Dear Complaints Board, I am writing to you all about my problem with Facebook I am not stalking you I was wondering if you wanted to help me out with this problem I had reported to you about my Facebook account I am not able to send friend request and I am not able to see my Facebook friends list where I add or remove they hid my friend list it has been a week yesterday since I lost my Facebook visibilty friends list and the All & Suggestion button is missing I have tried different troubleshooting methods and nothing is there I had reported it to Facebook Support Team about it and they skipped the message please fix this problem and help me regain access to my account I know Facebook can be awful will you all try to help me out I would greatly appreciate it and thank you please investigate this and take necessary action to have it fix keep me updated on any update you have thank you Amy Maxey

Hi Complaints Board, I got your email and thank you for getting back with me but I got a question how come you couldn't fix my issue from all your reviews about your company you all resolve issue how come you don't want to help me out with this problem I told you all about the issue about the Facebook friends list disappearance I had it last Tuesday and it has been a week and 2 days and now the all and suggestion button is still ongoing problem and I have friends list on my mom's computer and I can't do screenshots because I am using a tablet and I have report it to Facebook and I even called them no success and I changed my password I report it to different companies and they just blow me off they don't won't to help me out please fix this problem and get it back up for me thank you
You may also wish to try reaching him again through Facebook Help Center support. Since other attempts have been unsuccessful, think about making a new request in the report system but this time giving as many details as possible about the issue and attaching screenshots if possible.
