FedEx Driver of van

Nov 18 2022 7:23 pm Tracking number [protected] I waited for a package I paid extra for to have delivered overnight. The driver drove up on my side gate area. I heard him walked out to greet him. he drove away without getting out of the vehicle. I have to Ring on 3 sides of my house to prove he never attempted to knock or contact me. I tried to stop him as he drove away. FedEx said I was not home. Not true.

FedEx Lost packages

I have not receive at least five packages from FedEx in the past year alone. I started to have my packages redirected to a pickup location (local supermarket or drug store) thinking that would solve the problem. However, that was a bust, as two of the five packages never made it to the pickup location. To make matters worse, I was told several times, on different occasions, that I would receive an update or a status. Again, like the missing packages, that was a lost cause. I was told lies about the system was not updated and my package would go out the next day, but didn't. I pay for the shipping when I am the buyer, but it is the merchant that has to file the claim. One time I did get a refund for the purchase, but the other time, same merchant, when they filed the claim with FedEx, it was denied. It is surprising that FedEx just doesn't care about customers and their lost/stolen/missing packages. I have had items not delivered that were costly and one of a kind (Bose headphones, super hard to find perfume, Alexis Bittar jewelry, etc). I honestly think they need to look into your drivers/contractors. I have gotten delivery exceptions for no reason I can see and then, I don't get the package. What's that all about FedEx?

Desired outcome: Do a better job for tracking and delivering packages. Your shipping costs are outrageous for the service or lack of service you provide.

FedEx Driver

Truck number 437310

Confronted me at red light. Verbal. Fedex driver driving below speed limit in passing lane beside another vehicle. When I finally got around I motioned for him to get in right lane. At next light, driver pulled beside me rolled window down blew horn, and attempted to confront me about motioning for him to not block the passing lane on a four lane. Why? Why would your driver feel need for verbal confrontation at red light. A Reflection on Fedex and your training and the type people you are hiring. Why not just do his job. What was the point in the confrontation. Just because i motioned for him to get in slower lane.

Desired outcome: Reprimand. Training. Should understand while in Fedex uniform and vehicle his actions are a reflection on Fedex.

FedEx Delivery from chewy.com

We are regular customers of Chewy. We have a monthly autoship that unfortunately depends on fedex for delivery. I have started having trouble receiving my shipments the past few months. The tracking will state “out for delivery”, followed by “ operational delay” the next day. Rinse and repeat at least three days. This time, after the third day I called chewy to complain and today 11/13, I had an email stating my shipment was delivered at 10:00 PM last night. I don’t know where they delivered it but it wasn’t to me. We walked around the neighborhood looking everywhere and no one has it. Looking at the tracking it looks like it’s in Blairsville, GA — about an hour away! And FedEx NEVER comes into our development late at night. The Braselton, GA office where is where the problem is originating is having lots of problems. People all around me are not getting deliveries and they’ve “lost” at least five other orders of mine. Something needs to be done about this.

Desired outcome: Competent and truthful service. Location of my shipment.

This sounds like what happened to me. I ordered packages from Chewy twice, only to get a message they were delivered but they weren't delivered to my address. the picture delivery proof showed the wrong address.

FedEx Electric bicycle

I had to drive 45 minuets just to get to a FedEx and ship off a return. First of all, the two employees that were in the store when we came in were very rude. They refused to help us package the bicycle. They did not try to help us in any way just responded with very rude comments and said we refuse to package this item for you. We then said that we would package the item ourselves and asked for the box we could ship it in. They tried to charge us double for the box. I corrected the employee and told them the right price for the box. After receiving the box, the two employees continued to be rude and hateful. We asked to use one of the four tape guns laying on the packaging table so that we could tape the bottom of the box to get it ready to pack the item. The employee rudely responds with " If we are not packaging it for you, we cannot allow you to use our tape.' My Husband then has to go buy tape just to start the process. We get the bike in the box and let them know that it was ready to be shipped and the employee scans the return label and says nothing in return. Thinking that he would need help moving the box my husband and I wait for a few minutes afterwards. The employee just continues to stand there blank. When I asked if there was anything I needed to do he rudely responds no. In no way should your employees have acted or responded like they did there was no need for it. I will no longer use your company to ship anything else seeing that we got treated the way that we did.

Desired outcome: The process should have been a smooth and easy transition to shipping the item. But the employees made that a very rude and unreasonable experience.

FedEx Tracking and delivery

I was schedule for a delivery on Wednesday 11/9. (tracking # [protected]). The guy didn't deliver so I was told it would be delivered on Thursday 11/10. I called FedEx back again I was told it was out for delivery. Still a no go on delivery called back again and was told they would call me back tomorrow to reschedule the delivery. They have had the item 3 days now. I would like to have my deep freezer. Based on the information that it out for delivery on Wednesday. I purchase meats and items to go into the freezer now no freezer and the meat has been n the refirdgerator for 3 days now. I don't understand why they can't deliver the freezer. FEDEX notes that it was coming from Ocala that is only 25 miles from me. If a had a larger vehicle I get myself.

