FloryDay return process

I want to immediately return a part of my order, three items. The website clearly states that items are returnable. However no information is provided, no contact number for returns. There are many commenters complaining that they have been thwarted in their efforts to return merchandise. I need an address and assurance that my money will be returned. . Order # [protected]. I wish to keep item [protected] M, which was 46.99. I want to return the other three items and be returned $118.97. Thanks in advance. Please notify me as to the status of my return.

FloryDay trying to return bad clothes, and they will not send info to return and they have my money.

This company is a scam from China. I have been on computer for an hour trying to return items. I sent emails, no help, I called phone numbers, no answer. WEBSITE keeps sending me to a complaint site, that is probably a scam as well. They have nothing to do with FLORYDAY
One company said they get their calls all the time, and they have zero to do with FLoryday
It is a SCAM. If it is sent from China, forget getting your money back apparently.
Cheap fabrics as well, plus no description on how to care for the clothing.
$120.00 down the drain. Someone has to do something about this company.

FloryDay delivery problems and very poor quality clothing

I placed the order on 6/21/18 and received payment confirmation on 06/21/18. I did not receive the order until 07/16/18. I "contacted Floraday every week after getting the tracking information (of course one can't really track the package, so you have to contact Floraday by email only)

Every piece of clothing is poor quality and made with poor workmanship. Medium size dresses run from large to small fit. Large tops run from medium to xlrg and the shoes are such poor quality they don't even qualify as shoes. Total scam - would send back but know that would be nothing but a hassle with this company. Will garage sale the complete order. DO NOT ORDER FROM FLORADAY - read online reviews!

I place this order on May 3, 2018. I then received a confirmation on May 4, 2018, saying my payment was received and the item would ship within 5-7 day. Next note received saying the order shipped on 5/13/2018. This is July 16, 2018 and I still have not received the order. I've tried, several times, to find out what's happened and so far haven't had any luck. I did manage, once, to reach an actual person who, after about 15 minutes on the phone, told me the item had been delivered to my address. Even though I told the lady I was speaking to that I had NOT received the item, she told me I would have to check with someone at their international office. I tried that and they told me they had no record of my order. What's going on?! If I had read the reviews before ordering, I never would have looked any further. I certainly will let anyone I know, who's looking to order something from FloryDay to STAY AWAY! At the very least, I would like a refund.

FloryDay an order

I placed an order for a dress. I tried calling but no one man said the phone or returns the call. In the end I sent the dress back to the address on package ANJ ltd M32OZF. I had the package tracked and it was signed for. You have not refunded me. No-one does anything it appears there!
Please refund my monies. This was purchased from Floryday!
The company just appears to take your money and run!
They then send emails asking for customs payments!
They have not helped me.

FloryDay floryday confirmation emails and return policy

Ordered three dress and two bracelets from Floryday.com. Took over a month to receive. None of the dresses fit so need to return. Never received confirmation email with order number. Even checked spam and junk mail, nothing! Can't send out email to customer service because I have no order number. This is rediculous and impossible. Spent $169.56. This must be a scam. Why else would they make it impossible to return or even exchange items.

I received a response from Floryday regarding my complaint. Its obvious they DID NOT READ MY COMPLAINT! I NEVER received a confirmation email with an ORDER NUMBER! They make it impossible to contact them without an ORDER NUMBER! If they cared about customer satisfaction at all they would make it possible to contact them without demanding an ORDER NUMBER!

Regarding Floryday.com. I was just reading other posted complaints on complaintsboard.com. I found one that was a response from Floryday to another customer. They claimed the submitted order number they gave was invalid. I forgot to mention in my second complaint/response to Floryday that I never submitted an ODER NUMBER because I have NO ORDER NUMBER! In their response they claimed I submitted an invalid ORDER NUMBER. This is clearly a SCAM! Even when you have an ORDER NUMBER they can claim its invalid. Floryday, SHAME ON YOU! You are clearly taking advantage of your customers and stealing their hard earned money!

scam scam scam. ripped off $120.00
NO help on how to return, in fact gives you the biggest run around. No way to reach by phone,
clothes are made with cheap fabric, and no where close to sizing.

