Ripped off by Galaxiga!!
I really like this game, but twice now I paid $49.99 for 8400 gems, and twice now (once on May 29 and once on June 4) my Apple account was charged and I got nothing. The message just popped up saying that the payment went through and I got zero rewards. I've also been charged more than the amount than they said I was being charged for (three times now I thought I was purchasing rewards for $19.99'and was twice charged $37.99).
There doesn't seem to be a support phone # or email, so I e deleted the app from my phone and am trying to let as many people as possible know that the folks who run this game will steal from you.
Recommendation: Don't play this game - they will steal from you
Adds for gear and tons of pay to win
At first I was excited by the notion you could unlock the gear with adds unfortunately it was very limited, there isn’t a way to unlock the gear through actions in game without spending money after a certain point. You can try out many of the ships then they want you to spend 20-50$ per ship to unlock it. Their event capped you on what you could do until you either bought the chance to win one of the ships companions and required you to have it upgraded to continue. I played though the first level and did have fun but got more and more frustrated with the lack of ability to unlock and gear with harder and harder levels where my gear was unable to even destroy anything I spend 5-10min in one round just hitting the enemy ships with everything I could and really started to feel the game was a waste at that point. Hope this review helps!
Game glitch that needs to be fixed
You guys have a bug/glitch on your game in the menu’s, when i load up the game and get into the menu the 5 microtransaction offers that you guys constantly try to get me to buy take a few seconds to pop up. And in those few seconds that it takes for them to pop up, im able to hit single player mode BEFORE they pop up. When i do so, one of the microtransaction pop ups is stuck on screen and i cant hit the red X to get out of the screen, forcing me to close the game everytime it happens. I get you guys want to make money, but could you be alittle more considerate and fix it so that the microtransactions dont trap me anyone else that experiences this bug in the screen. Its already annoying we get spammed every single time we load into the game with literally 4-5 microtransaction offers, i dont want get stuck and have to close the game every time.
Save your time and money
Right to the point. You will NOT advance past the first few levels without spending money. There is no feasible way to advance by playing levels and watching ads. The worst part is that the game advancement is so slow that even if you buy five packs a week, you will still not unlock the more powerful ships. I played for 6 weeks. They milk EVERY dime they can from you.
I have ONE Tier 2 ship. It is at 3 of 10 power level. It will take a month of buying packs to advance it to level 5 out of 10. This ship cannot even clear levels above 130 without a LOT of effort.
If you have literally hundreds of dollars a month to give to this game, you will probably have fun playing it.
This game reminds me of Mobile Strike when it first came out. That game become a three pack a week game at $99.00 a pack just to stay relevant.
Hope this helps!
Glitches and lack of customer support galore
Stay away from this game. The development team has had this game in “beta” status forever in order to get away with its failures.
1. Glitches are constant. I’ve lost in-app currency, progress due to several glitches and the developers do not offer any form of compensation. Even when screen-record proof is sent to them.
2. Prepare to be offered in app purchases after each level. Quite frankly, you can’t progress much after a few hours of gameplay without buying gems or cards.
3. The game isn’t finished. It’s had features left unattended and unavailable for the life of it.
4. The developers offer “special events” that are extremely over priced and offer an unfair advantage to anyone who actually dishes out the hundreds of dollars to purchase.
Again… I would stay away. I honestly don’t know how they have such good reviews. This game is a 100% scam.
Good game / money hungry developers
The game was fun to play at tier one level. Once you advance to tier two, the only way to progress is by spending your first-born’s inheritance.
The latest update took away the only way to get ahead without spending hundreds, if not, thousand of dollars.
Devs, instead of taking a dump on the people who enjoy playing your game and taking away the ability to farm coins, how about you work on fixing the things that are broke, such as chat. Or maybe fix the supply box that hasn’t work d in weeks. Or maybe add some of the promised features to keep the gameplay fresh and exciting.