Desired outcome: Like to have my freezer before 200.00 worth of meat and goods go bad.

FedEx Delivery

This is in regards to tracking number [protected]. I left explicit instructions as to where my package was to be placed upon delivery. My instructions WERE NOT followed. The package was to be placed inside my front porch where it would be out of site. When I got the picture confirming delivery, the package was clearly not inside my front porch, but placed at the bottom of the steps in plain view. I asked that the package be placed where I did because we have had thefts in our neighborhood. The drivers should pay more attention to simple instructions given to them. I am a former FedEx employee and I know how the notification system works which frustrates me even more.

FedEx Delivery Delayed 2 days

Had a very important document shipped to me on Nov 3 2022 from Virginia. Missed driver Nov 8th and set up to be delivered on Nov 9- Delayed no update status. Was to be delivered today Nov 10th it is 11:19 am still no delivery, still no updated status. This company is a very poor company as this document needed signature and I have waited 2 days and no one has arrived. Cannot get any answers from Fed Ex. Very angry about the entire situation

Desired outcome: I want my delivery that was expedited to be delivered ASAP today

FedEx FedEx Ground

I placed an order on the 4th of November 2022 through a store that I have purchased from multiple times. This time around, I have been having nothing but problems with FedEx. With this order (Tracking number [protected]) they failed to deliver it THREE TIMES IN A ROW. It was originally supposed to have been delivered Saturday, 11/5/2022 and the delivery date passed, with no delivery. Then, they said it was going to be on 11/7/2022; big surprise, it was not delivered. THEN they said it would be here on 11/8/2022 and it STILL has not been delivered. As of 11/9/2022, I have been hung up on, told that they did nOT want to deliver my package AND I was informed that I might not ever get my order. It is PERISHABLE. And sitting 214 miles away from where I am.

Desired outcome: I want my package delivered TODAY, 11/9/2022 or I WILL lodge a complaint with the BBC and find a lawyer.

FedEx Complaint

I moved from Texas and Fedex was never our friend their either. To start lost packages more than UPS.

Then me moved to Alabama where we get more packages delivered by Fedex than UPS. My parents are elderly and cannot lift some packages. My parents leave the gate open for the fedex driver and used to be no problem tile we got a new driver for the area. They refuse to lift a package saying they can't due to unable to lift over 50lbs. I thought that was a requirement to being hired? UPS driver we know him so well he comes up the drive gives some treats to our lab pups and unloads our packages. I wish companies would let us choose who we want to have packages delivered by I would pay a little more to have UPS deliver.

We also had an issue where Fedex came in and grabbed a package that was not the one to be returned. The one that was to be returned had a return label on it. We had spoken to the FedEx driver the day prior about the return package. She ended up picking up and grabbing a package she had just delivered that day and was inside our garage where we thought it was safe and put the return package outside. We ended up having to contact Amazon for a refund and an investigation. We couldn't get a replacement due to the item was a refurbished item and only 1 in stock and the item was sent to the company we were returning a damaged table to.

Fedex used to be the best but now the absolute worst. I spent hours this morning trying to speak to someone and couldn't. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. You will not get package on time or probably even in the same week as promised. It doesn't matter if you spend $100 to get it overnight from 200 miles away, you will get it in a week if lucky and no refund. That's if you are lucky. And good luck trying to talk to someone that actually knows anything.

I have been waiting for a important envelope on Friday and it ran into a delay and I received word that it would come to me on Monday between 1:30 -4 and I still have no package which I am in desperate need of the contents. FedEx FedEx customer service

I am expecting a package from Verizon.

My doorbell is broken ad I need to let the FedEx driver know that they need to CALL or TEXT me when they get here

I have found NO way to get that information to fedex or to have any communication with you people because of a wall of automation that utterly insulates FedEx from people.

Here I summarize

When I got the tracking number, I followed the link to the tracking page and hit the tab "manage delivery"

I get an error message saying "We are unable to retrieve Deliver Options at this time. Please try again later."

Well I've been trying this for DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY with NO results.

SO then I called your customer service number

There I get a run-around that is ENTIRELY CIRCULAR and that allows absolutely no opportunity for me to get this information to you

Desired outcome: I need ACCESS TO A HUMAN BEING AT FEDEX

FedEx Program activation

Received email re a non-delivery package. We are completely disabled and see a lot of doctors. I received an email from FEDX advising They attempted a delivery ID number [protected] advising the email was spam and a virus do not open. Photo attached

I cannot get to the door in time to answer the doorbell. I cannot walk very few feet before I fall so it takes me several rest times.

BEFORE I CAN GET TO THE DOOR THERE IS NO ONE THERE THEY LEAVE TO QUICK. I DONT KNOW WHEN THE DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED BUT I DESPERTLY NEED THE MEDICINE.

FedEx Dishonest delivery attempts

Been home all day with a purpose of waiting for package to be delivered requiring signature. Checked tracking status and it was updated to attempt made no one present for signature. Impossible.

