FlowerAura FlowerAura Review: False Promises and Frustration - A Warning to Others

I recently had an experience with FlowerAura and I must say, it was quite frustrating. I ordered a cake for my father's birthday and requested that it be delivered between 9 am and 12 pm the next day after I placed my order and made payment. However, to my surprise, they simply imposed on me that the order would be delivered by 3 pm without even asking me. I immediately called their customer service to inform them that no one would be home after 1 pm, so I chose a window of 9 am to 12 pm instead.

During my phone conversation with Rashid, a FlowerAura representative, he promised me that the order would be delivered no later than 1 pm. He even promised a full refund in case the order is delivered later than 1 pm. I asked for no later than 1 pm as my parents were about to leave for a meeting with relatives. However, things didn't go as planned.

I wasted over 2 hours chatting with FlowerAura asking for a refund and they said they would give a refund. But in just 1 minute, they started fudging things and said that the cake would be delivered. When I asked for proof of delivery, they didn't have any. They even spoke to my mum and my mum confirmed that she spoke to the courier boy and informed him that she is not at home and will not be home till late evening. In short, they did not deliver the order and are not refunding my money.

This has been a frustrating experience for me from FlowerAura. I have all the chat transcripts with me if anyone wants to know the details. This is just a fraud company making false promises. I would not recommend anyone to use their services.

FlowerAura FlowerAura Review: Delayed Delivery and Lack of Communication

I recently had an experience with FlowerAura and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I decided to surprise my mother for Mother's Day and thought of using their services as they had been advertising a lot for the occasion. I was asked to choose a delivery date and I chose the 8th of May, 2016. I made my booking on the 5th of May, 2016 and since they did not object to the delivery date I had chosen, I assumed that they would have speedy deliveries for Mother's Day.

However, on the 7th of May, I received a call from them stating that they could not deliver the flowers on the 8th of May and I would have to pay an additional Rs. 250 for the delivery. I was taken aback by this as I had already chosen a delivery date and they had not objected to it earlier. I asked the lady on the phone why they had accepted my delivery date if they could not deliver it and why they had not informed me earlier. However, all I got was a recorded answer stating that they had a 4-5 working day delivery policy.

Despite the delay, I decided to pay the extra amount as I still wanted to surprise my mother. However, the flowers did not reach her until the 10th of May and they had informed me on the same day that it had already been delivered. I was left wondering to whom they had delivered it. My Mother's Day surprise was ruined and I was extremely disappointed.

I have decided that I will never use FlowerAura again and I would not recommend anyone else to use their services either. The lack of communication and delay in delivery has left a bad taste in my mouth. It is important for companies to be transparent with their customers and to deliver on their promises. Unfortunately, FlowerAura failed to do so in my case.

FlowerAura FlowerAura Review: Unreliable Service and Disappointing Experience for Anniversary Cake Delivery

Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with FlowerAura. My wife ordered a cake for our anniversary and they promised to deliver it within 5 hours. However, things didn't go as planned. I called them at 6 pm to check the status and they said it was out for delivery. But when I called them again at 8 pm, they said it was still on the way and would reach in 10 minutes. I waited for another 45 minutes and called them again, but they didn't give me a clear answer. They promised to call me back, but they never did.

I tried calling them multiple times, but they didn't respond to my number. So, I used a different number to book a new order and they responded. When I asked them about my original order, they said they would deliver it the next day and asked me to send a request email stating that I couldn't collect it because I was leaving the office. I was really disappointed because it was our 10th anniversary and I wanted to celebrate it with my family.

I called the customer care again at 9:30 pm and they told me that the delivery boy had misplaced the order. They offered to deliver it the next day with a complimentary rose flower. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were. I don't understand why they run such a service if they can't deliver on time. I would advise people to avoid such service providers.