Maybe increase the amount of gold coins earned so we don’t have to grind away for three or four days to earn enough coins in order to upgrade our ship one lousy level.
At first I loved the game because there are no forced ads. I could watch ads if I wanted in order to get ahead. Now, even with watching all the ads I can, it still isn’t enough.
Fun at first, but quickly becomes crazy grind
Been playing for about a year now. At first the game is fun and entertaining, mostly because it’s challenging, but still do able. Once you’re ready to advance to higher levels, you hit the first paywall. So be prepared to either GRIND like you’ve never grinded before, or pay lots of money to get to the next level. Even if you drop $100’s, all that does it get you to the next paywall faster…and the paywalls are endless. The matchmaking in the PVP mode is practically nonexistent, meaning you’ll often get matched against someone who you have zero chance to win against, forcing you to upgrade your ships. But then, many of the ships you need to merge with others (which is required to upgrade said ships) are also locked behind either an insane grind or massive paywall.
In short, the game is fun at first, but if you’re not intending to play for hours a day for months in end or spend thousands of dollars, then this isn’t the game for you.
Ok, but TONS of ads, super expensive if you buy
Whoever said there are no forced ads in this game lied.
Every time you turn around there is an ad. To get the daily bonuses of health, shields and unlocking planes you will have to sit through a minimum of 20 ads per day. Best a level and want more than the 500 coins, Ad. Die and need just one more shot, ad. Want more than the measly stipend for the daily bonus, ad. Want to spin the wheel of fortune, 5 ads. Want to unlock a plane, 50 ads, 5 ads per day max. I mean in any particular game session at least 50% of the time you will be waiting for ads to finish to the point that the reward granted prompt shows up so you can exit
Game is OK, slow unlocking of planes capable of beating some bosses and the evolve upgrade of planes is confusing and also very slow (takes weeks to get enough cards, money, and gems to upgrade and evolve a plane.
Overall it is a fun, no need to really think game, but my god the number of ads, and the same ad over and over and over is stupid crazy
Would you pay $200 or watch 1 full week of ads for this game?
You can play this game for truly free for a few days. However, if you hope to progress to any meaningful point in the game, you’re going to have to literally watch hundreds of hours of insipid advertisements or pay hundreds of dollars to get coins and gems that enable you to upgrade your ship.
It’s a beautiful game it’s fun to play. The weapons, enemies, and ships are all well designed and nice to look at. The game flows very well and I have really enjoyed playing it. However, after spending $35 or $40 on in game purchases, I’m not willing to spend anymore. Especially as I see view amount that it will cost to upgrade my ships enough to Progress further into the game.
It’s starts with a $4.99 purchase which seems fine because you’re enjoying the game and it’s a 50% discount “sale.” Then you need to watch nearly 2 hours of ads to unlock the next ship. Every time I open the app, it’s throwing a $49.99 “deal” at me.
So after $40 and probably that many hours of the same ten ads, I’m done. It’s fun but it’s not THAT fun.
VERY Glitchy OR purposefully glitchy??
Not a bad game…shoot em like the old video game….BUT It’s awfully odd that if you die and watch a commercial to re spawn that the majority of the commercial plays….everything except the last 2 secs and then glitches out. SO…they get paid for the FULL commercial you just watched, you don’t re spawn because of the glitch, and then you have to do the entire level again. Once or twice, bugs…,no problem. Same thing constantly through any number of different commercials and it starts seeming a little coincidental. Anyway, until they fix it…this is a 2 star game. Sorry.
UPDATE…still has some commercial glitches, but less. HOWEVER..
There is no way to make progress in the game without spending money…even if you watch a thousand commercials (I’ll bet I’m close), you’ll only receive enough upgrades to make it 6.72% of all the levels available. The game itself would be good if it were possible to progress, but I’ve been in same spot for almost 2 weeks now…watch commercials CONSTANTLY and get nowhere…another game for the DELETE FILE. Too bad, if I’d made even a modicum amount of regular progress, I’d keep playing…but DELETE.
