eDreams my languages

I traveled with Royal Air Maroc on the 08/08/19 from London to Abidjan, after severals delay I got to my final destination without my 2 suits cases meaning no clothing even toothpaste and the company royal air Maroc seams do not do anything. Therefore I would like the company repair this stressful and uncomfortable situation their put me into it and make sure I get my suitcases back. Thanks. Regards

eDreams flight reservation

Hi,
Due to the situation in Kashmir, it will be impossible to fly to Kashmir in near future,
Indian government evacuated all the tourists out from Kashmir so I need to cancel my flight to and from Kashmir.
I payed to eDreams for the flights with INDIGO € 378.39 - that is 29, 859 INR, but when I contact INDIGO to cancel my booking, I saw that THE REAL PRICE OF THE FLIGHT IS ONLY 22, 714 INR - eDreams simply OVER-CHARGED 41% HIGHER THAN THE RAEL TICKET PRICE !, and respectively will be the refund for the cancellation.
The cancellation is due to government security restrictions, I demand full refund of the price I payed to eDreams € 378.39.

eDreams flights

On Wednesday, the 31st July I went onto eDreams to book flights. I booked it via my phone, app and I thought I had inputted all the info correctly. When I noticed that the birth date was incorrect, I immediately phoned eDreams to rectify this. All I wanted to do was change the birth date however the call centre agent advised me to cancel the whole booking and pay a 200 Euro fee. After literally booking the flight 20 minutes ago. I have tried to phone and email eDreams countless times, however no one seems to want to help me. I feel I shouldn't have had to pay the 200 euro fee and that I still need the flights! Would love it if the MD or CEO of eDreams could rectify this with me seeing as his staff won't.

eDreams edreams booking reference: [protected]

Its unclear how my flight details/dates were ever changed/corrupted in the first place. It wasn't by me.
On Air Canada website, I saw booking details differed to eDreams website. Both Air Canada/eDreams are equally VERY difficult to contact.
Air Canada had us flying from Syd to Van Sun 14 Jul 2019.
Then from Akl to Syd on 15 Jul 2019. Wow how could that happen?

Me trying to correct this was almost impossible. I'm not on 'facebook' so found it almost impossible to contact eDreams. Finally, I spoke on the phone with someone from eDreams in Australia (He said) the day before travel (13 Jul 2019) & assumed details were corrected (was lead to believe).

So a new update from eDreams had us flying to Bris instead [14 Jul 2019].
(Booking ref. OHXZTB. FLIGHT BOOKING REF: Air Canada booking- KK5SWV)
then to Vanco., from there.

At our airport Akl we discovered another error, details for one person in our party of 3 tavellers was wrong. Given a wrong last name. So in order to fly we had to purchase another ticket & thinking the air canada will sort it out when we arrived in first port of call. They said, "No we can't, edreams will need to". So we got conflicting statments from everyone and were advised the tickets were corrupted & unwise to travel further, & we couldn't anyway.

So in Bris we had to re-purchase 3 tickets for 5 flights to complete our holiday with another travel company. & so after 1-2 days we contacted edreams to cancel flights (but not hotels). On chat-line my daughter spoke eDreams & explained our situation. After an hour someone from eDreams rang back & assured us there would be some kind credit coming back to us from Air canada. Someone would contact us.

Well nothing has happened yet.

eDreams false advertising, finds all ways possible to be on the receiving end. no customer loyalty

