Unexplained charges
Dear customer service.,
I have recently been charged (twice) on my debit card (see attached) and have never signed up for or used flirt.com services. Please explain how this has happened and reverse these charges. Please also cancel immediately any subscription to this. I do not want to be charged again and do not want anything to do with this service.

I cancelled my next billing 2-3 days BEFORE they were suppoosed to charge me
And even so, they forcefully withdrew money from my account without permission! I tried to cancel the money transfer and i couldn't! and the transaction doesn't even show on their website! SCAMMERS!
13th of december is the day i bought the 1 day access, then 4 hours later i decided to cancel it, because those sneaky devils forgot to mention that i will go straight to MONTHLY PLAN right after my 1 day expired, So i quickly canceled any future payments and they STILL decided to take my money!
Desired outcome: I want my money back! (10.27 pounds)
I also forgot to mention that on 16th of December i decided to use a disposable virtual card to buy another 1 day plan JUST BECAUSE they saved my previous card info and i wanted to replace my real card info with this disposable card info. And even after using the virtual disposable card, i still cancelled any future payments.
Repeat billing
I have tried numerous times to cancel a repeat billing by filling in the form in the app, (there is no confirmation that this has been done afterwards) then trying to call the phone number to 'complete the process'. The number was unobtainable each time I called and I have now been charged for a month's membership, which I did not want, and so I would like a refund.

Billing cancellation
Today I started an account with flirt.com and paid for the 3 day trail but soon after realised that it put me into an automatic payment plan. This same day I have proceeded through all of the necessary steps on the website to cancel the subscription. However, at the end of the cancellation process you are met with a message saying "to complete repeat billing cancellation, please call our operator at [protected]". When you try to call this number you are met with an automatic response saying "sorry you have dialled an incorrect number". Due to this I have email [protected]@flirt.com to request the cancellation however they are only replying with promotes to follow the steps that lead me to a number that cannot be called to "complete" the cancellation.
I feel like I have been scammed and they are purposefully avoiding cancelling my subscription to take money from me. I'm not sure what I can do. This has left me feeling hopeless that they will start taking money from me without my consent when I have continuously attempted to cancel this through their site and emailing their support team directly.
Desired outcome: My subscription is cancelled and they do not charge any further then the 3 day trail I agreed to.

Fake dating sites and difficult and misleading account deactivation process.
On the final page (step 4) of the account deactivation process it clearly acknowledges my intention of deactivating my account and displays a large button that has been placed strategically to make you think it needs to be pressed to cancel your subscription. Instead, the button is to cancel your request to deactivate your account, what is written in unassuming fine print is that you are required to call a number to discuss all the embarrassing details regarding your desperate loneliness and repeat the personal details you had just verified in the first 3 steps of the deactivation process. This is blatant misdirection and I believe it to be fraudulent. They also stitched me up with MYDEEPLOVE.COM also.

I no longer want to use flirt.com and wish to cancel my subscription. I find the cancellation process very difficult and it appears that I am unable to do it online. I find this unacceptable. It looks as though flirt.com has made it very difficult to cancel a subscription to the service. I had tried twice to cancel my subscription online, with no success. I only started using the service a few days ago. But have decided it wasn't for me.

i had subscribed to flirt.com today morning to meet new people there. but after the subscription what i got there was only bots and fake profiles. the subscription i took was for 6 months but the billing showed only for one month. the amount charged is showing INR 750, however i uave been chrged INR 1260 for the same. i feel i've been cheated by the service providers. the homepage showed 100% refund when i subscribed, however they refused to refund even after multiple requests. please do the needful ASAP.

You are showing me 22 year old young ladies flirting with me. I think you are allowing this only to make money, it really is Sick. Signed up last night for 3 day free trial membership, cancelled the next day and see on my bank account that I have been $1.99 and $21.99 from you lot consecutive to each other, I have cancelled all this morning and cancelled recurring billing. Created an account and signed on with a 1 day trial membership. I have subsequently sent an initial email to cancel account. Upon checking billing history, I see that I was billed again. As a result I sent another email to cancel the billing. Again upon checking I see that I have been billed again. I note my account has been reduced to limited (free) but I am still being billed for full account.

Unauthorized credit card charges
I registered flirt.com in june 05, and after that immediately pushed myself out of flirt.com system, from which I also received an email. But it was deducted EUR 10.81 from the account.
I wote a letter the customer support team and they said they would respond within 24 hours, but that didnt happen!
Today repeatedly deducted EUR 10.57!
