ordered several clothing items. a dress for, dress coat and sandals for a wedding.
It has now been 3 weeks and I have not received my items. Have looked online and there seems to be an awful lot of complaints/ poor reviews about this company. I have emailed them and had no reply. Is this a scam site ? I have spent £120 for clothing for a family wedding which I can ill afford as I am a student nurse. I would now like a refund as do not trust this company.

I have been trying to find from you a return address and return instruction, but every e-mail I send to your customer services department is responded to by an automated reply which is no use to me.
Your contact telephone number keeps telling me that you are unavailable. I have been calling for nearly two weeks.
I will never shop with Floryday again.

I ordered dresses last month- still waiting, 5/23/18. Is this business a scam? Tried live chat to question order time, the girl was sweet and tried to be accommodating, but had no information that was helpful. Tried to contact customer service, but nothing. I just got sites with adds on them and fishing sites. Very frustrated, not going to order from this place again, in fact, I'm calling my bank in the a.m. to cancel payment. Very sketchy site. I've had some lovely clothes from Floryday. The fabrics are especially good. They do take a while to come from China but are very reasonably priced to compensate. I check the actual measurements given for each item of clothing before I order (an XL in one garment is not the same as another). You can check the progress of orders online and an email query I had was answered the next day. My experiences have not been of dealing with a scam company.
My wife order a dress, when she asked the representative on the wed site they just closed the conversation, clearly a scam site... warning to all customers don't trade with these scam artists.

I ordered two tops from Floryday. They were not anything as described, different fabric, different sizes. I returned them to the address with the information requested, which cost an additional $10.00. The package was returned to me because it was ‘refused' by the address they told me to send it to. I am furious and will, of course, never deal with this company again. But I would like to make sure others do not get the same treatment.

In lieu of being scamed by Floryday, and thier inability to run an honest company and provide accurate information regarding orders to thier consumers, I have filed a complaint with Paypal who is conducting an investigation into this matter, have contacted and filed a complaint with ECONSUMER.GOV who handles worldwide scams such as the one perpetrated by Floryday.com and 17track.net. The only way to combat these types of injustices is to file complaints which bring about investigations, and hopefully refunds which will prevent this company from profiting off of unsuspecting consumers worldwide. You have picked the wrong consumer to scam. I won't stand for it and neither should the rest of you. Good Luck! BAM!

ugly, poor quality dress that looks nothing like the picture on the item description
I saw the most beautiful dress on the Floryday web site to wear to a garden wedding here in Australia. I was so excited to receive it only 2 weeks after ordering but was horrified when I opened the package. The dress I received looked like an old ladies grandma frock. The fabric was different, the colours different (much duller and the white flowers were almost grey) and although the dress fit okay only the sleeves were very tight and it just looked really old fashioned. Nothing like the picture on the item description. It was a cheap copy of the picture on the item description. I would be so embarrassed to wear the dress I received and would like a refund if you cant send me a dress that looks identical to the one on the item description. I paid almost $100AUD including postage and received a dress that I wouldn't pay $10 for. There are no care labels attached and I feel like I have been scammed. My order number was [protected] and my order date was 2/5/18. I received it on 15/5/18.
I have to say Thank you to Floryday for their customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction. After I advised them I was unhappy with the dress, they offered me a full refund, which was processed promptly via PayPal. So ultimately I am not out of pocket from the experience but I really would have loved that dress that was pictured.
Really poor quality items, I waited a month to receive the cheapest quality junky sweaters and a pair of super thin dollar store pants. Awful don't order from them.

First you place an order, then they take your payment just fine and on time... Then you get A useless tracking number, for a tracking site that doesn't work. When you try for A customer service person you get the same messages from the same person with multiple pictures...I can't find my order, a refund, or a real person.

I ordered a ladies top size XXL after looking at the size chart and reviews saying it ran small. I did receive my item but is more a size small and poor quality. Do not want the hassel of a return to China ( which I did not know when ordering). The company is not listed as a China company untill after you have ordered an item. I had read complaints but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt. Should have listened.
So will give the item away. Cost of shipping was too much for price of item. Buyer beware.

