Money being taken from my account without knowledge or consent
I agreed to a 1 day trial for £0.99 on the 27/08/24. Without my consent an extra £3.89 and an extra £22.99 was withdrawn from my account on the same day.
On the same day I made a contact request on the website for refund on the money I hadn’t consented to.
On the 29/08/24 I consented to a 5 day trial for £5.99.
Later that same day £49.99 was withdrawn from my account without consent. Then on the 30/08/24 another £49.99 has been attempted and is currently pending from my account.
I have read and understood the automatic renewal policy. But this does not fit the criteria.
Why has this money been taken from my account? I request an explanation and a full refund of the money’s withdrawn that I did not consent to. Which is £126.86.
I have cancelled my subscription on line and will not be rejoining.
I believe this site to be a phishing site and a scam!
Claimed loss: £126.86
Desired outcome: I would like an explanation and the money withdrawn without my consent to be refunded.

Safe Hookup Program
I have screenshots of individuals using documents that are labelled as copywrite Together Networks. This started around March 10 of this year , and they have been in touch with me as recent as today Mar.21 The actors are using false identities to give money back guarantees on validating identities and booking a romance package for couples that meet on flirt.com. They have stolen money from me and insist that I have to pay more for a refund. Can I receive any help in this matter? At the very least warn others of this scam . Sincerely Ivan Hinkson

Hi,
My ID is [protected] and I would like to cancel my subscription to Flirt and for any recurring payments to be cancelled. I have paid for a 3 day membership which is due to expire on 19 January 2024 and I do not want to continue after this date or to have any recurring charges. I have seen that you charge even after the subscription is cancelled so i would like for you to cancell my subscription and not charge me again.

3 day trial for 99p turned into £141.57 nightmare!
My 3 day trial turned into a £141.57 being taken out of my account on 3rd of August 2023 and when I asked for a refund they ignored my requests then blocked me access from my laptop to their site. I only put the money in from my savings account actually quite a lot as I was about to pay for a music course which had to be postponed thanks to this site. Then I put a complaint on Trust Pilot which was taken down in defence of this site when there were quite a lot of complaints of the same thing money missing/being taken from people's account's!
Claimed loss: £141.57!
Desired outcome: My £141.57 back in my bank account account before Christmas would be nice!
Flirt.com
I signed up on Monday the 30th of October early hours in the morning for a day trial. Realised it wasn’t for me and kept trying to repeatedly deactivate what I found out was an ‘automatically recurring membership’, I have since been unable to do this and the site states that after your membership ends, day, week or month that is, it renews, therefore mine is set to renew tonight and I want it cancelled now with no fuss or unnecessary added difficulties in the process.
Claimed loss: £1
Desired outcome: Membership to be deactivated

I sent you an email 3 day's asking for a refund and you have ignored my email saying you would reply within 24 hours. It's been 3 day's!
Now I see you have blocked my access to your site, so with that action it speaks volumes and that you intend to keep my money.
So I will be speaking to my lawyer about you, and who happens to be very, very good at her job. It will cost you more in legal fees alone than to just refund me, and I already know that you think you are untraceable and not easy to find. Trust me we will find out your address and site you with paper's to attend a hearing at court.
Be seeing you!
Desired outcome: Obviously a refund for the amount of £141.57!
Ah yet another person who has been scammed by this site. When will you stop sticking up for this site which is blatantly robbing it's customers'?

I've been constantly sent emails at first asking to cancel my free trial and more recently asking to refund my [censored]en money that flirt fraudulently used my card and my account cause even after I canceled my card that i used for the free trail you continued to take money out of my account. On July 10th you deducted $6.23 and later that day you took out a additional $2.08, then on july 22nd you deducted $53.00, then later on that day you deducted a additional $55.79, then on july 24th after I canceled the card i used to order my trail subscription you still deducted another $55.79 I've already spoken with a lawyer and we have logged every email that I have sent you about concerning this matter all have went unanswered and if I don't get my money back on my account were going to file a complaint for fraudulent use of my card and bank account
Desired outcome: That you Refund the money you fraudulently took out of my bank account, which is a total of approximately $170.00 And I don't want to wait five business days as fast as you put the money out of my account

I need help please
Desired outcome: Cancelled subscription, no more charges or payments

0.99p debit
I agreed to a one day charge for 0.99p that is pretty clear that is what you are getting. Upon doing this 5 minutes later £22 came out . I immediately asked for a refund and cancelled my account , couple of days later I received £6.90 as a refund but then they took a further £44 out of my account which has taken me overdrawn - I am still awaiting a refund and who knows if I will receive it . Definitely don’t recommend this site .
Desired outcome: I would love a refund for everything apart from the 0.99p as I agreed to pay that . If I knew they would take what they I wouldn’t of signed up at all .
A married man
You have a married man on your site and he's on the Government Watch List and he lies about his location and date of birth and he's been doing this behind my back and this is cause for a divorce
Please feel free to contact me for additional information
Also I don't like to be disrespectful
You can email me at [protected]@gmail.com for more additional information about this man
Desired outcome: Removal of profile
Took payment after I cancelled
I subscribed to Flirt back in April of this year for a month, which was unknown to me as I had selected for a 1 day trial but ended up somehow paying for a whole month.
I phoned them up about this and was told that it was my fault that I had subscribed to a month and that there was no way their website would allow me to do it unwittingly which is false.
Fast forward to the end of the subscription period in April and the month that I had paid for ran out on May 10th which was fine. I had emailed customer care about having the account closed down which they didn't do but that was fine, I wasn't paying for the premium features. Today (26/5/23) however I received a notification from ApplePay that £42.94 had been taken from my account. I did not authorise this payment and have emailed their customer services about it but won't get a reply from them. They have also deactivated their phone number that I previously called on.
Desired outcome: I want my money back. I would like my money back, an apology from the company and the account in question to be deleted but even getting the money back and the account closed would suffice.
Unauthorised subscription of 1 month.
Hello,
My user email on Flirt.com : [protected]@lyft.live
I have wanted to try this website that popped up on my Facebook and i did sign up for a 1 day with 0.99 Eur. I did soon realise it was a scam website and did not want to use it anymore so I tried to cancel the subscription too. A day later (today) I saw that they have automatically charged me for 1 Month subscription which I never signed up for nor as per their own billing policy it has to be 3 days. I am attaching all the relevant screenshot of my original subscription of 1 day and their rest of the fraudulent extension that they charged my card without a legitimate reason. I regret using a non standard website.
Please help me refund my my 49Eur and close my account as it doesn‘t let me close the profile without cancelling the subscription, which also never really closed the first time i tried to cancel it yesterday. I have already cancelled my card with the bank and reported for a charge back.
Kind Regards,
Desired outcome: 49 Eur are refunded and profile account is closed and my data if any is deleted.
Finally I went to the support section of the dating website and stated all the facts and raised a support ticket for refund and I just got back my money! Hope this helps some of you too.
