with no luck i have now spent a small fortune in phone calls at £1.57 per minuite calling them i will not give up next action will be through the legal chanels DO NOT USE EDREAMS .
Robbing ###! After trying to book flights from Paris to Bristol eDreams said they couldn't confirm the booking so I went ahead and booked with another company only to find that eDreams took the money from my account the next day. The other company refunded directly into my account. I then found out that eDreams had put my name on their credit card and recived my refund, I am sure this practice is illegal, they have stolen my money! They are almost impossible to contact, I wont give up. I don't know how they are getting away with this.
Fraude/robbery
I want to post a complaint about 'Edreams'.
After reading all that is online I am now aware of the dishonesty and abuse practiced by 'Edreams' as well as the scams!
I processed a reservation on edreams (A Spanish company) for a trip to Geneva Switzerland on the 29th November 2009 returning on the 2nd December 2009. In good faith I provided my credit card details for payment.
The airline Easyjet three days ago cancelled the service after debitting my credit card and edreams did the same. I am now left without the service and neither edreams nor Easyjet want to return the full amount that they debited for a service that was not provided.
Easyjet state that they will (hopefully in 5 to 10 working days time) return only their part not the 36, 00 Euros debited by edreams. Edreams refuse to return my money for a service that will not be provided. This to me seems like a dirty dishonest scam and fraude.
If the service was cancelled 'not by me' I do not have to be the one to be penalized or robbed.
There must be an agreement between edreams and airlines for these types of situations that are far from ethical.
I want the total amount of my money that was debited not partial amount. I know that other people have been victims of this same, what I identify as scam! Multiply this by hundreds and these companies are making a lot of money with what I call camouflage robberies.
Not only does the victim lose interest of their money but they also lose part of their money. This is unacceptable.
These what I identify as robbers must be detered. Some EU entity and Visa must block their dishonest access to people's money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have even more interesting story for this company which is using "the latest data encryption techniques to ensure that your purchases will be absolutely secure".
I was in the process of switching to another bank as was offered a better package. Got regular visa card with them. Moved some of my funds onto it.
The card was brand new I did not even use it in any physical shop in Denmark. Found some good deal on edreams and recomended by friends advice purchased the ticket. Copenhagen-NY. It went through all right, no requests for additional info, or pass check etc.
Card was put aside for some time and this very single time used on edreams.com. It was laying home basically.
Few weeks after I get debit on my statement, one for edreams flight purchase the exact amount of booking and one more for amount similar to edreams purchase with difference of few euros.
The company charging me strangely enough is also originating from Spain and i get the bill for some hostel payment in Barcelona.
I dont know how to explain this, since my visa is brand new, I didnt go to barcelona and it was laying at home in Copenhagen all the time, so i didnt even use outside, so somebody can misuse it. The only purchase was done though internet and on edreams.com
Luckily enough My bank covered the amount for me and it was obvious credit card misuse, but i am very doubtfull about edreams so called the latest data encryption techniques to ensure that your purchases will be absolutely secure.
Absolute worst
eDream sell a zero (0) stopover flight from London to Denver on their website www.edreams.com. In fact this flight stops in Houston en route to Denver. eDreams argue that this is not shown as a stopover because the inbound carrier (Continental) is the same as the outbound carrier (Continental). This is misrepresentation in the guise of a technicality!
Immediately after booking a ticket online, receiving their itinerary and identifying the problem, I asked them to cancel the booking. They have refused to do this saying the ticket is non refundable. Their best offer is to repay the airport taxes.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
edream is1 a rip off! Searched for flight to jamaica in August on their site. Showed $511. When I paid with my credit card I noticed that they charged 64 additional dollars booking fees for the two tickets. Plus my bank charge an additional 32 for international finance charge. When I speak to their representative I can get nowhere as they are just telephone operators from Asia. I am not crazy to go and buy ticket plus these charges from a third party when others are not charging fee and the customer pays what is published or promised. We have to stop edreams. Consumers protection is urgently needed. We are being abused! Help! Help!
Dear,
I notice you experienced a similar issue with Edreams as me. I am doing all the necessary to get a refund from them and I see it as my task to prevent others from making the same mistake and buying a ticket with Edreams. Therefore, I created a Facebook group to increase pressure on them and I would like to invite you to join this group: “Edreams: you get a scam while expecting a dream” via the following link:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/768037453226970/

I booked 2 flights with eDreams and had to cancel them immediately because my bank, (Bank of America) froze my account for security reasons, even though it is written all over my account, DO NOT FREEZE FUNDS WHILE TRAVELING, a reoccurring problem with BofA. I immediately contacted eDreams and asked that they cancel the flights for I was 500 miles away in a tiny village at the Pyrenees Mountains in France and had to leave by train immediately to catch those flights. When I could finally reach the bank in California, (very hard on a Sunday in France, the next day Sunday in the US...and no touch tone phones in the village which is the only way to release the hold!)...2 days later!...I told the bank not to pay eDreams, but they made mistake No. 2 and paid them automatically when they released the hold. Next I go to eDreams, 3 Emails later they respond saying...No, we don't give money back for cancellations!
Guys...this is how big companies make money! It is corruption and no one takes responsibility for the disruption and chaos they create in their patrons lives.

