This dealer ship is the most unprofessional place I ever bought a car from
This dealer ship is the most unprofessional place I ever bought a car from. They sold me a car with lots of problems, worth over 3,000$. When I told them about the issues on my first day driving home, they didn't do anything to help me out. The manager kept my car for more than 5 days without telling me the results of the diagnostic. They originally said my car would go to a specialist at the *** dealership, but 5 days later they said they took it back because their specialist was on vacation. This dealer deserves *** stars. I recommend having a lawyer with you before signing any papers if you're thinking of buying from them. They still have my car and I've only had it for a week.

I got my new car (Ford Escape 2022) 2 weeks ago, but it didn't come with a spare tire
I got my new car (Ford Escape 2022) 2 weeks ago, but it didn't come with a spare tire. They told me they would give me a call when the tire is ready. But they didn't call. I went to them last week, and they said they would call me by June 6. Nobody called. I called them today, June 7th, and they told me to call them tomorrow. I'm not sure what to do next! Can you help me out? Thanks.
I bought a 2022 Lincoln Aviator from Fair Oaks Lincoln, and when I got the car, the windshield was cracked
I bought a 2022 Lincoln Aviator from Fair Oaks Lincoln, and when I got the car, the windshield was cracked. The folks at Fair Oaks Lincoln, including the manager and the salesperson, said they would fix it without charging me. But even though I've tried many times to get them to do it, they haven't taken any action. They haven't made any arrangements to replace the windshield, just kept giving me empty promises.

1. They told us it was a new car, but the contract said new and other paperwork said used.
2. They gave us three different explanations for the mileage: a) used for a test drive, b) transport car, c) a loaner.
3. When I put my hand between the driver's seat and console, I found a razor blade.
4. When I tried to enter my phone into the car, I discovered that there were already two numbers saved in there.
5. The front seats look like they were quickly repaired, with frayed cloth and a hanging staple underneath.
6. They told us that the end lease was better than the Z plan, even though my dad worked for *** for over 35 years. It seems like they charged us the sticker price for a used car.
7. They added over 9 warranties to make it seem better.
8. On 8/14, the crash warning light turned on without anything in sight.
9. I made an appointment with the sales manager for 8/10. I had to take time off work and arrived a few minutes late. He had already left for another appointment. 1 1/2 hours later, I left because the store manager never came to see me. I told him I had to leave, but he didn't want to get up to address the issue. I never received a call back.

My name is Mansour ***, and I had a problem with this dealership
My name is Mansour ***, and I had a problem with this dealership. And I believe I was scammed. Here is what happened. On 04/30, my Ford Escape car had an error dashboard light. I took it to the dealer. They asked me to pay $165 to diagnose the problem. They diagnosed it with code P0A7C. They asked that they need to replace the coolant pump. This was on 05/12. I paid what they needed for the repair, I took my car, and after less than a 50-mile drive, the same dashboard light showed on. I called them again, and they took the car again. Upon checking the error code, I discovered that there are 4 reasons for this error code, one of them is high voltage. They took the car all day on Wednesday and Thursday, and after that, they said they want me to pay $400 only to diagnose the reason for an error code B2172, which also is high voltage. Which means that the first repair was not correct, and they picked the wrong part to fix. Attached are the 4 possible reasons for my car issue and everything they gave me.
Transaction date: 04/25/2022 Amount paid: $16,633.39 USD Car lease buyback: I bought my car lease from **** Credit through Fair Oaks
Transaction date: 04/25/2022
Amount paid: $16,633.39 USD
Car lease buyback: I bought my car lease from *** Credit through Fair Oaks. They quoted me a price of $14,843.09. I paid Fair Oaks the amount they requested, which was $16,633.39 USD. The payment was deposited on 04/26 and credited by Fair Oaks on 04/26/2022.
On 04/25/2022, a Fair Oaks salesperson assured me that the car title would be transferred to my name within 4 weeks. However, Fair Oaks did not send the payment to *** Credit until 05/09/2022. When I asked about when they would send the car title paper to the DMV, the salesperson mentioned that their clerks would take several days and it was not within their control to determine when I would receive my title.
Now, I am stuck driving my car without the title, especially since I had plans to travel out of the country. It seems like Fair Oaks intentionally delayed the process because they were not happy about me buying back the lease. They used to call me almost every day until 04/20/22, asking when I would return my leased car. Their plan is to take the car and sell it at the current market price for a used *** Escape, while I exercised my privilege as a lessee to buy it back.
Fair Oaks never provides any updates, and I had to contact them myself to check the status. All I want is for Fair Oaks to send my title papers to ***.
Me and my wife went to Fair Oaks Ford on October 16 to sell our 2019 **** F-150 Raptor
Me and my wife went to Fair Oaks Ford on October 16 to sell our 2019 *** F-150 Raptor. They made us an offer and we filled out the paperwork to sell it in Illinois. The salesman told us we would get paid once they got the title from the bank, PNC Bank. Fair Oaks Ford listed my truck on their website for sale within 4-5 days. I posted a review on *** complaining that they were selling the truck before they got the title and paid me. After 24hrs, the salesman called us and explained the process. I told him he only said "We will send you the money when we receive the title," but didn't give us all the details. He then mentioned that they would send a check by mail to the bank, and the bank had 10 days to process and send the title to Fair Oaks Ford. Once they got it, they would send us a check for the difference. It's now November 3rd and we still haven't received the check we're owed. We don't even know if they sold the truck. We think this is a sneaky sales tactic and we're really unhappy because we can't buy a new car without the money we're owed. This dealer has only cared about themselves and hasn't paid us. We want our money right away and I'll do whatever it takes to make sure they don't do this to others.
On July 30th, I went to Fair Oaks to trade in my 2014 **** because of some issues with the car
On July 30th, I went to Fair Oaks to trade in my 2014 *** because of some issues with the car. I met with a sales rep who told me that if I get the 2019 ***, it will have everything I was looking for in a new car, like an automatic car starter. They also said I could start my car using the *** app, but that turned out to be untrue. After taking my car to the *** dealership, I found out that the bumper, nics on my window, and my driver's key control on the door wouldn't be fixed as promised. They said they would fix everything once they took my car in for detailing, but it turned out to be a disappointment.
Initially, I was told that I would definitely get a rental car, but later they called me and said they couldn't provide one. They said it would only take 3 hours to fix all the repairs, so I made appointments and rearranged my schedule. However, due to their inability to provide a rental car, I couldn't make the appointment and had to reschedule for Friday, September 9th at 2 PM. They warned me that if I missed this appointment, they wouldn't be able to do the repairs anymore. So, I canceled some work events to ensure my car would be fixed and everything would be resolved.
Before I left, I confirmed with *** at *** that all the promised repairs would be done. He assured me that everything would be fixed and covered by them. However, three hours later, I received a text from *** saying that my window had been fixed, but the repair guy didn't have the right tools to remove the nics. He said it could be done another day. Additionally, they couldn't fix the bumper.
When I went back to Fair Oaks to pick up my car, nothing had been done. None of the promised repairs were completed, despite what *** had promised. They only gave my car a wash, without cleaning the inside. The marks on my car were still there. I tried calling *** to understand what went wrong, but he didn't answer. I even texted him, but received no reply or answer. It seems like he lied just to make a sale and gave false information to me, a customer of Fair Oaks. He then told me I had to go to *** to get the repairs done, even though he had promised otherwise.