Pay to play
This game is advertised through AMC movies I downloaded to play during a wait with friends to pass time. As I progressed about 4 levels it was apparent from the store that to buy the game out right and have 1 great ship with 2 side kicks and a boost stone you will without a doubt spend 150$ to get it. This is one set up of 4 that you can run as extra life’s. 150$x4 and that’s just beating the story mode without loosing the time you would actually have to put in to beat the campaign. As for boss raids. Defeating bosses plan on the 150$x4. If you in fact are a saint and can watch 50,000 advertisements and battle every story mode from easy to hard. You would probably log over 300 hours on this game 150$x4 and 300 hours is still a low ball on the real numbers. I enjoy the game I’ve spent about 50$ and I’m only on the second planet. And barely. Barely have 1 decent ship. I’m dealing about 100k damage and these ships and sidekicks can get well above that. Well above that. I love the game. I’m completely dissatisfied with how corporate has controlled everything about this simple game. I will continue to play. Just not happy. I’d rather play cheaper game that’s possibly better on the store. The store on this game is massive.
Good game just needs a bit of tweaking
I’ve had the game for about 3 days now and I just wanna say it’s amazing. I love the space invaders style of games a lot. I also love that there are different ships and stuff with unique abilities to help you with harder levels and bosses. Another thing that I rarely ever see any more in games is that there isn’t any forced ads. Of course there still are ads but you don’t need to watch them they’ll just help you get stuff to give you a little boost.
However I would give 5 stars but the game just has such high prices for new ships and that. Especially just starting the game you’ll get all these blueprints for ships you don’t even have. Also the premium subscription I personally don’t mind but 20$ every 30 days is a little high maybe like 5$-10$ I’d be fine with. Lastly the ads. I know I said there’s no forced ads but there still are ads. 2 ships at the time of this review you need to watch ads to unlock. One ship you have to watch like 30-40 ads to unlock it and the other ship is 80 ads to unlock. Now from what I can tell getting the premium thing will remove these ads but for the players who don’t wanna spend money. They are gonna have to watch a lot of ads just to unlock a ship.
All in all though the games a lot of fun. Even though it’s kinda difficult to unlock new ships and stuff it’s not impossible and you don’t need to purchase anything to get to the top as far as I can tell at the moment.
Not Worth It! Buy a Pinball Machine
This game should be removed from the App Store and refunds given to players!
Update: What kind of crap hole game prevents a player from advancing stages with tier 2 ships. Expect to be stuck on certain stages for over month. Ex: SS Andromeda tier 2 ship with two evolve levels remaining will require approximately 10,640 gems that will be used to purchase multiple Starship Boxes. This equates to spending about $88 on the 3,600 gem pack. You will be disappointed when you are stuck on critical stages after evolving your tier 2 ships! Update: There is no evidence that players get a boost from Guild Advantages! I strongly believe it is a scam and should be investigated and money refunded to players. Started out as a fun and fresh game, but after 2 weeks, the user experience is major disappointment. Multiplayer - Chasing League is grossly unfair. You will play against much higher ranked players, which will frustrate you. I reached Officer Cadet rank with 27 stars and only needed 28 stars to reach the next rank. After software update on 8/7, I now need to get 40 stars to reach the next rank. This is a P1 Bug! I recently purchased 240 gems for $4.90. I then received credit card alerts for two additional charges of $4.90 and never received the gems. I disputed with Apple and there has been no response by Apple or Onesoft. It has been over 72 hours. Stuck on stage 80 for days, then I purchased a new ship by spending a 1,000 gems - still not enough fire power to complete the stage. This is just greedy! Absurd ship power disadvantage for players in Summer Holiday Event. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to defeat a boss. This is grossly unfair and a waste of time! This game like all other arcade 80’s wannabe games through the App Store is a money grab. Save your money and go buy a pinball machine.
