I purchased 4 seats on a Sky Express flight, paid the full amount and received confirmation of the 4 tickets. ([protected]) When we arrived at the Athens airport, we were informed that only 3 of our tickets were paid for. We couldn't get in touch with eDreams at that moment and had to buy a new ticket. Upon calling eD, we were told we had been issued 4 tickets and to take it up with Sky Express. Sky Exp then confirmed we had four tickets but an outstanding balance of $220. They said eD had only paid them for 4 of the tickets. Upon calling eDreams again, we were told this wasn't the case. I asked them to reach out to the agency helpdesk at Sky Express to resolve this discrepancy. I was on the phone for over an hour and they said they couldn't get through. Fast forward 3 days, the day before our return flight to Athens, I received an email saying to call eDreams. Upon calling, I am told that we lost our 4th ticket because we were a no-show on our outbound flight. This was clearly not the case, and they told me there was nothing they could do about it and that we needed to submit a formal complaint. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was on hold for 33 minutes before finally giving up. The bottom line is eDreams took our money for 4 tickets and only paid the airline for 3, putting us in a predicament and forcing us to purchase yet another round-trip ticket. This is fraudulent business practice, the customer service was unacceptably poor, and I expect reimbursement for 1 ticket. I have all the documentation to show what we paid for, including the new ticket we had to buy.

I was stopped from traveling on the 2nd of July 2019 with your ticket booking ref. QEEOZKKLL/ETKL 0573686442082 by the KLM desk officers. All effort to reach you to rectify the problem by myself and KLM staff proved abortive. The KLM staff advised that the only way I could travel was to buy a new ticket. We had paid for luggage for both passengers however we were charged 50 euros again as it showed on our booking but not on our boarding passes. We called you helpline when we arrived in Santorini and were asked to send proof which we did by email on 23 June so that we could be refunded this amount. We have not received any reply and are still awaiting the refund. As per below email we are still waiting for refund of the 50 Euro we had to pay for luggage for our trip from Athens to Santorini. Please find attached receipt issued by the airport staff. If we do not receive the promised refund within seven days I will have no other choice but will go to the ombudsman to seek help.
Hi I have just had to repay for bags to santorini at Athens airport even though I have already purchased with dreams so want a refund for the baggage I had already paid for. In February 2, 2017 I have transferred to eDreams the amount of 286, 80 euros to buy a flight ticket (293YIQ). During the process I asked for an Invoice and provided the data of my company. I received the booking confirmation with the amount paid and the invoice data. Until then, everything was going as usual(I had in the past booked with eDreams for business trips and asked for an invoice successfully). What was my surprise when, this time, the invoice came only referring to a small value of 20 euros ( I transferred them 286, 80!). I immediately thought there was some mistake and then the kafkian process started...after many calls, they told me that the flight company should give me the invoice for the remaining amount...the flight company didn't want to hear about any invoice as I hadn't sent any money to them. They said they only had business with eDreams, not with me, so they will only send invoices to eDreams. Back to eDreams, same answer, back to the flight company, same answer, and again and again...
As I said, I had used eDreams and asked (full) invoices before (I still keep some with me). This is a total nonsense situation. When I booked and provided invoice details everything in the webpage made me believe the invoice will be complete (as it should, and as always had). Now, once again, I've just had my refunding request denied by my company: no invoice, no refund.
Conclusion: eDreams is a non reliable company. I will never use it again and I will tell this story to everyone I can. It's 260 euros. If they took me the money, they should give me an invoice. I don't care if they only pay taxes for the intermediate services and the flight company for the rest. How they arrange with the flight company is up to them. I paid to eDreams, they should provide me an invoice!

I purchased 5 x return tickets to NYC (JFK) through edreams today (25th June 2019)- I checked and double checked all the details were correct- dates, names, dates of birth and that there was a checked in bag included for all passengers. All looked good, I submitted the payment. I then received the ticket from the airline company- instead of it being an economy ticket I was issued with a saver ticket- no baggage allocated, no seat allocated etc.
I have spent over two hours today from agent to agent and was told- you pay the fee at the airport and we'll refund you! After the service I have received today I have NO FAITH that I will receive any refund of any fees.

