eDreams review: Incorrect ticket issuance and unauthorized charge for prime membership

Booking reference: 14934353622. Opted for round trip for specific flight selection, payment deducted but before travel got message confirming issuance of partial route flight ticket and suggested unsuitable flight with very long transit time for other route. Tried to reach edreams customer care on email, phone call and chat but issues in all communication platform and no option to communicate cancellation of partially booked ticket. After lot of fights and hours of conversation Edreams refunded the amount but then later charged EUR 65 for prime membership which was bundled with ticket booking. There is no specific confirmation from me to go ahead with prime membership but edreams tricked prime membership with booking of ticket without asking for specific confirmation. Also wrong ticket booked by edreams was cancelled and void, same way they should cancel the prime subscription which was charged y cheating. But they refused to refund full prime membership charges which was charged as a hidden charge without my consent. Also there is no option to delete credit card information from the account.