FlowerAura FlowerAura Review: Late Delivery and False Information on Valentine's Day

I recently had an experience with FlowerAura and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I had ordered flowers and a cake to be delivered to Chennai on February 14th, but come evening, I had not received any confirmation that the delivery had been made. After contacting the Mumbai office, I was told that the delivery had been made, but this turned out to be false information.

The delivery boy had come close to the delivery address but left without delivering the items. I was able to contact him on February 15th, but he did not have the flowers and cake with him. He claimed to be busy with other work and did not attend to my calls until the evening. It was only after I raised a complaint with the Chennai office that steps were taken to make the delivery, which finally arrived on the evening of February 15th.

As someone living in Germany, it was frustrating to have to make international calls at 4 am in the morning to chase up on the delivery. Additionally, the delivery boy did not seem to be aware that the payment had already been made online and asked for money from the receiver. Thankfully, he passed on this information to me.

While I understand that heavy rushes on Valentine's Day can make it difficult to deliver flowers on time, I would appreciate it if FlowerAura could avoid making false promises or forgetting about orders to be delivered the next day. It was only after I called the delivery boy multiple times on February 15th that steps were taken to make the delivery.

I hope that FlowerAura can take steps to improve their customer service in the future and avoid similar issues. Thank you.

FlowerAura Disappointing Experience with FlowerAura: Misleading Product Descriptions and Terrible Customer Service

I recently had an experience with FlowerAura (floweraura.com) that left me feeling extremely disappointed. I had ordered a Rakhi hamper from them (Order# 3572353) and was excited to receive it. However, when the box arrived, I was shocked to find that many items were missing.

I immediately contacted their customer service team through calls, emails, and chat. However, they were not very helpful and did not agree to my complaint. They kept insisting that they had delivered the complete box with all the items. I was frustrated and insisted on having a conference call with Ruchi, a FlowerAura associate, and the receiver. Finally, they agreed to my complaint and promised to get the complete package re-delivered.

The next day, I received an email from Ruchi stating that a few items from the box were out of stock and asked if they could replace them with something else. I agreed to the replacement, but after that, I never received my package or any response to my emails. It has been almost a week now, and they have been ignoring my follow-up emails. This is highly unprofessional and substandard customer service.

I would strongly advise against doing business with FlowerAura, especially if the occasion is important. Their product descriptions are misleading, and their customer service is absolutely terrible. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

FlowerAura Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with FlowerAura

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of gifts provided by FlowerAura. I have received both a bouquet of flowers and a plant on separate occasions, and both times the quality was terrible. The Hibiscus plant I received for Women's Day was infected with pests, with some leaves being worm-eaten and others shrunk. The stem had white cotton-like patches, indicating that it was not a healthy plant. It is clear that FlowerAura does not have any quality guidelines in place.

I immediately contacted the company through their chat box, providing pictures of the plant and explaining the issue. They promised a replacement, but I am still waiting. What's worse is that they have not even bothered to call back to apologize or discuss the matter further. I have also responded to a routine message for feedback, but it seems that they do not have the time to go through customer feedback.

After trying to reach out to them multiple times, I am now writing this review to warn others about the quality of gifts provided by FlowerAura. I believe that they are taking advantage of the fact that their customers are often unaware of the quality of gifts received, as emotions are involved. This is what happened when I received a bad-looking bouquet on my birthday in January. My son, thinking that I liked it, has continued to use FlowerAura every time he wants to send me a gift.

Overall, I would not recommend FlowerAura to anyone looking for quality gifts. Their lack of quality guidelines and poor customer service make them a company to avoid.

FlowerAura FlowerAura Review: Fraudulent Service and Shabby Arrangements - Beware!

I have to say, my experience with FlowerAura was not a good one. I was really disappointed with their service. They took my money and didn't deliver the product I ordered. It was a special occasion and they really spoiled it for me. I was so upset that I am considering filing a case against them. As a crime reporter, I know how important it is to take action against fraud and cheating.

