I was playing the game of candy crush saga and clicked on checking out how much it was going to cost to buy more time to play and it went straight to saying thank you for buying on two diff times on the same game. I did not authorize any payment nor did I click on any amount to be to be taken out of my account on the 1-26 or on 1-27 of 2013. Respond at earliest convenience. [protected]@yahoo.com

I play a game on FaceBook called the Zoo. I paid$10.00 to PayPal for Wildlife Points. I never got them. I also took surverys for points, never got them. I have been trying to get someone from FaceBook to help me. They have not got in touch with me. I keep trying and they ignor me. What can I do?

Sorry Christie, But those jerks can get away with anything and they do! I started two CAUSES on Facebook... you also can. again, it doesn't do much, but it's a start! Wouldn't it be great to have internet Police to work on some of these other problems besides child porn?

What you did here was great! It will always be here if anyone else has trouble and Google it, you will pop up! That's something they can never have removed! Good Luck! Rad

My facebook account was hacked and they will not return my account to me! Have followed their procedures for recovering my account with numerous emails for 2 days and they will not respond! They have a phone number but will not answer the phone just lots of options! Why dont they have CUSTOMER SERVICE?

The same thing happened to me but i dont know how i emailed them like 4 or 5 days in a row been waiting ever since i still haven't heard anything or even recieved a reply so now i had to create a whole new freaking account i totally agree why cant they have customer service like every other site

I signed up with facebook. I listed an ad ther for my busniess. It was listed for about 15 minuts. They took it down. The next week they charged me 30.00 from my debit card. They never told me what it was for. I think it was very unfair i will never do busniess with them any more. E. Hoffman

Wow, thanks for the 411, I was thinking of placing an add with them not too long ago but was a bit skeptical about it. For it to be placed for 15 minutes really isn't enough, or worth the pay. I know the term of "You get what you pay for" but in your case, 30 bucks sure didnt seem like a 15 min ad, you have completely robbed.

I am very tired of misleading game tactics this company is using in order to get players into an advertising site that then receives my information I would not otherwise have given out. I think this is very underhanded and may lead to future problems for people who play, given the fact these companies have obtained personal information.

someone named Gabrielle Price is posting bogus messages on my wall...she is not my facebook friend, i don't even know her, i have replied to her posts not to ever post again on my wall or even communicate with me or i will press harassment charges and she did it again today...i remove them immediately because they are sexually suggestive and inappropriate facebook best disable her account immediately

playing farmville & trerausure island u cant get gifts saying refresh page and when u do you loose ur gift and you cant receive them from the request section its frustrating and annoying please can u fix this all friends love playing theses games but will soon delete them if we cant play them

My bank called and said that three charges had been made for a game called sandy shoal. I only wanted to but it once, not three times! And it did not even unlock the game. I want the entire amount deleted from my credit card and i am going to call my bank again and tell them i could not use the phone number they gave me to call you. And you call me at [protected]

Stop charging my credit card- I don't want a continued service.
I created an ad for an event- not a continuous ad. I don't know how to stop this on facebook.
Perhaps you can direct me?

It really doesn't matter if you put all your personal information on Facebook proading, nosey, sick people could still have access to it regaurdless... Facebook and others alike just make it easier for the stalkers to feed. And feed is exactly what they do. I'm just disheartened I had to deactivate my accounts because I feel unsafe now having been the victim of a stalker VIA FACEBOOK. UNSAFE may not even begin to discribe the feelings I now enounter daily.

Monies was denied from my bank on 11-29-2010, for none suffcient funds was the pop uo i received. Yet on 11-29-10 the bank said it was paid which caused my to be minus in my checking, with an additional $25.00 fir none suffcient funds, yet i have never received any money or credits from facebook and now wish not to simply cause i'm needing the $75.00 back that midwwest bank say's they paid.

i am not happy about petville lately, i have been getting so many mystery gifts but all i get is a flower from then and i am not pleased, also i have been accepting alot of mystery gifts and they have been dissappearing! i am bot happy at all. please do something about it. you used to give out 2 pet cash and now it gives you a flower! and also stop doing so many changes! it makes it load all the time! thankyou.

I was charged $100 for farmville credits and I dn't know why, maybe someone used my card. Anyway I have to have a refund, my bank says they will cancel my bank card and refund it soon as it clears (which will be Mon.) Why don't you just refund it now rather than involve my bank. There is no way I would ever buy $100 worth of credits, please be a good sport and refund it to my acct.

That's not how it works. It isn't Facebook's job to figure out if there was fraud on your bank account. Follow their advice.

Why would it seem like a "good idea" to use your credit card for anything on Facebook?
You really need to close your account, reopen another one and NEVER use your credit card for anything on Facebook again.

This is a public forum and no one from facebook is going to be able to help you. Unfortunately, from what I've heard, going through their customer service isn't much more help. You'll probably be better off talking to your bank/credit card company tomorrow and challenging the charges. You also might want to contact the mods of this board to get your post taken down because you'll probably get lots of crank calls/texts. :)

I have 3 charges on 2-22-11 for $50.00 1 charge on 2-23-11 for $50.00 and 1 charge on 3-2-11 for $9.60. These are charges that I haven't made. Someone has apparently stole my credit information. I have had to contact my bank and have my card shut off. Now I am waiting for you to gime me my money back.

Facebook is a 25 billion dollar company, you should be able to afford to hire costomer service rep's to answer our questions on the phone.

my grandson was on my facebook playing a game hes he clicked on buy credits he got them 396$ worth it did not ask for any information on my debit card it just went thru when i tried it it asked for all the information i need this money back in my account now please thank you Bonnie mCdonald

Due toan inappropriate phpoto placed on my account by a hacker or phished, Facebook disabled ny account. I have been trying to notify them for 2 weeks so that they can enable my account so that I can use it again. I likr FB but they are making it difficult. PLEASE HELP ME!

People who have purchased the PC version of Bejeweled Blitz
should have the full features as the Facebook version. As of now you cant share your medals, use the special gems
(cats eye/moonstone) and cant use the happy hour FREE multiplier, if you want it for free you have to play it on Facebook. A lot of people have contacted the company asking to fix this problem. NONE of their solutions work. The people (including myself) have paid 19.99 for the game and I feel as paying customers we should be heard and get a proper solution from the company.

I looked at my bank balance and saw two 50.00 charges on my statment that was to facebook. I havent authorized any payments and havent ordered anything on facebook. I want these charges cancelled and off my balance. This made me overdrawn. There mat be charges and I am not responsible for them. I exoect facebook will reimburse these charges.

would you believe it facebook has no link to file a complaint or directly contact them via email? three different browsers and nothing worked correctly, all my posts dissapeared for hours then double and triple posts, poor poor customer service or none at all...

I used my debit card on farmville which is on facebook a few months back so it was on their files. Today I went to the bank and $14.00 was taken out by facebook. I never consented to this and had to cancel my card. THANKS FACE BOOK YOU ###S

HEY MARK, ya you Mr. Zuckenberg why are you stealing money from my account (debit) what millions aint enough for you? I would of gladly loaned it to you. What really pisses me off . I love facebook and still do but I feel violated next time use some vasiline so it dont hurt as much!
