After I shopped at the Family Dollar Store on Glenwood Avenue in Dalton, Ga., I payed for my things at the register and walked out to my car, realizing that I left my money laying at the register. I went back in to get it and it was gone. I asked the manager to look at the surveillance camera. She said they do not have surveillance cameras anywhere in the store. I saw cameras on the ceilings and questioned her about them. She said they are fake. They don't work. I talked with a police officer and could not file a report without any evidence of the money being taken. And how about the safety of their employees? The "fake" cameras make absolutely no sense and if there were a crime committed at their stores, there would be no way to note it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was working for Rescare for almost a year my pay was always on time and I would submit my timecard every since Hedi left the office is unorganized, you have a hard time getting in contact with Ibrahim. He lies about your pay and promises you he can get it fixed, but he can't . You wait 2+ weeks just because they cant manage that office nor provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE like Hedi did. I would advice everyone who plans to work here, not to apply. The patients they care for are poorly attended. The patients request more hours and Rescare can't provide any. Rescare is full of lies pathetic customer service. They had me come back to the office and sign forms I was not explained what they were and Kim just tells me sign here sign here, we need all these documents to get signed and Rescare has new policies. I don't care I want to know what I'm signing. Please don't bring your family nor apply here.
Rescare is a joke
A customer could have stolen it too.
The FAKE cameras are for deterring thieves, not to fix ignorance.