I would strongly advise against using this site. They don't send the order shown in the picture and the arrangements they sent were so shabby. I would recommend asking your friends to send you a picture of what they received, so you can see for yourself. I didn't complain at first, but yesterday they took my money and didn't deliver the chocolates I ordered with the flowers. It was a real torture and it ruined my special day. I need a complete refund for the mental torture they put me through.

I urge all customers to double-check their orders and let me know if they have had similar experiences. I am planning to write an article and submit it to the consumer forum and file a case against these people. I have all the pictures of what I ordered and what was sent to my people.

It's really high time that FlowerAura takes responsibility for what they did. They seem to be least bothered about the mess they created. I want to warn all the people using FlowerAura to beware of these frauds. It's better to use some other site but not them. I am also going to complain about their online cheating, which is a very big crime these days. Taking money and not delivering the product is unacceptable.

FlowerAura FlowerAura Review: Deceptive Product Pictures and Poor Quality Plants

I recently made a purchase from FlowerAura and unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. I ordered the "Astonishing Dracena Compacta" Plant, but when it arrived, it was not as advertised. The plant came in a simple black pot without the jute covering and ribbon that was shown in the product picture. I was disappointed that the product picture was deceiving.

In addition, I also ordered the Ixora Jasmine Combo, but both plants were in horrible condition. The leaves were rotten and had spots on them, and they were being eaten by insects. To make matters worse, there were small worms in the pot eating the plant. I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the plants.

I also ordered the Outdoor Juniper Plant, but the pot did not have the little monk idols as shown in the picture. The pot was not like it was shown in the picture, which was frustrating.

Furthermore, I ordered the "Delightful Little Succulent", but the pot that it came in was all dented. It was not the quality that I was expecting.

Lastly, I ordered the "Personalised Rose Plant" as a Valentine's Day gift for a plant lover. Unfortunately, the plant arrived in such a bad condition that our gardener said it was impossible to revive it. The whole package was delivered late and the boxes were in a horrible condition. It was a huge disappointment for both the recipient and myself.

When I complained about the order, the customer service was horrible. They did not agree to anything, and after multiple back and forth emails, they agreed to send one replacement plant and the missing monk idols. However, it has been more than a month since Valentine's Day, and I still haven't received anything. I feel like I wasted thousands of rupees on this purchase, and I would never buy from this business again.

Overall, my experience with FlowerAura was extremely disappointing. I would have given them 0 stars if possible.

FlowerAura FlowerAura Bangalore Review: Ruined My Husband's Birthday Surprise!

I recently used FlowerAura's online flower and gift delivery service in Bangalore to surprise my husband on his birthday. I wanted to send him some flowers and sweets to his office so that his friends would know it was his birthday and he could have some fun. I placed the order two days in advance and specified in the special instructions box that the delivery had to be made between 2:00 and 3:00 in the afternoon, as he was working the afternoon shift that day. I also made it clear that it was supposed to be a surprise and that they were not to call him before the delivery. I provided my phone number in case they needed any clarification.

However, the delivery was not made until 4:30, and they called my husband to ask for his availability. The surprise was ruined at that point. To make matters worse, the delivery was not made until 5:30, causing my husband to miss two trains and wait in the office until he received the order at 6:15. He was the only one in the office at that time. I called several numbers, but they told me that they do not commit to anything written in the special instructions box. They also do not provide online bills, order cancellation, or cash reimbursement options.

I wanted to give my husband a surprise birthday, but FlowerAura ruined the entire day. If I had chosen Flipkart or any other courier service, they would have shown much more responsibility and commitment. I paid three times the market cost and lost the money for nothing. I would never recommend this site to anyone. It is a total fraud!

