floral embroidery tunic v-neckline shift dress
I purchased a dress from Floryday on August 2, 2019. When The dress arrived it was too small and of poor quality. I went on line and tried to fill out the request for a return form; but Floryday has made it impossible to fill out the form. They ask for the order number but you can't type it in; then it will tell you that their is no order found. Waht type of company is this? Are they legit? I have never known of a company that don't provide a return address or a contact number. I have consulted with my attorney concerning this matter
After posting my complaint, in less than four hours; Lexa from customer service contacted me via email and offered to reimburse me 100% of my order value. She also said that I can keep the item. Great customer service Floryday. I must say I am in awe.

My 93 year old parents ordered a dress online for a family wedding. When the package arrived it was of poor quality and too big. There was no address or return label attached. After days of trying to get an address or return label from the company we realise that they are negligent and doing anything they can to stop us returning the package. After speaking online three times to staff and after countless e mails not being answered we are at a loss as to do next. They just will not give us a return address! A phone line is impossible to find too!
Do not deal with this company! They do not adhere to any standards!
My parents are very upset and distressed that this has happened! I am so cross and angry, what a terrible way to treat its customers.

They don't have connections to email and they don't know how to do email.
The customer service for chat online is all over the place; last one was in france.

This is all true. If there is no phone number for customer care they should not be advertising. This company is a fraudulent and should be shut down.

I ordered a grey v neck top. 1173182 Instead I received a black, xxxlg top 1173185.
I have tried numerous times to no avail to get any response from the company called Floraday.

Many times I attempted to contact this company. There was a medical emergency with my husband and he was admitted into the hospital and he caught for his life.

ordered 2 dresses on june, 1 2019, have not recieved them can not find a fraction number.
Ordered several items from Floryday, (received all but 2 dresses on a separate order.) The order number for these 2 dresses is [protected]. Put on my Pay Pal account, their receipt to me that it was processed is [protected]. I have never been notified that they were even packaged or sent, and have no tracking number to refer to. I ordered these dresses early as I wanted them to wear at my 65th high school reunion in Bozeman, Montana on July 24-30! So now I don't know if they are on the way or not. I will have to go downtown shopping soon, and if I buy 2 dresses then I no longer need these dresses.! and would want my money refunded.

I feel very disappointed with my first experience with your company .
We paid for a guaranteed delivery, as I wanted the dress for a wedding . It did not arrive

I ordered 2 dresses and a bikini from Floryday on the 30th May 2019 for the total of £62.76. The payment was taken, but I did not receive a confirmation email (I've checked my junk folder) and I have also not received my items (todays date is 27th June 2019).
I have enquired about this on the Floryday website 'contact us' email... but have had no response.
I have messaged the company through Facebook... but have had no response that way either.

The 2 items I ordered from Floryday were very poor quality and looked absolutely nothing nothing like advertised. I contacted the company who sent me an address in the UK to return the items stating they would refund me. I sent the items back to the address provided in an email by Floryday. That was in April and despite several complaints made to their customer services I still judge not received my refund. This is a fraudulent, dishonest company and honestly it makes me absolutely sick that they think they can steal money from hard working honest people. I urge people not to waste their money on this company!

Last week on June 10, I ordered for two dresses from FloryDay and I selected expedited delivery which showed 3-6 working days for delivery because I needed the dresses delivered by today June 19, 2019. I have been reaching out through all your support channels and no one is responding since two days ago to follow up. My dresses have not been shipped yet!... Please help anyone! I even chatted with your help online, but the person shut me out when I asked for a phone number which I could reach anyone to speak to discuss the urgency of the need for the dresses to be delivered today unfailingly.. Please help! This is urgent and needs to be delivered today otherwise there will no longer be need for the dresses.

Thank you for all the offers. 3-6 days is late for my use of the dresses. I need the dresses as at today or latest tomorrow in Nigeria for use at a conference starting on Monday, June 24. I have tried to get it delivered to South Africa and have a friend bring down for me in Nigeria. She has left SA already. Then I tried the UK option, but I was told that will take another 306 days before being delivered to London.
I have made alternative arrangements. Kindly send a full refund of all the money I paid urgently and immediately. My Bank has taken this up and has written that they are yet to get the funds if to begin legal actions. Please treat with immediate dispatch.

I ordered 4 blouses on the Floryday website, but never received a confirmation email. I received the blouses, all of which were way way too large (I ordered a size small, the blouses would fit a person 100 pounds heavier than myself). My invoice has been lost, so I don't have my order number. Floryday's website does not recognize my email address, even though the order was placed online. I want to exchange or return the blouses, but there is no phone number shown on the website. In my opinion, reputable companies make it easy to contact them with concerns or issues. I should not have to do a search online to find this website to register my issue. If I don't get any help, this first order with Floryday will definitely be my last.

I bought two items from this company
A block coloured skirt which arrived with felt pen marks on the front ordered a large and size came would not fit size 8uk.!
Second item ankle boots that were supposed to be size 5uk but were also very small.
There was no information within with package of any nature so went into their customer sight which kept telling me it did not recognise my order numbers!
I had to use an email address to request any returns advice which as yet is not fourth coming.
How is a company allowed to operate this way.
I spent over £50 with postage for items that were at best shoddy

I received a pair of leather sandals from floryday which were not suitable for me. I attempted, on the day they arrived, to return them, but was unable to find the address details of exactly where to send them. I used the chat facility, and was told an email would be arriving which would give me the info I need. An email arrived, but it was so unclear. Then another arrived, offering me a discount. I attempted on subsequent days to contact somebody for help, but still have not been successful. I am not willing to phone hong kong - the only phone number given is in hong kong. A london address is shown, but no phone number for customer services. Help, please!

I returned the item to the address as stated in email and as above. To date and we are now nearing the end of May- there is no refund evidence back to my credit card at all!
I will not recommend Floryday to anyone. Expecting a response ASAP and a refund that was going to be $124.80 as stated on the email.
The cost of posting Floryday items are far over and above anything else I have received online and then there is a cost to return- all up amounting to another $90.