This is my second experience with edreams.co.za and certainly will be my last . the first instance i needed to change a letter in the spelling of a surname and was advised to call the airline, the airline then confirmed that it would need to be done by the agent . i called back and was penalized for this . I had to pay in excess of R1000 for this change. Today i book a flight online my flight price was R695 however i have been debited R979, if an otp was provided i would have been notified by sms of the amount that would be deducted and i would have cancelled the request ( the website does not ask for a one time pin ) . As per the website i have free cancellation for today . i try to do the cancellation online however i cannot, i proceed to call the call center and when i choose the option to cancel i am advised that i will wait 5 minutes for the request to be submitted automatically . i am then transferred to a consultant after 20 minutes where i am advised that I need to contact the airline again to cancel and they will refund my ticket price and that i cannot get refunded on total amount . i asked to speak to a manager and the consultant asked why i would like to speak to the manager i advised, he then advised that would not help . I asked again to speak to a manager to which the question again was raised why do i want to speak to a manager . i proceeded to advise if they are not willing to let me speak to management i will address the issue with an ombudsman. i then waited another ten minutes for the manager to get to the phone and then she pretends as if she does not hear me on the line however the consultants had no issues hearing me . it seems to me that edreams is only there to provide false information and take money from consumers . this is suppose to be a reputable company but according to my knowledge all advertising has been false thus far.

i cannot pay a fee of R979 for a ticket priced at R695 and be arequested to call another company when your company is the actual problem

eDreams edreams withholding refund - fraud

I booked a flight through eDreams using the PayPal option on July 18th.

Immediately after booking - within 2 minutes - I realized I accidentally chose the wrong connection.

I called eDreams right away to request the refund. They said I had to call the airline so I did.

The airline that was used, Norweigan Air Shuttle, allowed 24-hour same day cancellation and verified my booking qualified. Norweigan canceled the flight and sent me a confirmation email stating full refund amount:

"The amount of 594, 26 EUR paid for the reservation with reference number LG9N5Y was refunded on the 19th of July to the credit card that was used upon booking (ends with 3790). Please allow some days for this transaction to be processed."

HOWEVER, eDreams used their own card ending in 3790 to make the booking so the refund couldn't go directly back to my account.

Each time I call eDreams they claim there is some other verification document needed from the airline before they can issue me the refund. It seems never-ending and very fraudulent!

I am certain the money was returned to their card but they claim no way of seeing this. I now have a canceled flight with a refund going straight to this company.

I opened a refund case through PayPal. Hopefully, I will get my money back but incredibly angry at what terrible scammy service this company offers.

DO NOT USE THEM!

eDreams full refund £275 refund

On booking flights to malta i was not quoted £103 for booking fee and on recieving my bank statement i w ondered why my fight was 275 i was quoted only price for flights 2 passengers for £175, i called straight away and spoke to an agent febuary and said i wanted to cancel, because i was not notified about booking fee she said she would offer me a reductiom of flights if i did not cancel 0f £184 so i accepted, so i waited for confirmation via email it did not happen i rang them stating the offer she had made me and had no confirmation, the agent said that they would listen to recorded message and if that was said the offer would be valid, i waited and waited so i rang back 4 times and was told they would take £134 if i cancel, i disputed that the offer ahould be HONOURED as said, i was spoken to rudley and abruptly stating they would be taking £103, i contacted Ryaniar via resolver they have said its not there responsibily to refund the fare back to me, so i contacted trading standards.
1. Your are in breach of customer regulations
2. I made you aware of the problem straight away.
3. I am legally in my rights to reject contract within 90 days.
4. I made you aware well before the legal 90 days to reject contract.
i have been in contact with E dreams upteen times with no positive results, my daughter is now registered in college for september which i have stated to Edreams so i have a good reason for cancellation which i have been trying to do since febuary.
5. you are legally bound by regualtions to refund my fare if i contact before 90 days which i have done. i have 7 messeages from resover concerning this issue i have with Edreams, which i am now sharing infromation with trading standard.
Can you follow the legal regualtions of 90 to reject contract for refunding fare.
I cannot get any where in these phone calls I have made over 7 months to Edream agents.
Awaiting your urgent reply.

eDreams refund 4629928613

Hi, I am still waiting my 7-10 days for my refund but was wondering if I will ever receive such? I am honestly concerned as i can see my "booking has been refunded" but will i ACTUALLY receive my refund? Based on all the customer complaints I have a reason to be concerned... C/N Number 2019-CN07-000153239 flight booked and cancelled on 23/7/2019 - shows as cancelled on the web, received a credit note and invoice etc. I am just very very worried that the money will never be in my account. I really can't afford to lose that amount of money...