FlowerAura Disappointing Service by FlowerAura: Late Delivery Ruined My Brother's Anniversary

I recently placed an order on FlowerAura for my brother's 1st Wedding Anniversary. I was really excited to surprise him with a cake and chocolates. I paid extra for the delivery to be made between 6:00 to 15:00hrs time slot on 14/2/2021. However, to my disappointment, the order was not delivered on time. It was already 7pm and I was ordering the cake from Australia. My brother had to buy another cake to celebrate his anniversary. I was really disappointed with the service provided by FlowerAura.

I tried calling their number 65 times but only managed to get through once. The lady on the phone was not very helpful and asked me if I was sure that I had ordered from FlowerAura. She said that their orders don't start with 51. I was really confused and thought that I had been scammed. I checked my email and confirmed that I had indeed ordered from FlowerAura. The lady checked my order number and put me on hold. After a while, she told me that my order was still processing. I reminded her that it was a time-bound order and she put me on hold again. The call got disconnected and I had to call again after 64 attempts. Finally, someone picked up the call but it got disconnected after I gave my order number. I was really frustrated with the service provided by FlowerAura.

I received an email from them apologizing for the delay in delivery due to Valentine's Day rush. I understand that it's a busy day for them but if they knew that they wouldn't be able to deliver on time, they should have informed me beforehand or canceled the order so that I could have ordered from somewhere else. It's really disappointing to see a business that doesn't care about its customers. FlowerAura should have more numbers so that customers can easily reach them. The current situation where we have to listen to "apke dwara dial kia gya number busy hai please dubara call kare" is really frustrating.

I am really disappointed with the service provided by FlowerAura. They ruined my surprise and my brother's 1st Wedding Anniversary celebrations. I am writing this review at 12:40am Australian time and still waiting for a miracle to happen so that my brother and sister-in-law can cut the cake I ordered. Making money is good but ruining someone's celebrations is not good. I would advise FlowerAura to not take orders in the future if they can't deliver on time. People will appreciate them for their rightful actions rather than being angry at their delayed orders.

FlowerAura Disappointing Experience with FlowerAura: Undelivered Order and Poor Quality Plant

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with FlowerAura. I placed an order for my mom on Mother's Day (08/05/2022) and the order number was 6309791. I got a message saying that the order was delivered, but the plant was nowhere to be found. Like, seriously? That's not cool at all. I'm really disappointed in the lack of professionalism here. I mean, the occasion is over and you guys couldn't even deliver the plant? Come on.

To make matters worse, I also placed another order in Mumbai (order number 6323194) and the plant was in terrible condition. It was practically falling out of the soil and the pot, and it looked like it was on its last legs. I've been ordering from FlowerAura for a while now, and this is the first time I've had any issues. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of care and attention to detail.

Honestly, I just want my money back for both orders. I don't want to give someone a dead plant, and I definitely don't want to pay for something that I didn't receive or that was in such poor condition. Please refund my money to the same bank account that I used to make the payment.

Overall, I'm just really let down by my experience with FlowerAura. I hope that they can improve their service and quality control in the future.

This response was not helpful and felt like a bunch of bull$#*!.

After expressing my dissatisfaction, I received a response from another representative named Achyender Jhanjot. While I appreciated the effort to address my concerns, the response still fell short. Achyender acknowledged my frustration but ultimately stated that the images on the website are simple and cannot guarantee an exact match to the product received.

As a customer, I expect to receive the product that I paid for and that it matches the image displayed on the website. While I understand that there may be slight variations, the product I received was significantly different from what was advertised. I hope that FlowerAura takes steps to improve their product quality and customer service in the future.

FlowerAura Disappointing Experience with FlowerAura: Incorrect Bouquet and Missing Chocolate Combo

I recently placed an order on FlowerAura's website on February 12th, with the order number 1854042. I was looking for a beautiful bouquet of orchids and roses, which was initially priced at Rs. 999. However, when I proceeded to the checkout menu, the price had changed to Rs. 1350 due to the order date being on February 14th. Despite the price increase, I decided to go ahead with the order and also added a Cadbury Silk and 5 Star combo chocolate to my purchase.

