It has been a month now and I still do not have a phone. I have contacted both Telkom and finrite, I submitted everything they asked for a including the excess fee. I am disappointed how now they have reasons not to give me a new phone. I am now reading about this company and the reviews I am seeing are making me uncomfortable as I do not think I will receive my phone. I am so angry and frustrated as I am still paying these people. It has been 2 weeks they have been making excuses about a waybill. I feel so scammed and all I need is my phone or I will escalate it further.
Finrite Administrators, They are an insurance company and I was referred to them by Telkom
