Fedex claimed they delivered a shipment we were waiting for, but photo they provide as proof of delivery is of wrong residence, not ours. We immediately contacted them & got the runaround for two days while they continue to claim delivery was made to our front porch. When they are informed the photo is not our residence, they revert to they can't help, case closed & contact origin of shipment to request replacement. Be advised they do not insist their drivers retrieve misdelivered packages nor will they call their drivers to alert them of a problem. They simply refuse to accept any responsibility for their mistakes & gloss over the situation & throw responsibility back onto the seller & the consumer. Their customer service reps offer platitudes about how they understand your loss, but they will not aid in contacting the seller to arrange for replacement of shipment they misdelivered & lost. Where exactly in this is the motivation to deliver to the correct address? They claim my package was delivered on 11/20/2023. Well, someone got it, but it wasn't us. Not our porch & not our Walmart orders either. Fedex has been losing our shipments for six months now. We will not be using or recommending Fedex in future.
Claimed loss: Unknown. $200 minimum. Was attachment to other equipment in business. Other parts shipments lost. Hundreds of dollars. They finally bypassed UPS in incompetence.
Desired outcome: Retrieve my misdelivered shipment & redeliver to correct address. Otherwise, pay shipper in full for loss & refund purchase price paid by consumer.