Although the delivery timings were displayed as between 9 am to 7 pm, I was hoping that my order, placed two days prior, would be delivered by lunchtime. However, the delivery was made at 6:15 pm, which was quite literally at the end of the day. But, I understand that FlowerAura has mentioned on their website that they will deliver before 7 pm, so it was still within the promised time frame.

However, the real issue arose when I discovered that the bouquet I received was not what I had ordered. The website clearly stated that the bouquet would contain 6 orchids and 12 white roses, but the bouquet I received only had 6 orchids and no roses at all. This was quite disappointing, as I was looking forward to the beautiful combination of orchids and roses.

I also want to mention that this is the second time I have not received the 5 Star chocolate combo that I had ordered. Although I am not ranting about it, I do hope that FlowerAura takes note of this and ensures that their customers receive the products they have ordered.

Overall, I am quite disappointed with my experience with FlowerAura. While the delivery was made on time, the incorrect bouquet and missing chocolate combo have left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that FlowerAura takes steps to ensure that such mistakes do not happen in the future, as it can be quite frustrating for customers who are looking forward to receiving a particular product.

FlowerAura Terrible Experience with FlowerAura: Worst Delivery Service in the Country

I recently had a terrible experience with FlowerAura, an online flower delivery service. I must say, they are one of the worst delivery services in the country. I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day to be delivered to the Taj Calicut. My wife was scheduled to fly in and check in that day, so I coordinated with the hotel reception and security to accept the flowers on her behalf. However, to my dismay, there was no delivery on the 14th, nor was there an attempt on the 15th.

When I contacted FlowerAura on the 16th, I was told that they had tried calling my wife and attempted a delivery, but since she was unavailable, they could not deliver. This was a blatant lie. My wife had missed call alerts, and there was no attempt to call her. Moreover, no one came to the hotel to deliver the flowers.

I was extremely disappointed with their service and asked for a refund. However, I was told that since the flowers are perishable, they would not refund the money. This was a pathetic and abysmally poor customer service experience.

I strongly advise against ordering from FlowerAura. They are cheats and do not care about their customers. I am so frustrated with their service that I am considering taking them to consumer court.

FlowerAura Terrible Experience with FlowerAura: Poor Quality Products and Customer Service

I recently had a terrible experience with FlowerAura. As an NRI, I was looking for a reliable service to send gifts to my loved ones back home. Unfortunately, my experience with FlowerAura was nothing short of a disaster.

I ordered a product from their website, but what I received was entirely different from what I had ordered. The flower that I had ordered in a cage arrived like a funeral flower, and the cake that I had ordered was of poor quality and had a terrible flavor. The sentence that I had requested to be written on the cake was also misspelled, and it was not even on a piece of paper as I had requested.

This was a special function for my loved ones, and FlowerAura's poor service ruined it. I contacted their customer care, and they assured me that their service was reliable, but it was not the case. I was extremely disappointed with their service, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Their website is also poorly designed and seems to be a local site. I never expected such a terrible experience, and I will not be using their service again. I have also shared my experience with others to warn them about this fake site.

To make matters worse, when I contacted their customer care to complain about the situation, they dealt with me very badly. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this site to anyone.

FlowerAura Terrible Experience with FlowerAura: Damaged Cake and Poor Customer Service

I recently had a very disappointing experience with FlowerAura. I had ordered a cake for my son's birthday on 31.01.2020, but unfortunately, the cake arrived in a damaged and spoiled condition. This was a very embarrassing situation for me, as the cake was supposed to be the centerpiece of the celebration. I was disappointed to see that the cake had not been handled properly by the delivery staff.

I understand that accidents can happen, but I was disappointed that FlowerAura did not take responsibility for the situation. I felt that the staff were inexperienced and did not have the proper safety gear to handle delicate items like cakes. I was left with no remedy, and I felt that FlowerAura was more interested in making money than in providing quality service.