I really wanted to love this game
This game is quite bad. Most days the server goes out, often in the middle of some part of play where you lose your entry and essentially give up the turn and resources you used to play it. Customer service is boilerplate and mostly unhelpful — they certainly don’t replace the lost resources. I have been playing for a year, quite intensely. I am very good, currently ranked fifth in the Survival form of pvp. And I genuinely regret it. It is very glitchy. About seven times in the last three days, in Survival matches, I reached wave 101 before the opponent. (Wave 101 is the end — player who reaches it first is supposed to win. Most matches end before reaching 101, from getting hit). But when the timer finally runs out the game registers that I’ve lost. It takes about 40 minutes of continuous play to reach wave 101. And as I type this I’m thinking I am amazingly dumb for playing a game this bad, that intensely, for that long, only to have my resources lost and to lose the match. The game is programmed such that each player will lose a certain amount. That’s just a reality. Skill has only a marginal impact. How strong your account is (that is, how much money you spend) will determine most matches. To build your account to a competitive level without spending real money will take upwards of two years. I really wanted to love this game. But I’ve come to the conclusion that the owners don’t give a rat’s tuchie about how functional it is, or that the user experience is enjoyable. Best thing is to not download this game — next best is the delete it. I know of players accused of cheating by the developers, and the penalties can be stiff. I have never cheated and was never accused of cheating by the developers — they saw the money I spent. Other players often accused me of cheating. What they don’t understand is that the game cheats us, everyday.
Tons of fun
This game is an absolute blast. The levels get more difficult as you go, and as long as you upgrade your ships, you are good to go. The reason I gave it 2 stars, well, when you watch ads to get perks, you have to sit through the entire ad, which is usually close to a minute. Some perks require you to sit through 25, 40, or 50 ads. Or you can spend your real money. If you are going that route, be prepared to spend a metric ton of your cash. Gems, which are the primary money in this game, are absolutely expensive. Some ships, they will offer to sell you for $65 or $70 dollars. The first planetary system, you can easily make it through on easy, normal, and hard. The second system, you will need a serious heavy hitting ship to finish on normal or hard. Have not made it to the 3rd system yet, but I am betting I will have to buy an expensive ship to be able yo play at all. Multi player only has one event so far, but it is fairly fun, however, good luck winning, because half the time, it puts you up against someone with a merged ship, so there is 0 possibility of winning against them. The boss, or titan levels, will absolutely require a serious ship to beat them, otherwise, you can easily spend 20 minutes fighting a boss with your weak ship. The titans are easy to figure their pattern out, but do take a long time to beat, even with a great ship, once you reach system 3. Overall I like the game, but the developer must think everyone who plays is a millionaire. Their are also a few glitches I have encountered, where titan misses freeze on screen, yet can still kill you, ever after you kill the boss. Please fix this glitch.
Update. I am now stuck at a point that I can no longer advance, or compete in multiplayer. Ever time I do multiplayer now, it is only against people who have seriously upgraded their ships, odds are by spending several hundred dollars.
In single player, my ships which are fully upgraded, but not able to merge, no longer even allow me to get through easy. Unless I
Spend serious money, I have gone as far as I can. Time to delete this game, as it is no longer fun.
