I booked a ticket Karachi Dubai Karachi for my friend for ok to board I went to Sharjah office near bird market they refuse reason that, ticket not mention middle name according to passport and visa shows full name, it was closing time and flight was early morning we request but refuse then I took taxi to Dubai airport and they did with extra charges I mean according to flydubai website shows 2 name are mandatory then why Sharjah office refuse and airport did it and I loss AED 190 just its closing time Thank you Fly Dubai...

If there were ANY other choice for me to fly, I would. The tickets are way overpriced, for the Americans only that is. Boarding the plane is a mad scramble for seats with zero organization. The monopoly the have on this flight should be illegal. Over inflating prices and horrible service because you know we don't have any choice. Horrible service!

I am, Liliya Habashi, British citizen, was travelling with my 3 children: 8 years old, 6 years old and 7 months old on the 19th of April from Dubai to Moscow. Flight number is FZ911. The flight was delayed by approximately 40 minutes. We were on the air plane at 9:00 am, the air conditioner didn't work at all. The plane was full of people. There was very hard to breath for me and for my children and all other passengers. My baby was crying . When everyone was complaining the air crew would explain us that it would get better when we take off. But things hasn't changed a lot. It was still not fully comfortable as air conditioner did not work during the whole flight properly. It was an extremely difficult time for us of waiting for 40 min inside the air plane with kids while my kids complained and cried about the heat and not enough air to breath. I also have a picture of my children on the plane where they are sweaty as if they were in a sauna and we could not leave the plane. I would like full refund of my tickets from Dubai to Moscow.

flydubai fz335 can't take off. 2 hours late
Hi Team,
It is to inform you that I'm flying in fz335 from dubai to karachi. The flight time was 10.15am and it's been almost two hours still flight is on ground.
I have spoken with flight captain he said we are refuelling!
I want to raise this issue why this much time they took and what is official rules for such incidents.
Please let me know if i can provide you further information.

I travelled from delhi (India) at 4.00hrs to dubai (Uae) reached 6.15hrs., after from dubai (Uae) at 8.25hrs to basra (Iraq) reached 11.30hrs, through flight flydubai no. Fz 432 is up to dubai and fz 229 dubai to basra, my baggage booked from delhi to basra vide voucher no. Fz359886, baggage weight 25kg (Excess luggage charges also paid in delhi airport).
But I am not found my baggage in basra airport, flydubai team members also searched but not found, asper their instructions I complained.
Today is 10 day till not received my baggage, flydubai people daily telling they are searching.
Please do needful sir.

My flight was on suterday 22/4/2016 at 23:40 from Khartoum to Dubai, i went on Friday to change the flight to monday before the 24hr changing fees.
I went to the office in khartoum but unfortunately the office is not working in friday, so i went to the office in the airport they told me come at 22:30, i came but the office was closed so i went to boarding people they told me wait for 1 hour in the previous office they will come, after 1 hr waiting they told me they cant change the flight because they are just operator
So i traveld on suterday.

Awful check in experience from DXB. I emailed fly dubai prior to flying to ask what I needed to do in terms of documentation as at the time of departure I would be 33 weeks pregnant. I received a very helpful email explaining I needed a drs note -which I obtained. The staff at hamad international airport efficiently took a copy of my medical noteand wished us an enjoyable flight. This was certainly not the case on the way back from terminal 2 DXB. The woman on check out was disputing my note-saying i cannot flight. My husband tried to explain to get that we had travelled to Dubai on this note so there should be no problem is travelling home to Doha on this note as I was covered for a full week.The woman on the desk was ignoring us completely. My 4 yr old daughter was getting upset as she thought I wasn't coming home which was distressing enough. She then closed the gate with no warning and insisted I walked to the other side of the check out area as she had a dispute...a dispute that a fellow colleague in Qatar did not have. ... by this point I was very upset and she had reduced me to tears-an 8 month pregnant woman. Being treated this way and completely ignoringing me and my husband, and the embarrasment caused by walking us through the large queue of fellow customers was more detrimental to the well being of my unborn child than the short flight (that I was medically covered for) back to Qatar. The fly dubai desk she took me to had no issue with my document so a completely wasted endeavour on her part which had caused me a lot of emotional stress and ruined the last day of my holiday.