Overall, I would rate FlowerAura's service as very terrible. While they have a lot of steps before making the final payment, I don't believe that their staff are properly trained to follow instructions. In my experience, they did not follow my special instructions to handle the cake carefully, and the same thing that I feared happened again.

I believe that FlowerAura needs to focus on quality and delivery from the customer's end. Rather than making money, they should prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that their staff are properly trained to handle delicate items like cakes. Unfortunately, my experience with FlowerAura has left me with no desire to order from them again, and I cannot recommend their service to others.

FlowerAura FlowerAura Review: Disappointing Experience with Poor Quality Products and Lack of Professionalism

I recently had an experience with FlowerAura and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I had ordered a combo of cake and flowers for my husband's birthday and paid extra for midnight delivery. However, my surprise was ruined when the delivery boy called my husband at 8:30 in the evening to ask for directions to the delivery location and revealed that I had ordered a cake and flowers for him. This completely ruined the surprise element that I had paid extra for.

I have two major issues with this experience. Firstly, if FlowerAura wanted to confirm that the receiver was available during the delivery, it should have been the sender's responsibility to inform them. After all, FlowerAura was already paid to travel to the location. Secondly, if the delivery boy was not familiar with the route, he should have called me to confirm the directions or used GPS to find the location. This lack of professionalism was disappointing.

To make matters worse, the quality of the products delivered was subpar. The cake was stale and had a rotten cherry on top, and the flower arrangement was poorly done with almost dried flowers. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the products, especially considering the high price I paid for them.

Overall, my experience with FlowerAura was not a good one. The lack of professionalism and poor quality of products left me feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality flower and cake delivery service.

FlowerAura FlowerAura Review: Careless Attitude and Cheap Deeds

I have had the opportunity to use various online e-commerce websites, but I have never come across an organization that is so careless and does such cheap deeds. My experience with FlowerAura was a complete disaster. On 05-Feb-2015, I placed an order for 1 Love Messenger[12 Red roses + 12 inch Teddy] +16 Ferrero Rosher Combo worth INR 1475.80 with Order Id 224505 to be delivered on 07-Feb-2015[Rose Day]@Pune.

The first thing that happened was that the order was supposed to be delivered at 11 am [as I requested]. However, due to the Rose day rush, it could only be delivered in the first half of the day. After 4-5 calls and repetitive requests to FlowerAura executives, it was finally delivered at 4:30 PM. The second part was the teddy, which came was 6 inches small, and there were only 10 red roses. I don't know if the issue was in packaging, delivery, or intentional, but I have never experienced such a careless attitude dealing with any e-commerce vendor.

After so many reminders, they were already delivering the order so much late and delivering a different product. But the best part was still to come. The teddy was having a price tag attached to it listing INR 179 as cost. What the hell is wrong with these guys? How can they leave a price tag attached to a present? And now, these people are not replying to my emails.

I would strongly advise against ordering from these [censored]. They are not reliable and do not care about their customers. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I would not recommend FlowerAura to anyone.

FlowerAura Terrible Experience with FlowerAura: Wrong Delivery Date, No Response, Refusal to Refund. Don't Use!

My experience with FlowerAura was absolutely terrible. I paid extra for midnight delivery of a cake, but it was delivered on the wrong date. I confirmed the delivery date multiple times with the team, but they still got it wrong. When I tried to contact them at midnight, there was no response. I trusted the site and made the payment in advance for the cake and flowers to be delivered two days before the birthday. However, I had to cancel the order because of their mistake. The person I spoke to told me that the same day order cancel was not done, even though I had informed them two days in advance. When I told them this, they said that the next day order cancel was not done either.

Finally, they updated the delivery date themselves without my consent, and I did not receive the cake bouquet in the end. When I asked for a refund, they were extremely unhelpful and refused to give me my money back. They did not care about their mistake and were only interested in keeping the money. I had to throw the cake away because of their incompetence.

