FedEx Fedex delivered to a rando in the yard

They accept no responsibility for their deliveries. If there is a stranger trespassing in a yard that is apparently good enough for them.

I had a delivery that required an adult signature and the Fedex team released it to someone not listed as a recipient. Either they did not check ID or they assumed the person was old enough to sign for the wine. They definitly did not verify the signature before giving them the package. They are either lazy or incompetent. My bet is on both.

When customer service was contacted they refused to take any responsibility and said the company policy is to release packages to anyone on the premises as they assume they are allowed to be there.

I guess the lesson is to wait in someone else's front yard for the Fedex guy to assume its your house and then he will give you a package with someone else's name on it.

Desired outcome: Refund the cost of my package contents and a change in delivery policy

FedEx Package Delivery

I received a package via FedEx today. As I stepped out to retrieve the package, I was curious how my relatively new screen door got ripped. My answer came when I reviewed my Ring doorbell footage.

Your driver helper took two steps away from the truck and flung my package at the door and then got back in the truck and left. The package hit my screen door and tore the screen.

This is absolutely inexcusable. Thank you for the extra financial burden due to your uncaring and sloppy delivery person. Merry Christmas.

Desired outcome: At the very least, this guy should be reprimanded or fired. That kind of carelessness just cost me (the customer) more money.

FedEx Driver whom delivers on Pecanwood Place, Pace Fl 32571. Drives entirely too fast and I am trying to prevent a tragedy.

We have had several drivers delivering on our street, been great. But now there is a female delivering to our street, a residential area driving at least 50 miles an hour. All the neighbors have witnessed this and are concerned because there are children living here and many grandchildren visit often.

We need immediate attention to this situation or we will request the
sheriff's department to be on alert and plant themselves in the neighborhood to handle it!

FedEx Driving Skills

Every time i get a delivery from FEDEX when they back out of my drive way they hit my tree at the end of the drive way. This is getting costly. I have ask for your drivers NOT to pull up the drive, to walk packages up because they keep taking out my tree. They refuse to do so.So I am putting up cameras to film your stupid drivers backing into my trees and publishing it on line.

Desired outcome: Make your drivers stop driving up my driveway. They have to back out which is the problem. They can't seem to back out with out destroying my property.

FedEx Delivery Driver

FedEx has to be the worst package carrier out there! Pulled in my driveway, marked that "business is closed" and left with my package. Really? Didn't know my house looked like a business. UPS is soooo much better!

FedEx 5th day fed ex didn't deliverymy package "recipient location security delay. Delivery will be reattempted".

Package is 5 almost 6 days late, no attempted fed ex delivery has ever been made. i have cameras and been home everyday. "Recipient location security delay. Delivery will be reattempted".
So disappointed that they would lie about stopping by when I'm at home all day and have cameras.

FedEx Lost Freight

11/ 29/21 Shipment from Portland OR, to Berlin, VT. Got to Montgomery, NY on 12/ 8/21, then it disappeared. Most likely it was stolen.

Called several times, and was promised a return call. Nothing.

FedEx has been off the charts unreliable for years now. Not caused by COVID. Bad way before. Never using them again.

Desired outcome: $2,000 refund plus damage caused by not receiving product of another $2,000.

FedEx Poor customer service

December 9, 2021

To FedEx:
I work at the Cherokee Nation Amo Health Center, a health facility in Salina, OK. We receive deliveries on a daily basis with no problems…until recently with your company.
For deliveries, we have a sign posted informing delivery people, vendors, etc. to ring the bell on the door and someone will come to open it. Do not leave packages outside.
My office is literally next to the delivery door and takes less than 30 seconds for someone to open the door. Either my co-worker or I is always available to answer the door.
The first incident with the FedEx driver, he rang the bell and when I got to the door to open it, the driver was already at his truck with his door open. When he saw that I was at the door, he raised up both arms and said, "Do you want me to come back and put the boxes inside?" His comment caught me off guard and I said I would do it this time. He didn't say anything, just got in his truck and drove off. Fortunately, the boxes were light and I could lift them. (However, that was not the point)

The next time the driver showed up I met him at the door and had the door open for him to bring the packages inside and set them on the table. He came in put them on the table and left. He never said a word.

Several times since the incident, packages have been placed outside the door and the driver has left. I could not understand why the driver kept leaving the packages outside, so I posted another sign with larger letters asking him to please, do not leave packages outside the door.

The next delivery, my co-worker opened the door and the driver commented, in a condescending tone, "I guess that lady put this sign up. You can tell her I speak English and she could tell me to my face." My co-worker did not say anything to him and he left.