FloryDay return policy

Placed an order for three items which cost me $231 cad. Received the package from Canada post, Mississauga Ontario. Quality is terrible and colours nothing like the pictures. I emailed as per the return policy insructuons to let them know I wanted to return all items for a full refund. They have done everything to discourage me from returning the items by offering a partial refund to coupons. As if I would ever purchase the crap they are selling again. After a ridiculous amount of emails, they told me I had to return the items to China and finally provided an address. This would cost me close to 70.00. I asked why I couldn't return the items to another warehouse closer to my location or to Mississauga, Ontario where my original package came from. They said Canada returns had to be returned to China, contrary to what their Return Policy says. The email exchanges have been very frustrating as they continue to refer to this as a situation or problem, however it is one they are causing by NOT complying to their own policy. With the sketchy process I have experienced, there is no guarantee I will get my refund. This is fraud and I don't understand how they continue to operate. I want to return the items to the nearest location for a full refund as per the policy. If they do not honour their own policy, I will find all the available resources to discredit this fraudulent company so hopefully fewer people get screwed out of their hard earned money.

I very much appreciate floryday providing the refund, however an explanation for why they don’t honour their return policy was not provided.

FloryDay product and service

This company is a Joke! No contact after purchase. No product arrived. No chance to call them. They are telling that shipment is from UK but contact with Hong Kong... Why they r not closed yet?! How to get back money from scammers like that?! My fiancee was waiting for dress for wedding reception and now need to spend another money, time and energy for getting next one.

FloryDay refund not received on my card since january 2018 (6 months)

My name is Ingrid Miralpeix, I bought a jacket on January 17, 2018. On January 24, 2018, my return was accepted by you via email and I sent the jacket to ECDC Logistics SA (Floryday Return Center) in Belgium (Rue de Maastricht 106-B). I took for granted you would refund me automatically, but it hasn't been the case as per today, 30 June 2018. Yesterday a person called James sent me the attached "proof of refund" according to which I should have received my refund of 90.59Eur in March 2018. However, I have checked myself and my bank has confirmed that I have never received a refund from you. I used my Spanish VISA card to make this payment, which is a card I hardly ever use, hence it is very easy for me to track all transactions. Moreover, this proof of refund looks more like an internal reference for you than a proof of refund for a customer because my name does not appear on the document, it says CUSTOMER UNKNOWN. Also, CARD ID is not correct, my card number is not the one that appears there.

It's now been almost 6 months and I don't find this is a professional way to treat a customer.

Could you please let me know what happened with my refund before I consider taking further legal actions?

FloryDay slow delivery, returning items, reimbursement

Ordered dress and blouse on May 1, 2018. Items were not received until May 24, 2018. Total price: $94.85. I liked the design of both the dress and the blouse however the size of the dress was more like 2 sizes smaller and the blouse was more like 3 sizes smaller than regular sizing for USA. I used Pay Pal for payment. Began responding via email May 22 about returns & went thru multi emails waiting for responses with acknowledgements etc. Was given 3 Options with 1) return items with full refund to US warehouse. Option 2-would send me USD $54.51 coupon code valid for 1 yr which I could use on their website (?). Option 3: Refund USD $38.94 (50% of product value) and I keep items (?). Then I was asked to return items which I did at my 'expense' to Kansas City, Missouri address and then sent them the Tracking number from USPS with 'me' paying return mail of $8.75. Flory Day asked me to send photo of proof which was sent May 29. I received credit of $77.87 in my PayPal account. They deducted $16.98 (?) from the total of my payment of $94.85. Not sure why this would be acceptable but hey, I'd never order from them again.

FloryDay shirts

I ordered 2 shirts, both 2xl because I like my shirts big. I had to give them to my daughter that is a medium and they barely fit her. If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible!

The quality of the shirts is horrible. The shirts don't look anything like the ones online. The don't fit like they show online either. These people are frauds!

They make the return process difficult so you won't want to go through their process. These shirts can't be worn.