I have 2 complaints and 1 general question which are as follows:-
1-I traveled 14th April 2017 from Dubai to Jeddah having flight number FZ 833. The flight was delayed for one hour while we were sitting in the plane. Can you explain proper reason as what the actual reason and why the issue was not cleared before actual departure time. As per my knowledge, they were overload because of cargo. Was that passenger responsibility to wait. what will be the compensation of that delay.
2-Second when few of the people complaint as what's the reason. their reply was that it's because of you pakistani/indian people who have connecting flights and you brought extra luggage so we are clearing the extra weight. Are we responsible to check flight weight or being blamed for what we pay incase of having extra weight. Air hostess behavior was totaly wrong.
3-Last question is, I was having a connected flight FZ 522 from Bangkok to Dubai having ticket of 2 passengers. My friend didn't get a chance to fly as his visa was expired. Is there any chance if i can refund his ticket. your support will be highly appreciated.

1. The air carrrier has canclled their 14Ap2017 flight and informed you any how.
You, as a passenger holding the e-ticket, must not know, and the airline must not reaport the reason of the cancellation
to any passeenger. You can obtain the detailed tech/marketing information regarding the cancceled air carrier flight of DXB from the aviation authority in the UAE.
Again: the flight is cancelled - only this info is important for a passenger.
2. The is a private law all over the world, exept in developing countries, like Ukraine.
Each case is individual in your relation with an air carrier: y
ou can not rely on what other say in their, not yours, personal affairs with an air carrier.
Even in each country, where shariah is a constitutional law (Lybia, Tunisia).
3. Your frind must put his eyes into the air carrier electronic ticket. The air carrier might issue the rules of the transprtation for each ticket. If not, that your friend is entitled to fill a legal claim to [airline / civil aviation authority / court / etc].

not allowing me to enter the gate due to unintentional tardiness
I has a reservation on last March 19 from Doha to Alexandria, the departure time was 08:30 AM, i have arrived 07:45 due to the traffic jam while the plane was still landing then i tried to pass my luggage and enter the gate but the staff was very rude and didn't allow me to go as the counter has closed by 10 minutes, i admitted that i came late due to the traffic issue which wasn't in my hand but they didn't understand and insisted to buy a new ticket which annoyed me too much as i had t pay a lot of money to book in Qatar air ways and also i spent 5 hours in the air port waiting for the new trip. I used to go through fly Dubai since along 9 years back but i really inconvenient this time and i need a compensation from fly Dubai for losing money and time as well, i understand that you are a reputed company and never to treat your guest badly as i used to be treated .

You did not state the correct facts:the date and the time of the departing flight.
You, probbaly, pre-registered yourself in internet for the flight.
The airline issued the electronic boarding pass to your e-mail addres.
DID you come before the time, which is sttaed in the boarding pass / or in your e-ticket?
DID the checin counter of the airline was opned for the registration before the final time,
which is staed in the boarding pass / or in your e-ticket?
If the answer on both (1) two questions "NO", than the airline was entitled to refuse of your air transportation.
Otherwise, you are entitled to fill a complaint and to get a reimbursemnt from an airline for their groundless refusal to allow on board .

I Travelled by FlyDubai Airline from Dubai to Mumbai on 30th march 2017 at 11 pm by Flight Number SG 51
this was the first time i used this airline, and was highly dissapointed due to the lost of my luggage
When i landed in Mumbai, i was waiting for my baggage for more than 45 minutes, i collected my luggage and went home, and when opened my bag... i realize that some of the items from my luggage are lost
Below is the list of my items lost from my luggage

2 nos of sarees
1 set of suit
15 Thousand Indian Rupees

Firstly let me tell you that am very pleased with your airlines service overall and this is not about flydubai as a whole but one member of your staff who you may need to discuss the below with as they are giving your efforts a bad name.
Am at the airport as am writing this complaint/ feedback.
We are travelling to yerevan today 14th April 2017 via flight number FZ 715. We checked in at 10 am and were forwarded to your staff number 430907.
She refused to give me her name even as the supervisor - neiven mohammad- asked her to.
The issue started with her asking me to take off my glasses as she said
" YOUR GLASSES ARE DISTURBING AS I CAN SEE MY FACE IN IT "
I obliged as I thought it was a security measure as I am a gold member with Emirates - Ek203739421- my membership number in case you wish to check.
2) I asked her that I would like to pay and upgade me and my wife whilst paying and she said it's not possible at counter I need to goto aircraft and ask for same. I was very surprised to hear that and asked her to reconfirm and then she said
"AM I THE STAFF OR NOT ? WHEN I SAID NO MEANS NO"
3) me and my wife are travelling to yerevan for our anniversary and requested her to give us her as together. She said no seats available and gave us boarding passes for 19 a and 10b .when I asked her to check she said
" IF YOU DON'T WANT THIS I WILL OFFLOAD YOU "
By the time her supervisor came and I requested her to double check and she gave us 5A and 5B very kindly.
4) then she started talking to the lady next to her at the check in counter - - EURICE
They had the following conversation in open with other passengers in full view
"" THAT'S THE PROBLEM WITH THESE CHEAP AIRLINES (she's talking about you -- FLYDUBAI) . PEOPLE BUY CHEAP TICKETS AND THEY SHOULD KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. IF THEY WANT SERVICE THEY SHOULD PAY MORE AND NOT BE CHEAP "