If that was known I would have reconsidered placing my order with them. After reading all the complaints I regret not researching this company first. I received a quick response from Zoey of the customer care department today. She reassured me that a full refund of the item would be given. And to avoid additional expense of shipping back the order she advised me to keep it instead. Her solution to resolving this situation is "good customer service" and her prompt response is appreciated. As promised I will be looking out for that refund! This complaint is resolved.

I returned 2 dresses over three weeks ago and still not received a refund. I have written numerous errors e-mails to customer services regarding the time it takes them to respond then the time it took for them to send me the return details. When I originally chased up my refund I was told that I would receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours confirming the refund process. 4 days later sent another e-mail with a response asking me to be patient and some nonsense regarding the amount of people the rend has to go through. I replied saying I wanted the refund today and requested a name of a Senior person from the London office, telephone number & e-mail address. I also told them I am reporting them to the police for fraudulent behaviour. I will also raise a complaint with my credit card company to help me get my mo eye back.
This company is a disgrace. I would advise people to stay clear from this company. It's outrageous.

Made a purchase online on April 16, 2018. Ordered 4 spring beautiful dresses. Received confirmation of order by email; received confirmation of payment by email; have not received merchandise, nor have I received a tracking number to try to track the item.
Went on line and tried to chat with customer service; no one responded;
Tried to locate vendor; no avail.
Called credit card company which I used to purchase merchandise and found out that I could not get my money back until the dispute was final, which could take 2 - 4 weeks. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING.

I have been trying to return 3 items that were not what I thought they were going to be. I have been going in a loop. They only let you sign in-I tried and they said password was incorrect but there was no way to reset it. Then I tried a new checkin and they said I hadn't ordered anything. I have gone to their website, to their return policy and there is no way to communicate with them. I even went to "chat now"and was told it wasn't for online. I just want to return the items!

Purchased some shoes for a wedding that seemed to look like the perfect shoe! (images on website look nothing like the real thing).
Firstly the shoes arrived late even though it was guaranteed delivery of 5-7 days. When the box arrived it had no branded packing just arrived tapped up in a small box with a customs sticker on. Shoes inside were wrapped up in a bag! no returns slip, invoice anything to say that the shoe has come from them.
Secondly I am usually always a UK size 3 so when checking the size guides on their website the shoe sizes were not coming up how I expected them to. There was a whole size difference between the UK and EU match ups. So, I decided to order what would be a UK size 4 just to be safe. The shoe did not even fit on my foot! It was more like a UK size 2.
Thirdly the shoe looked nothing like the images in on the website. It was the wrong colour, cheaply made and the worst looking shoe I had ever seen!
I then went online to find a returns address and what to do - I struggled to find any information for ages until searching via Google. I emailed the company stating that I wanted a refund and requested the address to which I got a reply back saying "Option 1: You can return the item(s) to our UK warehouse and then we will initiate the refund GBP 31.60 (100% of the product value) once we receive the returned package. If you choose this option, please let us know and we'll provide you with the return address and return instruction.
Option2: We can send you a GBP 22.12 coupon code (70% of the product value) which is valid within one year, and you can use it for your next order on our website. Meanwhile you can keep the item(s).
Option3: We can refund you GBP 15.80 (50% of the product value) and you can still keep the item(s)."
I thought ok great, they have replied quite promptly offering different things but still no instructions on how to return or a delivery address!
I sent the package back to the warehouse return address I found on the outside of the packing with a hand written note asking for a refund. Maybe I shouldn't have done this but I was afraid it would go past the return date which is 14 days from receiving the item and as I now know it's a company based in China I can see it won't get back in time.
I am still awaiting an answer and just want my money back on my paypal.
Generally really disappointed with the service and returns policy and quality of goods.

After writing this complaint earlier this morning I received a polite email from a customer serve rep for Floryday.com informing me that a full refund will be credited to my accounts IF I amended my review on here. So, let's see if this happens. If not I have informed the company that I will be re-posted my complaint. Although the quality and lateness of the shoes weren't right the customer service since complaining has been very good indeed. I hope everyone else has the same service and I hope that they learn to give better service prior to a complaint. Thanks.