I did not receive any order confirmation either, which made me doubt the trustworthiness of the site. I would not recommend FlowerAura to anyone. They are a cheap site that does not care about their customers. There are plenty of other sites to choose from, so don't make the mistake of trying FlowerAura.com.

FlowerAura Disappointing Service from FlowerAura: Failed Delivery and Unhelpful Reps

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out by the service I got from FlowerAura. I ordered a cake and flowers combo for my parents' anniversary, and I even talked to one of their reps beforehand to make sure they could deliver to the right place at the right time. They said it was all good, so I went ahead and placed the order. I even double-checked with the same rep after I placed the order, just to be sure. They said everything was still on track.

So imagine my surprise when I got an email at 12:30 saying they couldn't deliver because of some electrical issue. I called the rep back and they were just so unhelpful. They said they couldn't bake the cake without electricity, which I mean, I get it, but why didn't they have a backup plan? And why did they wait until an hour before the delivery to tell me?

It's just really frustrating when you're trying to make a special moment for someone and the people you're relying on can't come through. I mean, what kind of organization doesn't have a backup power source? It's just not professional.

Anyway, I'm still waiting on my refund for order # 2700274. I'm not even expecting any kind of compensation at this point, I just want my money back. It's just a shame that FlowerAura couldn't deliver on their promises and make the day special like they said they would.

FlowerAura Product Missed twice.

Hi,

I ordered from praveen.[protected]@gmail.com a cake to Bangalore with chocolates. You missed it and you apologized.

Order Id: 5749152 I ordered two weeks before any you missed to deliver the teddy and my wife received it late and you apologized.

today I ordered Order Id: 5776741. Did you missed delivering rose

What is the surprise then ? I am from Germany and ordered to give my wife a surprise.

Please don't apologize again. The same mistake every time. Better refund the amount. Because what is the use delivering the roses after one or two days . No surprise at all.

Very bad experience. I am deleting my account after receiving your response.

FlowerAura Partial and late delivery

Order no. : 5127577
I ordered for roses and ferrero chocolates in vadodara grand mercure surya palace hotel, sayajiganj. Firstly order reached extremely late despite of booking it well on time. Secondly the delivery guy delivered only roses. Thats so unprofessional and hassle for receiver. I am extremely disappointed with the service by floweraura.
Ruined valentine's day.
There was no support from customer care as well as the help number was always busy and no revert from any agent on mails too.

FlowerAura product not delivered and advised that it has already been sent - order : 4245308

Hi Team,

The OrderID: 4245308 was placed on February 13 at 9:02 PM with the promise of delivering it by 14th Feb 2020, 9:00 - 21:00 hrs.
However when I checked with your online services via chat I had been advised that this would be delivered within today with no guarantee of any fixed time. I was charged 36.61 AUD and I have all the receipts.
I have been following up with the receiver and they have advised that they never received any phone call or any delivery guy coming to their house with the present - " Hearty Ferrero" throughout the day.
At around 2:56 AEST I received the notification that the order has been completed, whereas when I checked with them at around 6 AM IST nothing has been delivered.
This is complete rip off and playing with feelings for the two parties involved. I have all the proofs with myself and I am in process to take this further to make sure that this is taken to highest level possible to defame your company. Do they think really their company can grow doing this ?

I need an asap reply from this organisation on this. I need the exact details of your reason with the exact details of how dare you not deliver this as per set expectations and have the right to update the status without completing the job. I need an immediate investigation on this. What would their next steps be so that I can prepare my self too for the legal battle in case you guys are not in a mood to respond or resolve.

Ashamed of Choosing these guys, I made a bad choice. They spoiled my valentine day..