On 24th of June, I have booked a flight for my uncle and his wife from new york to los angeles. But, your company snet me booking reservation and didn't send my invoice from 13th June 2019 till 19th June 2019. On March 10, 2019 I called Edreams to make reservations from Chicago to Guadalajara Mexico for June 20 2019. The total cost was $438.68. great deal! On Sat. June 15th, I called Edreams to confirm my reservation# [protected]. Vumar who was rude to me and unhelpful. He claims that my reservation was cancelled and that I never responded to an email from Edreams which I never received. He said my bank declined my card. I used my VISA ending#0504 and they confirmed that on March 10th they received a request from Edreams for $37.91 that was approved. I had plenty of money available on this card. After spending 5 hours on the phone on Sat. June 15th, I finally called Aeromexico and they said that Edreams never sent them the electronic ticket so I had to rebook my flight with no problems with Aeromexico. same flight, time and seat that I had requested in March with Edreams. Today I spoke to Darzi and she was very helpful and sent me the email that supposedly was sent in March that I never received. I have checked all my emails, spam, junk mail etc. and no emails from Edreams. She told me the reason I got that email was because there were no more available flights on Aeromexico for the time I was requesting, but yet on Sat. June 15th Aueromexico had enough room on that flight. I don't understand why Edreams was telling me that there were no more seats available on Aeromexico. I also called Volaris and had no issues rebooking my flight coming back. My entire experience with Edreams has been a nighmare costing me an additional $300. Plus the service that I received from Vumar and Cumar was unacceptable and very much unprofessional.
I would appreciate your consideration of reimbursing me $300 for all my inconvenience dealing with Edreams.

incorrect information in ticket and baggage confirmation
Hello, I received the ticket confirmation of my flight and baggage.
In flight ticket - confirmation that I didn't pay for check in baggage for outbound flight.
But in baggage confirmation I see the confirmation bag check in for inbound and outbound flights as well. (screenshot is attached)
I can't understand what's right or not.
I do not want to get into a situation just in the airport when the staff will tell me that the Luggage is not paid. And I will be forced to pay a higher price.
When I made the final booking with the options I choosed, everything was included. And when I got the confirmation, no.
But when I check my order, I see the information (current allowances) that everything is included. It is impossible to check it anywhere and to receive the answer.

I booked a ticket to Sydney from Madrid on the 25th of June with a return for August 5th. I booked the ticket in September 2018. I called two weeks before the flight to change it to December 2019 as I am pregnant and not permitted to travel on a long haul flight. I was told that I could not change my ticket for a date after September 2019 and that if I canceled the ticket I would not get any refund whatsoever.
I want to change my ticket or cancel it because it is a HUGE waste of carbon and we are living in a time in which every flight should be considered carefully. I will not stop complaining about this. There are many ways edreams could deal with this...they could resell my flight and refund me a part of the money, they could allow me to change the date of my flight OR they could allow me to change the name on the ticket. This is a huge injustice and needs to be looked into. I will not stop complaining about this company's blatant disregard for our natural environment and greed.

I booked flights to Barcelona (booking [protected]) through eDreams the flights were with airline Vueling. We paid using credit card. A week ago I received an email from Vueling to say our flight VY7816 times from Edinburgh to Barcelona had changed. The email stated we had 15 days to accept the change, change to an alternative flight or request a refund. The flight arrives at 1:00am after discussing it we agreed a refund would be best as we could book into an early flight with another airline.
I contacted Vueing they said they could not refund us directly but would make the refund to Edreams who could then refund us. After 40minutes on hold I was told by Vueling they were unable to refund Edreams because the credit card used by Edreams had expired. Advised me to contact Edreams.
I contacted Edreams (1hour and 15minutes on hold) they said contact Vueling. I explained I had and basically was told to phone back tomorrow. I emailed Edreams customer service received an automated response in another language!
Called back Edreams to be told again to contact vueling. Called curling again they said they can refund but Edreams must call them to set up the refund. Seem to be getting no where! In total I've spend around 3 hours on hold between vueling and Edreams! 😞😣
