Food Network Garlic press

Bought this for my wife. Working wonderfully until it snapped in two at the joint. Normal use and wear. The joint is obviously a compound not a solid metal like the rest of the piece. Reading the posted comments this is a common occurrence. It's obviously a manufacturing defect. By appearance, representation, design and function its great. But there's no excuse for this apparent defect.

Desired outcome: Replace with better product or money back

Food Network 10 piece ceramic non stick pots and pans

I purchased this set at Kohls for my daughter for Christmas. The first time she used them the bottom of the pan has a section that turned black and another pan has small black specs inside of it.
My daughter was so excited and couldn't wait to use them.
This wasn't a cheap set and I am very disappointed.
I feel like I've let my daughter down and ruined her Christmas!

Desired outcome: Either a new set or refund to get a better set.

Food Network 10pc nonstick

Bought the 10pc nonstick set at Kohls on Black Friday 2021. The box was completely straight, so I was happy to empty the box and wash all my new pans. I guess I didn't notice the pans were bent until I laid them on the stove to use. No other damage. Looks like a manufacturer defect.
I had already thrown the box in the garbage, boxed up all my old Tfal pans and gave to my sister, and now I'm here with crooked pans.

Desired outcome: Replace pans manufactured bent

Food Network Not receiving my december food network magazine

I am Ann Bruno, FNMC2110 P01, 1198 Bridgeport Drive, Westfield, IN 46074. Our Lost correspondence on Oct 22, 2021, (see below) indicated that after the first of the year you would begin sending my subscription by USPS. However, this month's magazine is still supposed to be delivered by your third party delivery service. It has not come and I am concerned since it is the Christmas issue.

Please Help,

Ann Bruno

Thank you for contacting Food Network Magazine.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for the opportunity to be of service.

Your request to discontinue automatic renewal service has been processed. Your account will be switched to our "traditional" renewal process. A few months prior to your expiration date, a series of renewal notices will be sent to you along with a reply document so you can renew your subscription.

Thank you for being a loyal customer. We welcome future opportunities to assist you.

We apologize for the problems you have experienced regarding your delivery. We have opted you out of a third party delivery service as we believe this was the cause of your delivery problems. Your issues will be delivered via USPS going forward.

Please allow one to two issues for this change to take effect. The last issue through them is the December 2021.

We are correcting our records and extending your subscription to compensate for any inconvenience caused. Your new expiration date will be the July/August 2022 issue and will be reflected on your address label.

If we can be of further assistance, please let us know. To ensure your future concerns are handled in a timely fashion, please include all previous e-mail correspondence.

I enjoy the foodnetwork website and mainly search for recipes. Please spare me from non chef celebrities. I'd rather read about Taylor Ham not Taylor Swift.

I don't understand why you're taking your holiday specials and a totally ruining them and my family during the holidays get together every Sunday to sit down and watch your holiday specials now we will not we will be tuned into a different channel and a different TV show and if you think this is a one-off you should read comments about your channel online they're horrible because you keep making all these changes and all these format changes that don't suit the fans all you're thinking about is you not your fan base how is Halloween wars even Halloween wars without pumpkin carving that's the point of the show you guys have had the show on for 11 seasons at 11 seasons only nine have been good the last two seasons have been garbage because you changed the format and you change the host you have these no name hosts in here any no name judges in here that don't even make any sense Jonathan was your best host and you took him off. And then you even stop doing Cake wars which was another good show and what about the ice sculpting show that you had on for the holidays that's gone now too why are you taking away the good TV shows and replace them with this garbage generic stuff

Desired outcome: Bring Jonathan back and original format to holidays specials

Food Network Food network channel on sunday morning s

Good morning. I like the Pioneer Woman, don't get me wrong. But WHY is she on for 3 hours Sunday mornings? There's Michael Symon and 30 Minute Meals with Rachael Ray. The Guy Fierrie and not his game shows. Bobby Flay... please make some changes for us on Sunday mornings. The chefs that I have mentioned are my favorites especially Rachael Ray. Would like to see more of her. And I don't stream any shows at all. Please consider what I have said. I have been a fan of foodnetwork for years now. Sincerely Carol Ruther [protected]@gmail.com

Desired outcome: needed changes

Food Network The 10 piece nonstick ceramic cookware set in graphite from kohls

Everything sticks to these pans. I've had them for about 4 months and am so disappointed in them. Every time I use them food sticks to them and burns. Now the pans are discolored. This set was not cheap but these pans are garbage. My last set lasted 7 years. This set was beautiful but the worst non stick pans I have ever used. I can't even get the pans to look clean.