FedEx package placed partially hanging out of USPS mailbox instead of on porch as all previous FedEx packages have been placed

One package was delivered by the driver placing it in our mailbox in a manner which could have resulted in it falling on the ground or being stolen. The PHOTO ATTACHED shows how I found the package when I went to our mailbox after receiving an email from Walmart.com that it had been delivered. I was surprised when I looked on the front porch and it wasn't there since all previous packages delivered by FedEx have been delivered in a PROFESSIONAL MANNER. NOT SO with this driver.

Desired outcome: This driver's supervisor should reprimand the delivery person and document that the delivery was not made per FedEx regulations.

FedEx Delivery

With a package marked “Fragile Handle With Care”, the delivery driver tosses the box onto our porch. See video and package labeling photo.

I have not inspected the contents of the package for damage, but the point is that the package is clearly marked as fragile.

My other issue is that we have a porch with walls that hide the view of packages from the street; but FedEx seems to always but it in the wide open. Given all of the porch piracy going on these days, I’m wondering why the drivers would not put packages behind the wall.

FedEx Insane Fedex Express driver

I have to report this incident before this driver gets some one seriously injured or killed. Fedex Van Number 114784MJX. Thursday November 3, 2022 approximately 3:15-3:30 PM.

Coming out of a shopping parking lot in Lanoka Harbor, NJ (a Rte 9 plaza that houses a Home Depot, Aldi's and other establishments). I turned into the exit lane as it appreared clear. A Fedex Express van came out of nowhere as I completed the turn yelling and attempting to to speed up I was not going slow but proceded to the exit and turned right onto thr higwat (Rte 9 soutbound).

The driver immeditely floored his van and was nearing an estimated 65 yo 0 mpf on 45mph busty road. He turned into another plaza shortly doen the road like a madman where there is a toddler's dance and play school. I turned in to get the van number and left.

Please get this person off the road. This person should not be driving any vehicle, never mind a Fedex Express van.

Desired outcome: Disciplinary action. Termination necessary if a repeat offense.

FedEx Delivery Instructions

I have an account with FedEx & inside my account I have instructions to deliver all packages to "front door". However, they leave all our packages, big and small, and sometimes very expensive packages, by the street, which is 100 feet or more away from my front door? Why would they do that? I wonder why FedEx even has the option for delivery instructions inside one's own account if they "do not" pay attention to the instructions? Packages can get stolen that close to the street and have been! UPS, USPS, Amazon and other delivery services, leave our packages on our front porch where we can see them. We cannot even see a package delivered by FedEx due to the distance and trees!

I used to work for UPS and they have instructions to follow the customers requests, something FedEx doesn't do. Highly disappointed with the FedEx company.

FedEx FedEx delivery out of Tracy CA

My package has been out for delivery since 10/26/2022 and it is now 10/30/2022. My tracking number is [protected]. This is the 3rd time I have had issues with the Tracy location. That is all this year. I am at the point where if a company is going to ship with FedEx I’m just not going to buy from them. I used to always use FedEx and enjoyed the service. What has happened to FedEx? I just want my package. It has been out for delivery again since Friday 10/28/2022 with no further updates.

Desired outcome: Deliver the package when stated, speak to management at Tracy, speak with driver on how to properly scan packages.

I have had the same problem with the tracy distribution center. Everything that comes out of there is late. Always says that the package is out for delivery and ne er shows up. I've had to file a complaint each time. Then the package suddenly arrives. I think tracy keeps the packages from my area until they have enough to deliver. Im An hour away from tracy. If I have any other option than fed ex I will always take it.

FedEx Delivery of a package

I called Home Depot BEFORE placing an order for a refrigerato. I needed to be assured delivery would be on Saturday "morning" (October 29, 2022) in lieu of the fact that my other refrigerator "died". After assurance it would be here "Saturday morning" I placed my order. By noon on Saturday I had not received my refrigerator so I called FedEx and Home Depot and I was told that my refrigerator would "definately be at my house by 7pm". At 7:30pm the refrigerator was still not delivered. I called FedEx and Home Depot again. I was then told my refrigerator would be here "Sunday morning". It is now 2:30pm on Sunday and I have no refrigerator. I am now being told the truck broke down yesterday, although nobody bothered to call me and ell me that...simple courtesy forgotten! I am also being told it will be here by 4pm today. Even if they do deliver this by 4pm I still lost food that needed to be refrigerated (due to trusting this would be delivered when they said it would) and I have experienced unnecessary stress. To try to call Fed Ex is very frustrating...they do everything possible "automated" to keep you from speaking to a real human being and then you can't understand their language as it appears their calling center is not in the US of A. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH; I'm trying to deal with local "mom and pop" businesses and I would encourage others to do the same (screw these delivery companies and bog box stores, there's absolutely no customer service or satisfaction anymore!)

Desired outcome: Delivery of my refrigerator and compensation for loss of food and unnecessay inconveinence