Next, my co-worker answered the door again and the driver brought the packages inside. The co-worker asked if he had more packages and he said yes. The driver went to his truck to get the package. It was a soft package. As the driver was walking toward the building with the package, he had one end of the package in his hand and started swinging it as if he was going to throw it. My co-worker shook his head to let him know not to throw it. The driver said he would not throw anything that would break (again, with the tone) and brought the package to the co-worker and left.

Next, the driver came to the door without a package, rang the bell, walked back to his truck and sat on the tailgate with his arms crossed. My co-worker could see the driver but was helping someone and thought the driver would bring the package to the door. Instead, the driver drove off. When my co-worker went to the door, there was a We Missed You sticker on the door. The Door tag number is DT7587 4547 3760. We are open from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Our front entrance door is always open during this time.

Today one of our housekeeping staff answered the door for the driver. He had never met the driver before and said he had a hateful attitude. The driver gave him a look and said, "You must be new." That was it…and left.

This man is the rudest delivery person I have ever had to deal with. I can understand that everyone has a bad day sometimes and if this were the only incident, I would let it slide. However, this happens on a daily basis. The driver has a bad attitude every day to the point that no one wants to deal with him. We should not have to put up with this. It is his job to provide customer service but he is almost to the point of harassing people. We should not have to dread opening the door for the FedEx driver.
I have had FedEx drivers leave packages outside my door at home but this is a health facility. We have medical supplies, medications, equipment, etc. delivered here on a daily basis. Rarely have we ever not had someone answer the door promptly. However, on the few occasions where that has happened, the drivers go to the front entrance and leave the packages with Security.
I do not know what his problem is but I am sure we are not the only people he treats this way. It is bad enough that he does not have the decency to at least say "hello" or "have a good day" (and I can deal with that) but this driver has a huge chip on his shoulder and goes out of his way to be rude and uncooperative.
It is frustrating to have to spend my time writing a complaint of this sort because of an angry driver. Moreover, filing a complaint is the last resort but I feel this problem needs to be addressed. Packages delivered here are important and some are life and death.
I do not know what his name is but he works for FedEx Ground. This is the first time I have had an issue with FedEx and I trust you will address this problem.

12/10/21 Update: Today we had another "We Missed You" note on the door. Door tag number: DT7587 4547 3407. When I looked up the number on fedex.com as instructed on the note, it shows the packages were delivered. They were not delivered and the driver did not return to try to deliver them again.

Desired outcome: My desire is to have different delivery person. Customer service should be #1 on the list for FedEx and this driver is obnoxious and deliberately goes out of his way to not deliver packages.

FedEx Delivery

Every time I have a package to be delivered, it ends up at a neighbors house. Other carriers have no issue with delivering packages. We have to go on the hunt for our package. We were told by the driver that they couldn't see our house number. We moved it closer to the street. Not sure what the problem is now. We have same house number but different streets.

FedEx Lying about attempted delivery

This is ridiculous, I now finally get why FedEx keep lying about their alleged "attempted delivery". They just simply don't want to bother deliver the things to you and they try to force you to go pick things up. One of my parcel with them is nearly 60lb heavy and they only allow me to pick it up at at a service center that is more than 15km away from me. They have "attempted" to deliver it 3 times while I was by the glass door all the time waiting for them. How are you suppose to be a courier when you don't even bother to deliver things to your client? Please do what you are suppose to do, deliver the package instead of lying to force recipients to pick things up.

FedEx Package stuck in France almost two weeks when was supposed to be delivered by then.

I called fedex after a week of my package being late and they could not give me any explanation to why. Instead they said" it will get there when it gets there". This is who a company hires to deal with a customer? My package has been stuck in France without moving at all now. Totally absurd! It could be lost and i cannot get an answer. Will never buy from a company that ships using fed ex ever again!

Desired outcome: Wanting my package and will be filing a claim for negligence.

FedEx None Delivery of goods

This is ridiculous. FedEx
I stayed home from work and never got a ring at the door or knock, but upon checking the tracking it stated that the Delivery Exception occurred. The customer was not present and the Business Was closed! are you kidding me? there was NO door tag,
I called customer service they of course pretended to be stupid and claimed that the driver put in the notes that he was unable to reach anyone.. FLAT-OUT LIES!

Same thing happening here, I wake up at 6 to stand by the door and wait for 3 days and no one showed up. I don’t know when will my Christmas tree be delivered with their ungoing fraud attempts.

FedEx Lying about delivery attempt

I order a Xbox series x from Walmart the fed ex tracking number said it would be delivered 12/11/ and I was eager waiting until I got an email I somehow missed the attempted delivery to sign for it. Not sure how so I check the recording of my cameras and saw no one coming to even knock on my door. As a gamer eager to get his Console you can imagine how disappointed and sad I was knowing that it not coming when it says it coming. Fed ex straight up lying about these attempts.