THIS APP IS A SCAM
I played this game since January. Was already getting frustrated that with each update there were additional glitches designed to take away items you had earned or not give you rewards you earned. With each update they made it cost significantly more to make upgrades and made it impossible to get upgrades without ultimates spending significant money. I did it anyway because i had garnered a very high ranking in the game… top 20 in the world, sometimes even higher, and i have been a member and different times of both of the top 2 teams in the world. So i know what i am talking about. I also enjoyed the friendships i was building and people i was chatting with. I have NEVER cheated at this game. Then earlier this week the game notified me of what they called “fruadulent activity” and took away what added up to be $1,900 worth of paid upgrades i had made to my fleet of ships. I have repeated told them i have never in my life committed any kind of fraud and that they needed to support such serious allegations against me with actual proof before they had any right to remove items i had spent a ton of time and money legitimately earning. I have asked every single day for them to return these items. They refuse to return them or show me any evidence of any wrongdoing on my part. I promise to the world i did not do anything wrong, against their own rules, and most definitely have never committed fraud. They no longer even reply to my messages. They have accused me of extremely serious crimes with zero evidence, and there can’t be any evidence because i know full well i have NEVER in my life committed fraud. So i have now opened disputes through the App Store as well as through my debit card to be reimbursed ALL amounts i have ever spent on this game which is in the thousands. I am not the only one who has had this happen to them. There is an entire facebook group dedicated to the fraud the developers of this game are engaging in and sharing the details of their own stories. Several have already been successful in getting their money refunded to them from their debit and credit cards and those who were lucky enough to have been able to pay through paypal they were able to get their money back faster and easier than anyone else.

Inability to collect event rewards due to making payments "in the wrong sequence"
Three nights ago one of my guild mates posted in our Messenger guild chat about how great the Lucky Dice event was, with screenshots of the rewards they received - essentially a combo of purchasing the "Diamond Dice" pack and "Lucky Pass" for a total of $165.98 AUD. Although this is a typically exorbitant price we've come to expect and endure within thi...

Galaxiga game purchase made and did not receive gems
I purchased 4 separate times for $9.99 each and did not get my gems. That’s $40 wasted. 2 purchases were made today and the other 2 were within the past week. I am enjoying the game but it’s not ok to spend money and not get what you paid for. Please resolve this for me. Much appreciated

Desired outcome: Please give me what I purchased or refund me
This is the 4th time this has happened. I just paid another $20 and the gems were not credited to my account. I have spent significant money on this game and now that is over $60 I have been ripped off. I would like this credited to my account or I am done with this game. So frustrated
I wrote a complaint earlier today and have not heard back nor has it been resolved. Who can I contact to assist me?
The game is surely enjoyable to play except…
The idolization of false gods (the god of thunder) that you continue to promote and advertise in your game is completely unnecessary.
I feel compelled to tell you that selling your game for money and popularity is not worth the sin you are committing against the One and only God who created all things. He is a jealous God and does not share His throne. He is worthy of praise and will demand an account for this. I get it, lighthearted fiction right? No… wrong.
All people will be judged for every empty word they have spoken, a tree bearing bad fruit will surely be cut off and thrown into the fire. Do yourself a favor and do away with it, it would surely be better than the alternative.
Worst game in the App Store
The people who designed this game designed it to force you to spend money. You will never compete with all the hackers they allow to stay in the game because they spend thousands of dollars . Yes it takes 2000 dollars to become vip12 to get game advantages you have to spend 2k to keep up . VIP is only obtained by spending money only .They update the game and take away what you spent money on to earn certain powers . They reduce the powers about every month . So the money you spent is wasted because you have to spend more to get back the the same power level you were . Apple should remove this app from their store. This game is a scam to fund their crime of stealing from people who work hard .
Morninglory
I was really looking forward to playing this game because it reminded me of younger days. The problem is all the different “topics” with no real description of how to use them. After the first game, I couldn’t figure out how to play the next game and only got it started by accident after pushing multiple buttons. For two days, I tried to play the game again but I never got the play started. I tried to watch UTube videos on how to play but they didn’t help. My fifteenth year old granddaughter couldn’t figure it out. After twenty minutes of trying to figure all the titles out I gave up and am deleting this game. Developer - please tell us older users out to use the four different screens and START the game.
iPad mini 2 App Crashing
I have a compatible iPad Mini 2 on iOS 12.5 (game lists in store that it is compatible with iOS 11 and up)and the game crashes almost immediately after trying to play Stage 2. I’ve tried this over a dozen times already. I just want to link the game to my existing game account so I can play on this larger device and have my phones me free, and there isn’t even an option to link... The app has been deleted and reloaded multiple times. Other apps work fine and do not crash. Everything is up to date and no updates are available. This iPad was just wiped, and I only have ONE other downloaded app on and it is Facebook. WiFi is strong. There seem to be no help with this issue online anywhere nor any instructions on how to link...