FlowerAura Order#3693003 delivered on 19/08/2019

I am very disappointed about the product that was delivered for the order # 3693003 . This was a bouquet/ arrangement of white anthuriums, white lilies, orchids, roses and carnations which I wanted for my partner on his birthday. You had emailed me yesterday saying that anthuriums and orchids were not available. I had emailed back and also spoke to customer care because these 2 variety of flowers were the most expensive and exotic in the arrangement and that was the reason for ordering an expensive arrangement. I was reassured that a number of white roses amounting to an equivalent sum would be added in the place of these expensive flowers. Please see below the photograph of the bouquet delivered this morning. It is absolutely rubbish Compared to what was promised. There were only 3 roses, one of which looked old and stained ! It was such an embarrassment for me that the cheap bouquet was delivered to my partner on his birthday. I had organised this from UK because I was not able to be there on his birthday in Bangalore. It is very hurtful that Flower Aura has been so disrespectful in dealing with my order despite repeated phone calls about this.
Please organise an immediate delivery of the best bunch of flowers that you can deliver free of cost or refund the whole amount of Rs 1545 I paid for this Rubbish .

FlowerAura delivery not done

I have ordered a cake, a plant and dryfruits for my sister for the occasion of rakshabandhan. This website assured me same day delivery on 15/8/2019. And today is 16/8/2019 it is not yet delivered. When I tried reaching them there customer care is also not reachable. After chasing them from morning till the afternoon. I got a mail saying your order is delivered. But when I checked with my sister she didn't received anything.

FlowerAura birthday cake wrong delivery

We ordered a birthday cake for my Mil . It had written MOM and was beautiful but these guys were so careless that they delivered the wrong cake and instead of apologizing they were so rude . .. they tried to offer me some discount so i dint give bad review.. . all i wanted was the right cake to be delivered... they justified it saying it depends on local chef which cake to deliver... but if it depends on local bakery to deliver it then why the hell do they charge so much for that particular cake. Charge a flat price.. [censored] .. the customer service is pathetic ... guys please please dont trust these prople .. they are fraud n loot people like us. I mso disappointed in floweraura and i wil surely never order from them. So even if u ever order from them dont expect anything as they dont deliver what you order for .. and show no sign of remorse or apology whatsoever

FlowerAura Damaged cake

Very upset with the cake you delivered to me. It was broken and didn't look beautiful. Nothing to hide, it looked ugly.
Didn't expect for them to say that I should blame the courier. But the thing is that I didn't use a courier delivery and took away this cake by myself. And I assure you I carried it carefully knowing that I paid much money for this and it shouldn't be damaged in any way. So they didn't offer anything. I'm sure I didn't damage my cake, it's 100%. But how to prove it? Who can help with this?

FlowerAura FlowerAura is not to be trusted

Never received my order and FlowerAura customer service provided absolutely no help. When my order did not show up on time I contacted them via their live chat and after I explained what happened their rep asked me to wait and never came back. I tried again and the same thing happened. I did not even ask for a refund, because I knew they will never give my money back. I just wanted to get a simply explanation. Very disappointed with FlowerAura and will never order from them again. FlowerAura is not to be trusted.

FlowerAura Flowers for Birthday

Hello,

I have scheduled a delivery on 20th of July for Birthday flowers . the order was placed on 19 th of July itself (order No #667055) I have ordered yellow roses.

On 20th of July when I tried to track the order status via customer care no's I was unable to do so. No response through mail too. By 12 pm I got a call from customer care stating that the yellow roses was not there so I've changed the order to red roses and I requested them to deliver it before 3PM.

I got a call back saying that the order cannot be delivered with 8PM.

in their official website they have mentioned all orders will be delivered within 5PM

Worst customer service and quality of service

people will miss out their excitement in case if they happen to order with this worst site

No guarantee for money too

FlowerAura Terrible company

This company is terrible! They never delivered anything and refuse to give my money back. I have ordered some flowers and wanted them to be delivered on a certain date and time, but flowers never showed up. I contacted FlowerAura many times and asked about the flowers and received no reasonable explanation. Don't order from these scammers! They are real cheaters!