FedEx Delivery

FedEx gives a delivery date which I know s s lie. Told package would be delivered on Wednesday. It was not. Then said Thursday. Again no delivery. Was delivered on Friday. This happen all the time. You just lie and lie and lie. You are the worst. I have another package coming from 22 miles away. It is now 60 miles away San after three days is not scheduled for delivery. I can not understand why anyone uses FedEx.

Desired outcome: Everyone should quit using FedEx.

FedEx Fed ex driver

We have been through this before. We have made instructions before to deliver packages to our porch. Main driver does this, relief drivers through it over the gate which is 1/4 mile away down a hill by the street where we can not see it from the house. Porch pirates are more plentiful these days and we have bear problems if it is a food package it makes it worse. Some drivers are LAZY. We pay for a delivery, why should we do their work?

Greetings,

[protected] is the tracking number I received from FedEx. I appreciate the response and hope we can come to a resolution. I did not receive the package that I'm inquiring about. I wasn't on the premises at all to receive anything to sign for. I was at work. I can prove that I was at work and couldn't have signed for this package. The driver signed, and is also to be suspected of taking the package. The driver called me while I was at work and I asked her to wait until I got there for me to receive it and sign and she agreed. I work less than 10 minutes away from home. I showed up to my home with no driver or package in site. I called her again and she returned acting surprised of the incident. She was very dismissive and all she said was "call the claims department" with no regard. She got in her truck on the phone in which she didn't want me to hear when I asked her to contact her superior.
I receive packages all time, even that following Sunday. That Sunday I worked all day from 7 am to 7 pm. That package arrived around 11 am and no one took that package, and no one has ever taken a package from my door step. Especially in under 10 minutes of it being delivered. I've lived in the same spot for 3 years so I can attest to the type of neighborhood I reside in. I am a healthcare worker and feel very disrespected at this time. I have no reasons to make this up. I work hard for everything that I have. I think that this is ridiculous that we have to go through such to prove my item was never received. Is it the amount of money that makes the other companies not want to comply with the return policy? I have never been this disappointed in costumer service ever. Please, at your earliest convenience get back to me on this issue.

FedEx Delivery to wrong address

A package was delivered to me on November 22, 2021. I immediately saw that this had been delivered to the wrong address and was addressed to a person other than myself. I immediately called the FedEx support number and was told that the package would be picked up in a day or two. When this did not happen, I called again. I was told that the package would be picked up that day. When 10 days had gone by and the package was still not picked up, I called a third time. When I told the third world support person about my displeasure, I was transfered to someone supposedly in my delivery area. I was told the package would soon be picked up. You guessed it — no one ever came for the package. So I personaly had to take the package to a FedEx Center to end this charade.

Desired outcome: FedEx customer service is a problem. Part of the problem was my difficulty understanding the support person and the difficulty they had in understanding me. Please bring your support service back to the USA

FedEx Deliveries!!

I am complaining for the fifth time. On the phone to Fed-Ex and to companies using them to deliver to my house. I live in a rural area and my packages are being left on the street in front of my mailbox. Directions are; Between the garage doors! I am up a hill, cannot see my mailbox, cannot even lift the boxes as I am older. In the last month it has looked like I am giving away stuff in these boxes left by and actually on the road! I am extremely angry. Lately I cannot even get a person to talk to. The prompt brings you in circles and never gives you an option to talk to anyone.
If this is a new driver, get rid of them!

Desired outcome: I want directions followed as to where boxes are left. NOT ON THE Road, NOT down by the street, NOT at the barn!!! DELIVER BETWEEN MY GARAGE DOORS. WHAT MORE DO I HAVE TO DO?

FedEx Driver keeps saying im not home

Driver keeps saying I'm not home, but I work from home with my window facing the road. All the times they have stated they attempted delivery there was not even a truck on the street at all that day. There was NO door slip or notice.

Trying to call FedEx got me nowhere, just a standard recording that didn't go anywhere. We couldn't even get in contact with support or a real person to see about getting the delivery back out.

This is getting to be ridiculous.

Package was supposed to be delivered today. Now scheduled for some undetermined time tomorrow. First, I am going out of town tomorrow which I was going to provide the food. Your customer service number is a joke. If this package is not delivered by 9 am tomorrow, I will not accept it.

Although tracking says problem is with olive branch, I saw your idiot driver sitting at the end of my drive for 10 minutes today. Since I get packages for multiple addresses in my area, I guess they are too dumb to read numbers on a mailbox.

Thanks you for your sucking service.
