Don't go to this dealership, they're not honest. I bought a car from them last week and checked it over with my salesperson before test driving it. We didn't see any problems. After I bought it, they washed it and filled it with gas. When they brought it back, it was raining and I was trying to move my stuff from my old car to the new one. The dealership employees were outside, but they didn't offer to help me. I got in the car and drove home. When I got home, I saw a big cut in the tire and a scrape on the wheel. I sent a picture to my salesperson and they said it wasn't there before. I asked if the staff hit something when they washed it, but they said they wouldn't fix it because I didn't see it before I left. They knew it was there and didn't tell me. Don't do business with them.

I gave them my money and they won't give it back. I was trying to buy a truck but it never even arrived at the dealership. Will Brown was no help and just kept giving me excuses. I didn't sign anything and now they won't give me my $834 deposit back. It's like they're trying to rob me! Don't trust these guys!

We got a 2013 GMC Acadia from Randy Marion in 2017. The sales guy and the money person convinced us to get an extended warranty that covers the car for the life of the loan. The money guy said the loan is peace of mind because it covers everything while we pay for the car. Last summer the A/C broke and when we took it to a GMC Dealer near us they said the warranty expired. We only got them to cover it after much complaining. Now we have a year plus left on the loan and the extension they offered is expired so if it needs repair we will have to cover it. We called and the person we talked to said we were lucky to get the extension and to not believe the sales pitch when we bought the car.

I went to Randy Marion and they said they would order the part since my car was still under warranty. I checked in every month, but they kept giving me excuses about COVID. I followed up for 6 months, but they still hadn't ordered the part. My warranty expired in 2022, and when I called to check on the part, they had no record of it. This is very unprofessional. I have an extended warranty, but now I'm not sure if I want to get service from Randy Marion again. Please address this issue, Randy Marion. I've bought a car from another Randy Marion dealership before.

I took it back to the service department on Friday, but they were really rude and only cared about my appointment, which I didn't have. Cindy ran a diagnostic and said everything was fine and to bring it back on Monday. But on Sunday, the car shut off while I was driving with my two-year-old son. On Monday, the trunk shut down on me while I was driving my son to daycare. I had to get the car towed to the dealership and didn't hear from anyone until Wednesday. I told the sales manager that I didn't feel safe driving the car anymore and asked for a new car or my money back, but he said no. It's not fair that they sold me a lemon and won't do anything about it.

The sticker price was listed at $19,978, but it turned out to be a lie. They just lowered the sticker price and raised the fees. We agreed on me putting $2k down, but then they said I had to add a warranty and pay an extra $1k. They were supposed to cash the $1k on Friday, but they didn't. I thought everything was done, but they forgot to take the money and transfer my registration. My car was never in the system, so I couldn't get a license plate. I called and told them my temporary tags were expired, but I got no update. I finally talked to a finance manager on December 7th, who took my card number but couldn't guarantee a license plate. It's been frustrating and ridiculous. I'd rather keep the original contract terms than rent a car because the one I'm paying for can't be moved!

We agreed on a price and I gave them a deposit. Later that night, the salesman called and said they didn't actually have the truck, but it was coming soon. I was cool with waiting, but the next day the salesman didn't call me back like he said he would. When I finally got a hold of him, he said the truck was going to a third party for some fancy package and they couldn't sell it to me anymore. I asked if they could work with me on a different truck, but they said no. So now I'm out $250 because I had to back out of selling my old truck and Randy Marion didn't come through on their end. These guys are super unprofessional.

I asked about a back up camera and was told it would cost $500, which I agreed to split with the dealership. When I got home, I realized they had added the full $500 to my fee, not just my half. I complained, but they wouldn't fix it. The car wasn't ready until Thursday, and when I got it home, I found scuff marks and no indication of an oil change. Three weeks later, the brake lights came on and I had to pay $551.51 to fix it. I'm disgusted and won't be going back.
