I ordered Cubero Wild cigars from the cashier at Quesnel Circle K store. I was told that my order is there and was packed in brown paper bag, I paid for from my account, and charge was accepted the same day. When I found out the product was NOT what I orderedIt was Cubero mini I being still in town went to register the complaint and requested refund. Manager of the store had problem making refund, blamed the software. After a hour He told me He will be processing it on a call that night. I live 2 hr drive from town and with gas prices it’s very expensive to go back and forth at leasure. On my next trip I asked store manager for the refund, was promised that the whole transaction will be refunded, it will take two to three weeks to show up in my account. I feel this isn’t right. I called the Circle k store today, there is no live person answering the phone, now. I left the message for the manager and request for refund again. I tried to upload a picture, it doesn’t take it, it says upload error.!