I told her am going to complain and she said
"I WORK HERE AND KNOW WHAT THEY WILL DO ...GO AND COMPLAIN AND I WILL SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO."
NOW, either you take action or I take this further on my own accord.
I am back in dubai on Wed and hope to hear from you what action has been taken.
Or else I would take this further on my own and I believe the most precious thing for an airline is it's reputation in this world of choices as a passenger . This is not a threat but a request from a passenger who has been Insulted by your staff in front of all and sundry.

Last friday 08-04-2017 i had a connecting flight from Faisalabad(Pakistan) to Dubai and Dubai to Jeddah(KSA). My stay in Dubai was only 20 minutes and my next flight FZ831 was ready for Jeddah. I reached jeddah and didn't recieve my both luggages. Very next day on 09-04-2017 i went to airport in Jeddah and they got my one of my lugguage. For the second piece they didn't give a proper answer where to find my luggage which is actually a Snooker Cue.
Please i need my luggage and i am seeking your help to get my Cue as its very expensive and very important to me for my up coming tournament.

cabin crew very rude..
Everyone knows how it is to travel with children on board. I was travelling Zanzibar to Dubai and after giving my one year old his feed I wanted to get his bottles washed. So its ready for the next feed on landing. I have always had the cabin crew wash it for me. So assuming the same I walked up to the rear side and asked the cabin crew if she could get my baby bottle washed. I was shocked when she asked me to wash it on the toilet..I told her its my baby's feeding bottle and I am not going to take it into the toilet. At that she said I am not here to wash your stuff. She was really rude. She said I have to do it. Guess what any mom would wash her baby's things...but this was the most disrespectful anyone could be. I am still shocked at my experience. She was not helpful at all and I just could not take the bad attitudes. Its a shame, I have traveled with flydubai before but this was the worst experince. Really sad when crew are not sensitive to just small things.
delayed flight
The flight from doha to Dubai the flight number FZ12 was delayed 3 hours on the 27th of March. The second flight from Dubai to Erbil on the 27th of march was delayed till the 28th of march. The flight number is FZ203. The name under these bookings was Aljumali Waleed and Mohialdeen Khawlah and Aljumali Omar and Aljumali Khaled. Also the names have been written so they are surname then forename.
My complaint is that the first flight was delayed 3 hours and then my second flight was delayed for a whole day and i was travelling for business as i am a business man in the oil industry. This has caused me to be very frustrated and annoyed due to the fact that i have actually lost a lot of money due to the delayed flights as meeting were missing. On average i roughly lost around £3000 minimum due to your mistake caused by delayed flights. Also i believe that every person should be treated with the best customer service and for both of my flights to be delayed it has caused me to be annoyed and dissatisfied with the level of customer service. In this case i am making a complaint as money has been lost because of a mistake caused by the business. Overall i would like to see what can be done as i am not satisfied with the way the situation was dealt with as i informed a colleague that i had a business meeting on the day and they said that the next possible flight was the following day meaning that they new that i was possibly going to lose a lot of money but it wasn't in their interest to help me as much as they could so in this case i would like it if you could do me the honour and provide me an offer for the discomfort and the lack of customer service and also due to the fact that my business meeting was lost which meant that a lot of money was lost. This is Salman Khizar, my suit case was lost while travelling to Entebbe from Dubai on fly Dubai flight FZ619 on 4th of Mar 2017. As per the Fly Dubai policy i am supposed to receive a compensation for a sum USD 50 per day of delay. My flight landed on the 4th and my luggage arrived on the 7th of Mar which makes 4 days. From Dubai to Beirut & arrived to pick up my luggage & found it damaged broken side wheel holder. I filled acclaim @ Beirut airport/ fly dubai station & they gave me a contact to call if in a week I don't hear from them. lack of customer service from flydubai frontliner at the business lounge - terminal 2
This is to call your attention on the behaviour and VERY poor customer service from an Arabic guy, who is stationed at your FlyDubai Business Lounge in Terminal 2, Dubai, yesterday, 3rd April 2017.
I was asking for some advice and protocols regarding missing a flight and his attitude and rudeness show lack of drive and passion to his work. He just simply told me to communicate with the people guarding the boarding areas, whereas my concern was regarding procedures on rebooking and/or no show.
Someone at the frontline having this attitude would affect the people's view on FlyDubai's service.
I hope you'll take action on this.
