On 6/27 called firestone in corinth tx I was told be there at 7 they should know whats going on by 10-11 o clock I was having problems with front end got me in at 230 didnt let me know until about 445 cst and i'm from north carolina. I was told I needed ball joints tie rods and wheel bearing I told them at least the wheel bearing was under warranty but it was to late to get a hold of my shop in nc. I had no choice. I asked them to call me when they started working on truck so I could come pick up tires and take to discount to get new tires. I kept checking they never call but I eventually got tiires swapped. The person I had been dealing with for 2 days had the girl taylor in the office call me and she was very nice to tell me my truck was done $1800 later I had them save old parts due to warranty person I had been dealing with wouldn't look at me or say a word and walked by me with hisv head down. Since then i'm back home the bearing they replaced is not bad so they replaced parts that didnt need to be replaced, all parts were marked up 100% or more and I feel I was charged 3 times the labor cannot get warranty cover because part is not bad. They never dis even get my name right I gave them my phone # but it pulled up my nephews name I told them 3 times to correct it they did finally get email changed but that was it. Not enouggh room here to tell it all. I wwas going to do survey I wwas told ii had uuntil 6-5 end oof day but it expired before that