Food Network Food waste

Why you idiot Americans always has to waist SO MUCH food in your TV shows?

Teach people to eat as declicious you show the variety of culture foods without waising food!

Just create awareness! theres so much people dont have nothing to eat.

We understand you cant tell people what and what not to eat.

For example, in the TV Show Shopped, they use ridiculous raw material portions to finish a crappy dish and the rest goes to waist.
Also, in the ridiculous Cake programs with the boring italian cupcake guy and the other chubby one, they so much waist !

Stop teaching americans and people stupid catch phrases like:
GO BIG OR GO HOME... ETC.

Food Network The 10 piece nonstick ceramic cookware

I am very disappointed with the food network pots and pan set that I purchased from Kohl's last year just before Christmas. The non stick coating is spotty on the bottom of all the pots and pans. I work super hard to try and get the best for my family and am super dissatisfied. I can't afford another set either! And I do take super care of them!
Sky#[protected]

Desired outcome: Maybe a newer version of the pots and pans set, as long as the non stick coating is not gonna be spotty AND come off again.

Food Network Manners

When watching my favorite cooking shows I am amazed at the number of chefs and cooks who don't know how to twist their spaghetti on the fork before eating it. It doesn't take that long to do and it would be much more pleasant to watch. Also when spitting out food a napkin or something could be used rather than just spitting it out - - - not fun to observe at all. It sort of ruins the whole show when you see someone spitting food out. Reminds me of shows where people throw up = = = who wants to watch that - - - - may sound nit picky - but it is something that could be brought up as a reminder. Also adults should know how to eat with their mouths closed. Apparently some haven't learned that either - - -

Food Network 5 1/2 quart dutch oven

I have had this Dutch Oven for about (2) years. There has never been a time when soups, gravies, dishes, etc...did not stick at the bottom. I actually thought it was normal for this kind of pot until recently when my friend said hers didn't stick at all.

Per the paragraph below regarding Food Network's dedication, I didn't know if I should attempt to bring back to Kohl's since it's been a while or contact Food Network first. Please advise.

Thanks so much. Denise Donovan

Food Network Food competitions

I have started wathcing the Food Network since my late wife died so that I can get some sort of cooking education as I have never cooked in my 69 years. A couple of shows that I have been watching lately is Chopped and Guy's Grocery Games. Interesting to say the least. However, the one thing that really bothers me is a trend I am seeing of late. All the winners seem to have to be in this order:

Women of color
Men of color
White women
and finally, bringing up the rear, white men. It does not matter have well the meals are cooked, this is the order of finish.

My comment to you is: GROW SOME BALLS! Minoriities don't always have to finish first!

Food Network Cooking

Since I can't find a place to complain. Done watching your shows with Bobby Flag cause I feel other people have better food from what they say but Bobby always win. Don't know what his contract says but suck it up you will actually lose at some point but he doesn't. So I have to have 350 words to get attention. Why does Bobby feel he is better than others?

Food Network Food network magazine

I have requested that they cancel my subscription yet I still get a bill for $32.37 for a one year term. The magazine is not to my liking, does not showing me any recipes that I would be interested in and do not wish to continue. I paid for my original subscription and am no longer interested. Again, CANCEL the subscription. I am tired of receiving this renewal notice and you are wasting money mailing it to me. I am not going to renew! I feel as if this is indeed a SCAM!

Desired outcome: To stope receiving magazine and bills for renewal!!

Food Network Food Network electric skillet model TSK-2826BG

The temperature control is hidden under the handle. You can read it when cooking...it is a tight fit under the handle so it is hard to get your fingers in to change the temperature. You can see the temperature gage at all so you are never sure what temp you are cooking at
The temperature model is TKSP- S008B-15 125av

Thank you

Food Network 10-pc nonstick ceramic cookware set

Bought these November 27th from Kohl's as a Christmas gift and they just started peeling and had to throw our dinner out. I spent a lot on these and figured they should last at least a year. I threw out all of our other pots and pans because these were highly recommended. I will be sure to not recommend these unless something is done about it. Super disappointed and hope this will be made right. Attached is a picture that will prove how horrible this set is.

Desired outcome: Refund