Double payment refund
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Robert Ochieng. I purchased a flight from Vienna to Helsinki and then from Helsinki to Amsterdam. The booking reference was Z6DJ59 and paid the flight cost (€ 282) through electronic bank transfer. The booking went through and I travelled as schedule in the eticket i recieved. On 01/09/2009, I errorneosly transfered the same amount to your account, resulting in a double payment. The purpose of this mail is to kindly request you to remit the same back to my account.
Thank you

This company is a terrible nightmare. I've booked a ticket and received an email stated that my flight booking was confirmed but the payment was pending. But the next day I've called my bank and they told me that the transaction is successful. Then I called eDreams and asking about my ticket and again they send me another email asking a copy of my passport and both sides of my credit card. This is so ridiculous! Because of security concern of my credit card I refused to proceed the purchase. So I asked them to cancel my booking. They told me that the money is still floating and they will refund back my money but when I've checked with my bank statement, they transaction is done. When I've come cross to a lot of complaints about eDreams I'm freaking out. Because it was a lot of money to me since I've booked a flight for three person. Now I'm still waiting for them to refund my money back and eDreams has lack of security system in their ebiz. This is sucks! No more dealing with eDreams.

We have also experienced awful service from eDreams. 2 days ago, I tried to book a flight for my mother who was intending to travel from Budapest to Malaga. After checking the various options and availabilities on eDreams' site, I went ahead and booked the flight and eDreams deducted money from my account. Within one hour, I received an email from eDream...

I used edreams to book a flight for my niece. Due to the third party issue eDreams asked for a wire transfer to pay and secure the reservation. The wire transfer was completed and received by them only to have them say they could not book the flight. I asked for a refund and have been waiting a month for that refund. I have sent e-mail after e-mail getting what appears to be empty promises from them of an incoming wire transfer. eDreams required my money to secure the reservation within 24-hours, it has been over 30-days trying to get my refund.
Be very careful doing any business with Vacaciones eDreams S.L. They are not an honest company, doing unhonest business.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
On February 10, an amount of 89.99 euros was debited from my bank account. I did not make any ticket purchases on this date.
My flight were canceled and edreams claimed they can't reach to airline to request a refund and sent me to the airline myself. While i was able to reach the airline within minutes only to hear that only my travel agency can request the reund. eDreams just closed the request and my money is lost. This seems like a scam.
I bought a ticket to edmonton, and payed but after a minute and 2 cibc gave me a fraud message about Edreams, the ticket was for 289 but theyh deducted 388
I am entitled to a refund since my flights were cancelled by the airlines
for more than 60 days dreams costumer service give me the same answer: 'we will contact you in 72 hours', but they don't and the refund never came
I have spoken to them over 10 times
I feel like I've been scammed
A month ago I purchased an airline ticket through EDREAMS for about 300€, but then last Saturday, 18-11-2023 at 08:22:44 I was charged 64.99€ without having authorized such charge.
Can you please reverse this charge?
Gratefully,

The link in all edream emails sent to unsubscribe simply leads to a page that states: "505 Error" Internal Problem. This leads to basically no person being able to unsubscribe from the countless emails that are sent everyday.
You are trying to charge my credit card, for something I have not purchased. Who are you? Date you tried to take money from my account 20/10/2023. I have never dealt with you.
I've been trying to reach this company since the first day that I was charged a full subscription fee after my trial. I did not get any replies, nothing. I have no intentions of using this service again as I wasnt happy with the service that I got after purchasing a ticket with them.
Hi there,
I've booked with edreams and took insurance for 100% refund if cancelation occures.
I've canceled the booking in less than 24hrs as they charged me AU$6,973.62, which was not the price presented on the website.
They reimbursed AU$4,601.49
So I'm short AU$2372.13
I've sent an email but no response, it's been a week.
Their system messed up AUD/USD so I pay a ticket in AUD which has been debited as USD with my bank. I've canceled and they retain 30% of the price.
They are theft!

Having what sounds like the exact same problems. What's with this company? How do they stay in business? They have my debit card number but haven't billed me yet and won't confirm my booking and / or send an eticket! They stink! I'm worried if I make another booking instead I'll get double billed. SO wish I hadn't tried to make this booking through eDreams. Is there any organization that regulates them or is that wishful thinking?
I agree - my 'edreams' experience has been nothing but 'enightmare'. They make it virtually impossible for you to get in contcat with them to either complain or change errors that THEY made when booking my flights. After having to correct WRONG input details on their part where they gave me no other option than to return the ticket twice (where I still had to pay the insurance of 145euros) then finally after attempting to reserve this ticket for the THIRD time and even after receiving a CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM EDREAMS, they now claim 3 weeks later that my flight is not reserved and does not exist!
Most hopeless customer service EVER ; the french branch and a french employee even told me on the phone that I should go to their competitor 'govoyages' if I was not happy with them! What brilliant customer service! Last time ever in my life and I will try and make sure anyone I know does not get involved in this bogus company and its' pitiful and painful 'customer service'
