Can you cancel any memberships I've signed up to. I tried to do this online but it says I have to phone a number which is utterly ridiculous. I am trying to remove my account on flirt.com. I can't remove it unless I enter a code I am supposed to receive on my email address. This code was never sent (not inbox nor spam) so please proceed to remove my account immediately, or I will have to contact other authorities about this issue.

I did the 3 day trial and want to cancel, as far as I can tell there is no way to cancel it via their website and the email just told me they would give me a week for free and then didn't reply when I said no thanks.
The company is based in the US and expect me to call them from the UK to cancel when they can do it online.
They also without me knowing signed me up to a different site sexintouch.com which also has a subscription fee and is clearly run by the same company.
I would like to cancel both subscriptions if possible but they aren't allowing me

Upon signing up using the Flirt.com App, you are automatically enrolled in other third party memberships that you are not aware of because they are maliciously hidden in the terms and conditions and you are not told upon canceling your Flirt.com account that you must also cancel these other websites that you do not even know you involuntarily agreed to enroll.
If you attempt to cancel your Flirt.com account, you must go through a multi step process, which ends with you having to talk to someone on the phone to give you a code in order to cancel. However, this telephone number does not work in some countries and you are stuck with no method of cancellation as Flirt.com does not consider emails as legitimate cancellation.
I have contacted the payment processor for this site and they refuse to refund my "membership fee" after beating around the bush at which dating app I was supposedly a member. Finally, admitting that I signed up for Flirt.com and was automatically signed up for other website memberships.
My advice is to go to your bank and cancel the credit cards and request new credit cards for your bank account. Do not use other credit cards for dating apps as it can take a few weeks to be reissued new credit cards.

Would you believe directly after I posted this complaint, they charged my credit card again?
I am on my way to my bank now to cancel my credit card so they will not be able to steal any more money. I cancelled this account in November 2019 and they are still billing me for it.

I have attempted several times now to cancel my repeated billing without success. Every time I complete the process it says thank you then returns me to the last screen where I can see that my repeat billing has not been cancelled. I got annoyed enough at this that I attempted to delete my account but that also has not been working. When I try to delete my account it brings up a message telling where I can deactivate my repeat billing. I am very frustrated and would just like to cancel my billing.

why can’t I delete or unsubscribe to the subscription, it really isn’t fair and you are taking a lot of money
I canceled my subscription twice and nothing happened. I sent your support team an email and it was not responded to, we are we wasting our time here . There are many website we could use for free but I chose give this one a try and it was a mistake. The website is still running as if I didn't unsubscribe the account. Unsubscribing to emails did nothing as I'm still getting emails, is it a system failure or it's glitching either way I'm loosing money so please help me .

The whole cancellation process is unfair. Theoratically a cancellation validation code is sent. It is told that it arrives in 1 hour. But i havent received yet (i started the process 8 hours before). (Spam folder is checked)

repeat billing
I've called and cancelled numerous times. I e called and these people over the phone have told me that everything will be canceled. A month later and I'm charged again. I don't understand this. This is a fraudulent scam. Iam requesting for this site and all there monopoly of different companies to stop with the charges. I try everything to cancel my payment but am unable to. When i contact them they tell me to go through to steps on the site that don't work. Nobody is willing to help and I have demanded they cancel but to no avail and surprise surprise they keep charging. The whole thing is a scam. It can't be hard to just cancel the subscription, why can't you just do it.
