The incident occurred between June 2023 to August 2023. My unit was infested with rodents that pooped and peed on everything.After being a customer for almost two years and spending almost $13,000 in storage payments my items were ruined. I was told to file a claim with the insurance company for my unit. June 9 claim filed. I emailed corporate to ask if they could stop further payments due to the fact that their facility caused excessive damage to my belongings at least while in claim however no resolution I continued to be billed. I was expected to pay even though my items were damaged. No consideration was given to me. They didn't even allow me to finish my claim to get some type of compensation or cleaning of my items that could be salvaged. They put my unit up for auction and my items were sold while in claim status. The sentimental items of my deceased sister and Aunt I can not replace. My personal information is in the hands of strangers. Now I have no evidence for my claim and my entire life is pretty much gone. [protected]@gmail.com
Desired outcome: Not only do I believe I deserve a refund of all payments but for the pain and suffering that I'm going through I should be compensated.