FloryDay customer service/returns

I ordered 5 items from this company on line, totaling $151.16. These items took 1 month to receive and came directly from China. None of the items were as described nor the fit acceptable. The website states customer will be responsible for return shipping, however no where on the site does it say that the items will be shipping from China nor need to be returned to China. The site has a link for "US" and gives the impression that all will be shipped within the USA. When I contacted Floryday, the same day that I received the items, I received a response from them that they received my request and that I would be contacted within 24 hours. It has been 8 days and still no response. I responded to their email and again I received a "automated response" that they will be working on my "updated" information. This website is a scam. These items are cheaply made and many, many consumers are being taken by this company with no recourse since it is out of the country.

FloryDay blouse nothing like picture on website

I ordered a blouse 7-5-18 which when it arrived was too small, their sizes are for midgets. Order number [protected], so I returned it and have received a larger one, 19-6-18. The material is paper thin, very poor, would not wear outside of house. The advertising is misleading, saying that the company is based in England, but the orders are coming from China. What you see is not what you get...

Buyer beware, I will never order clothing online again, once bitten...

Hei, dette er det mest useriøse stedet jeg noen gang har bestilt noe! Jeg bestilte og betalte for 4 kjoler 22 mai. Jeg har etterlyst dette flere ganger men enda ikke mottatt noen av disse kjolene i dag 22. juni. Meningen var at jeg skulle bruke en av kjolene i morgen i et 50 årslag og resten skulle jeg ha med på ferie. Dette skulle jo ikke by på problemer når jeg bestilte 30 dager i forveien! Har aldri opplevd noe lignende!

FloryDay return of dresses customer no [protected]

I purchased 2 dresses from Floryday but they were delivered too late for the ocassion for which they were purchased. I returned them to the return address on the package with all the relevant documents. I waited a while and no response. On contacting their customer nquiry line they said that I had sent them to the wrong address and didn't know who the delivery company were who sent them to me, even though their name was included in the return address. I have communicated with them several times but it seems like their operators are only programmed to give stock answers and cannot use common sense and reason to deal with problems.
I wrote this letter to the CEO when I had become exasperated with every other avenue with this company. I have found their customer service to be appalling and totally unhelpful. The letter was sent back "return to sender". I then sent it to their centre in Wigan but once again after weeks waiting I still haven't received a response. Maybe by sending this I may get an answer.

FloryDay I ordered a number of ladies fashion items from floryday on 16/05/2018 and paid for them using paypal.

The PayPal transaction number is 7E164786P3402572R, the total amount paid by me through Paypal was €112.35.
I provided my shipping address but have not received the goods.
The items purchased were ladies fashion wear.
I have not heard anything from the company since I made placed the order and paid for the items on 16/05/2018

Please help.

FloryDay goods not received

I placed a order with Floryday and still waiting for the order. They are completely misleading. They said the order would be dispatched within 5 days, almost 10 days later. I have tracked my order and it still has not been dispatched! I have also looked further into this company and read the very many many complaints. It is 'shocking' Items are either very bad quality, dreadful sizing, almost impossible to return and deceiving in their assurance on delivery. I would like for this to be reported to the ombudsman immediately. As many have said the company is registered (or shall I say 'think') registered in Hong Kong. I think ths company is a complete scam and people should be made aware of this. I would really appreciate your help and support regarding this matter - thank you

I have just received a email from Floryday apologising . They have assured me that one of my items which is finished ([protected]) will be delivered to me in the next 2 days and the other item ([protected]) will be deleted and I will receive a full refund. I thank Zoey from the customer care department for her rapid response, it is much appreciated.
I do really like the clothes that Floryday have to offer, it was a shame that I had to make a complaint in the first place but hopefully in future deliveries will be as quick and efficient as their customer care team - 'Complaint Resolved'

FloryDay never received order - no contact info. for company

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and paid for expedited shipping. The shoes are for a wedding I am attending in 5 days. I have not received any info. other than being told the product was shipped. I was provided a generic tracking number with a link that does NOT connect. There is no phone number provided on the site. Today is the 4th of June and I ordered my shoes on the 17th of May with expedited shipping in 4-5 business days. I assumed the shoes we're coming from UK as stated on the website. However, the London address is just a front for a company in China. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
