Service when I rang customer services
I rang customer services up about getting a refund on my card that wasnt me. Took ages to get them to accept to give me a refund as I was scammed on my card. I did get a refund on Thursday 05/01/23 and on Saturday 07/01/23.
How ever I rang up on the 08/01/23 They did not care about my mental state what it had caused me they said they did not care about it. So would like some compensation for what stress and mental health it caused
Desired outcome: Would like £200-£300 in compensation as i was treated so poorly by them it could of sent me over the edge with my mental state.
Unauthorized credit card charges
I joined the site Wednesday 16th Nov. Realized what a scam the site was, full of cam girls wanting you to go to their site or join some other site to prove your ID before you meet, some even wanted to solicit money for sex.
I immediately went to repeat billing and as I had joined for a 3 day trial, I cancelled repeat subscriptions immediately. Went back on to check today, exactly 3 days later and I have been repeat billed, this time for a full month for AUD57.08.

I signed up to a day membership of £0.99 and then read through the terms and conditions and saw that it had entered me into a subscription so I cancelled my subscription and even after this I was then still charged £25 and then even after this I was charged £45 Absolote disgrace this service especially nowadays with the cost of living rising is a piss take!

Cancelling subscription / deleting account
I tried to cancel on their site, but I cannot complete the process without contacting their customer support.
I have attempted to contact Flirt multiple times via email and phone to cancel my subscription.
I only received one email from them offering me a free week, but I responded that I was not interested. I received to response to that email or any other email I have sent.
I can never reach anyone over the phone and they do not respond to my emails.
I had to look up their number on this site because I cannot find it on their official site.
If I cannot resolve this issue via this method, I will have to dispute any further charges on my credit card.
