I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding the ongoing issues with my water filter product, which I have been following up on for the past 3-4 months. Despite numerous complaints and requests for a replacement, the situation remains unresolved.Everyday it has been a task to call and take followup,t here are days when the calls are not even addressed and is ignored.
Technicians have visited frequently but have failed to repair the issue or provide a permanent solution. Currently, it has been a week since I last received the water filter, and obtaining drinking water has become a significant challenge for my household.
This experience feels like a case of harassment, as I have made multiple requests, and my product is still under warranty. Unfortunately, neither a replacement nor effective repairs have been carried out. If this matter is not addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to higher authorities.
I kindly request that you take urgent action to resolve this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