eDreams flights

I made a flight reservation through the eDreams platform. A week later I received an email saying that my reservation had been canceled and that I neede to contact eDreams to reschedule my flight. After contacting them, I realized that the flight I bought had not been canceled, but my individual reservation had. eDreams said it would call me back after resolving the issue but they never did. I called them again and again was asked to wait for a callback. This interaction happened 4 times over the span of one week, with me spending over 5 hours on the phone with them. Their excuse for failing to give me a callback was that they had not been able to get in touch with the airline, so I decided to speak to the airline directly. Naturally, I was able to contact the airline within 5 minutes, and they explained to me that eDreams had attempted to book a flight they did not operate, so they canceled my reservation. Based on this information, I attempted to get my money back from eDreams by requesting a refund, since they were unable to book the flight I requested. They responded by saying that they would give me a callback. They never called, so I called them once again and realized that instead of giving me my money back they had booked a different flight that the one I had requested online. When I asked for a refund, they told me that the cancelation fee was so large I would not get any money back. To summarize, eDreams failed to deliver on their promise of reserving a flight for me while keeping my money. They made me spend countless hours on the phone, failed to deliver in giving me a callback after they have promised to do so in 5 occasions, they failed to contact the airline in a span of a week (which seems like an incredibly simple task), when realizing their failure they booked a different flight to avoid giving me a refund, and finally they gave me no money back when I requested to cancel the trip. This seems like an abuse of power and a failure to deliver on their business commitments, as they have taken my money, time, and energy without giving anything in return.

eDreams deceptive advertising. not giving a full refund.

I noticed on my credit card statement today that For my Flights & accom, I have been charged in US dollars when this was never advertised. Even my confirmation does not state the $ amount is in US dollars & not Australian. DECEPTIVE!
Then when I made a complaint and asked for a refund, I have been told that the Garuda flights are non refundable. Again - no mention that the flights were non refundable during the booking process.
Full Refund has been requested.
I want a full refund immediately onto my credit card.

eDreams price increase without notification

I have just recently made a booking through skyscanner which redirected me to eDreams as was the cheapest option I thought
the cost initially was $2110.00 but when charged it was $2, 500.00
I immediately contacted your call centre as was not alerted to this price increase while making the booking.
The person at the call centre stated it was in australia dollars and when purchased was changed into NZ dollars. Whenever I have done bookings through skyscanner they are always in NZ dollars and since making this booking have rechecked site and is still showing NZ dollars!
Also if the amount was charged in NZ dollars the currency exchange at present is no where near another $400. Please advise as I would like the original price to be charged and refunded the extra $300.00

eDreams modification and confirmation email

Hi, My name is Chia-Hui Lin, email is [protected]@gmail.com. I make a modification in flight date last Friday and customer service tell me would send me a confirmation email. But I still not receive it. my original booking is flight date 8/11 and I hope to modify it to 8/17. However, after more consideration, I hope that not change to that date and recover to the original booking date. Does that modification still work? Could I cancel the change or not? Dear Sir * Madam, **I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Edreams Travel Agents**The issue that I have experienced was: I have paid the full amount and requested cancel the trip and refund the amount was informed that the amount will return automatically within ten days and now has not received the amount please reply and send the amount**I cancelled my trip on: 05 Jul 2019 This meant that I was expected that my refund will be received within ten days as per the emails i received from edreams**look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I have booked a return flight to Los Angeles from San Francisco on Monday 22nd July returning Wednesday 24th July, I called Edreams to advise them that I had booked the flights for the wrong week and requested a change to bring the dates forward to Monday 15th July returning Wednesday 17th July. The cost of the flights I was requesting a change to were cheaper than the original flights that I had booked yet Edreams quoted me $380 to change only 1 leg of the trip. I called Alaska airlines to query if there was anything they could do to assist my correction and they advised me that Edreams had only paid $102 for the original flights that I purchased meaning that they had added $80 onto each original ticket I purchased. This is daylight robbery and I do not believe that skyscanner should be promoting any of their customers to use Edreams when they are marking up the prices of the flights at a ridiculous rate and will then refuse to offer any kind of customer service to their customers. Avoid this company at all costs.