Designed to have you spend lots of money
This game does not force you to watch adds but you want have much coin if you do not. The purchase of coins and gems is stupidly high, this is a game it’s not a tangible item, it’s free to play but with out buying gems you will be hard pressed improving your squad. I really liked this game in the beginning but I can’t say I enjoy it anymore….. it takes me weeks to get enough coin, cards, and gems to upgrade any of my ships and when I finally do upgrade its not enough of an improvement to be competitive with the boss on the level I am at. I’ve been two weeks trying to defeat the boss where I am stuck. I have chosen to just give up. Careful with this game don’t get sucked in and spend a bunch of money like I did, it’s really not worth it.
Toxic rip-off in nearly every way
You will NOT get what you pay for. If you choose to pay to play this game (the only way to build/advance)…be warned: The developers will neutralize (not just nerf) the items you paid your time and money for- making it an even bigger waste of time than it was in the first place. You’ll get to watch 20-30 LONG ads a day. Oh, the ads? The most mysogynist trash I’ve ever seen, verging on obscene. You’ll also have access to the very noxious chat filled with profane adults. This is a very shady environment for young adults and children. Customer support consists of stock answers, excuses, and lies. It’s not JUST the abject greed from these developers…it’s the complete theft of time and money spent. This game and it’s developers are predatory trash. You have been warned.
Game is pretty fun but …
- The servers are unreliable and can be unresponsive or just disconnect you
- the online game play is with players that have just better planes and are significantly stronger. Test your skill is a gimmick
- you lose games when your plane is vastly stronger in online modes for unknown reasons
- the offers are sketchy. The developers don’t take responsibility for the advertising placed forth and blame it on just “bugs”
- these pieces that require unlocking are just ploys for more cash. They need just a dollar sign next to them. Developers just holding back because they want to lead you on and give you false sense of hope
This game i stick with for now because I already sunk in lot of time and some money. For ppl who don’t know about this game, there are probably better games you can kill time with.
Just another Pay to Play Game
Game could be amazing but just like everything else they give you rewards you can never use. Coins are like pulling teeth to get enough to upgrade the ship. Then to add salt to the wound even tho the Best Basic ship typhoon full upgraded to 223.7k damage barley does anything on the 2nd planet. Just more devs killing you with pay walls. Just know eventually no matter what you do or how many ads you watch you will always end up spending money to make it another round. Great concept but until you make the game fun to kill time with, rewards worth a crap that I can actually use, and cheap enough to keep people locked in it’s just a revolving door or new excited players and then 1 week later deleting it and never opening it again, (maybe that’s what you are trying to do) if so keep it up you are doing great.
Sketchy Practices Designed to Trick you -
Future Buyer Beware,
This game can be a lot of fun. But the problem resides the pushing of wrong-doing buyer ads. The app constantly pushes you to purchase packages, etc. There’s nothing wrong with that, a little annoying? Yes, but nothing new. What rates this app 1 star is the manipulation of tricking you to purchase one of these packages. For example: An ad package constant pops up before being able to play, but DOES NOT ALLOW you to exit the “x” in the corner - it basically freezes the screen, allowing the only touchable item to be the purchase button for $99. It’s the o my clickable application. It’s designed to trick you into making a mistake in purchasing the pricey package. It’s extremely shady and the designers should be shamed.
I will be reporting this to Apple for an investigation into wrong practice.

I decided to purchase a starter pack for around $3.00. Items were never added and I had to request a refund. Going to delete the game. It’s a shame that I have all these issues with games that ONESOFT is involved with.
