My name is Jose Castro, I live in Miami FL, I bought a flight and stay to Santorini, specifically at the Sunny Villas Hotel, Expedia coordinated a Miami-London-Santorini connection for me, the initial flight to London was a little delayed so when I arrived in London the flight to Santorini was already left, at the London airport they helped me with a connection, but the closest was London-Munich-Athens-Santorini, finally I arrived at the hotel at 1am in the morning, a hotel where there was no one to receive me, which was closed and without reception service, and at that time in the morning I contacted Expedia but they said they couldn't do anything, I had to return to the Santorini airport to start at that time to look for a flight back to Miami, a flight that cost me more than 5000 dollars since it was back Athens-London-NY-Miami, Expedia says that the hotels have their refund policies and that they can't do anything, so, from the beginning everything is Expedia's fault because coordinates very tight flights of time when they know that it takes a minimum of 2 hours to pre-check, in addition to allowing their businesses like the Sunny Villas Hotel to steal money from their clients, Expidia is not reliable for doing business because it leaves its clients stranded, in the other side of the earth, Expedia knows that everything is true since I have proof of tickets, calls to Expedia CS and the claim number that they gave me, so, if you are thinking of doing business with Expedia, go to another platform more reliable.