eDreams flight ticket

Worst company ever. First they listed a very cheap price for my flight then after I booked I find myself paying 40 US more than the price listed. they charge me a higher price than the one listed + there are fees that you can easily avoid by booking from any other website. I tried to call to cancel the flight. 3 times waiting was 30minutes each and you are dealing with animals completley animals at the end they told me if you cancel the flight ticket still the money that Edreams charged me are non refundable. Please AVOID AVOID

eDreams booking reference [protected]

Hello,

I have recently booked tickets Venice-Malaga-Venice for my 3 colleagues, and payed it with company card. Edreams never issued invoice after payment which was odd. After my colleagues have returned (tickets were ok) I asked edrams for invoice.
It was impossible mission! They have in "manage my booking section" option for issuing invoices, but nothing ever arrived, I checked my spam and inbox, and definetely no invoice! I will file official complaint to European commision for fraudelent behaviour, but also according to GDPR, because they kept sending me emails, although I have never alowed them to do so.

eDreams I am complaining about the service & extra fees been charged.

I booked 5 tickets with edreams (flying with emirates) in April under ref : [protected].

One of the passenger name was typed wrong which I requested to change before confirming the tickets. I was told to cancel the whole booking & rebook it again at higher price. I denied to do that & adviced to change name of the passenger.
I was charged 60pounds extra for the service. Now its nearly 3 months gone & still the name is not been changed. I tried to contact them on various occasssions & had to hold the phone for more than 1 hour & still the issue is not resolved. Customer service advisor was very rude & incooperative. Today on 09th July I contacted again customer services & was kept on hold for more than 1 hour & no one bothered to answer my call.

eDreams refund

I booked air plane tickets with easyjet through edreams on June 30 th. Right after (30 minutes later)I changed my plans and called to cancel. They told me my tickets were refundable and I will get my refund in 10 days.
It has been over 1 month and have not gotten my money back yet.
I have called i n multiple ocasions to the 929 ph # always speaking to Indian guys and they have given me multiple excuses assuring me I will get my money very soon.
I need you to fix thsi problem ASAP. I spent $500 and I ant them back.

eDreams flight ticket

I booked a flight saturday night i receive just a booking number by email but no confirm! I check on the site and my flight ticket was blocked...under processing!
An operator on phone says there are problems but wait the confirm email. Never arrived! this afternoon (Monday) I receive and email that says that the price is going up please contact eDreams. All day I'm trying to contact them but no answer! Eather by email or by phone no one answer me! I have no flight ticket I couldn't take my flight that was 1 hour ago but now I check my back account and money are not there! So eDreams take my money without give me a ticket!
That's crazy!
I'm so angry!
That's a scam!
Worst one!
I want my money back!

I finally contact them using Facebook chat and they said "you never buy a ticket so we never take your money". Money just desappear! Exactly the amount of the ticket. Strange no?
And I can't do nothing because I used a prepaid card. So I can't show the name of eDream! It's unbelievable! Can't believe they can do this scam and still money of people!

eDreams rif: [protected] 14.12.2018 prenotazione pwrw4l 29.1.2019 - request refund

I reserved for two pax with problems of thrombosis of seats in the aisle during the flight Venice Reykjavik on 25.6.2019 and return on 6.7.2019. I ask for compensation for non-compliance by Airlines companies on my credit card No. [protected] of the surcharge paid without obtaining what is requiare both on the way. I attach two tickets as proof of non-compliance.
I do not ask for anything for a suitcase delivered after two days at Hofn airport with discomfort in a cold country without equipment. I attach two tickets as proof of non-compliance.
