I have been locked out for month of my account unable to log in... This is over an issue where there was a payment/something paid for for 29 dollars that I did not do! I have tried to resolve this for months with no success. Please help I would hate to have to get any legal help on this as ive been playing for years and spend alot of money in game (with my approval) to be locked out for one charge that I did not say yes to nor was privvy to... KingsIsle Entertainment Wizard101

There is a problem with the game. You say that this game is free to play, and yet you refuse to allow the players, free access to every part of it. You demand payment of a certain number of crowns, to gain access, and what is worse you also demand payment for them, to access these areas.

Even you o crown sample zone, is hypocritical. Because it is still limited after a certain amount time has passed. If a game is free to play, then every part of should be free — every part of the Spiral.

It is also wrong to make players pay for membership. If you want them to be members, then it is up to do so, without dues. Don't use the membership to profit from players.

If the game is isn't totally free, then make it so can be purchased in stores, otherwise allow the free access to the entire game. And stop acting like food demonstrators giving out free samples.

You can't have it both ways. You can't have a free, and insist on getting paid by the players. Players aren't customers or consumers. Remember, "the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.

Desired outcome: In order to be fair to everyone, allow free to every part of the Spiral in the game, which no crowns or receiving payment for them.

this has been going on for years. i posted back on 11/11/12 about this. they dont care far as i have seen. they claim it is posted on their website [they now mention on some ads up to a specific lvl], but when you go to the website you need to traverse about 50 pages to find out it is P2P and that each chapter you need to purchase.

KingsIsle Entertainment Wizard101

My complaint about the wizard101 game, is that when Kingsisle Entertainment calls this game a free to play, it is actually lying is because this company doesn't know the real definition of free. When a game is free to play, it should be free according in the most literal sense sense of the meaning. Free should mean without payment, to demand to pay for crowns to again access to certain parts of Wizard City and other lands of the Spiral, means that it isn't free at all.

That is like telling a prisoner, that he/she is free to move about his/her own cell. There should be no such thing as free with restrictions. It should give every player free access to every part of the Spiral. Besides the crowns needed for Grizzleheim is unreasonable. and as well for the other parts of wizard city.

And no player should have to pay for membership. Kingsisle Entertainment should be allowed to make any profit from a game that is free to play, at the expense of the players. It should remember the Golden Rule, to always treat others as they want they wanted to treated by the players.

How would KIngisle Entertainment felt, if someone did that to them? "Welll you are to play this game in this area, but you are prohibited to go any further, utnil pay such and such amount game currency, and pay us for that currency.?

Desired outcome: I hereby request, that I and every other player be given complete and total access to every part of the Spiral within the game, in order to be fair to everyone.

I was ban yesterday 12/19/2022 for no reason it said something about a third-world password I did try to log in when your ad came up on Facebook then I was banned. I have played this game for years it brought me through cancer and when my husband passed away Please please do not ban me I love this game I tried to take a picture of your post on Facebook but i can't upload it thank you

KingsIsle Entertainment One-month membership

I bought a one-month membership for my account on wizard101 but unfortunately I noticed that this membership was given to one of my family's accounts and not to me. I would like to have my membership on my account or at least send me a refund about this technical issue. Waiting for your response, or I will contact the bank for this matter!

I quit in 2016, checked back in 2018, as a quick checkup nothing more.

my account, Banned, With No chance of further consideration.

I was confused, and Heartbroken. I clearly did somthing for them to deem

me bannable, But I cant recall a single thing (I was a child, and had restrictive chat.) Ontop of my family often monitoring me at this time, as I was a child.

I spent Hundreds, if not thousands.

I emailed back a fourth with honestly really rude responses, telling me to Find a different game! and that I was a threat to the greater population!

How was an 10-11 y/o a threat? I never did anything but play solo and farm loremaster and spend mounds of money on this game.

For not a consideration? I helped new players, Gifted people for no reason just being nice. I wasnt a threat, I was a kid. Please lift my ban kingisle, Even if somthing was deemed bad I am a adult now, Ill even take a 10 yr mute. reguardless, I truly dont know why i had a bannable offense. and I dont care, I dont want to argue. I just want to play on my account, Even if it means no chatting, I just simply miss my childhood game.

Desired outcome: Ban Lift consideration i'd greatly appericate it.

KingsIsle Entertainment Wizard101

I played Wizard101 for years, I spent hundreds this game was a very important part of my life, and all I played.

In 2016 I took a break and came to log back into it in 2018.

It wouldn't let me And gave no notice as to why.

I of course, Then sent a support email to find out my account was banned.

I was absolutely shocked because I hadn't been on in order to have a reason to be banned, I was always a outstanding person on there and never did anything rather than helping with questing otherwise I mostly Solo'd.

When I contacted support they finally in short- Said they dont understand as to why I've been banned. so naturally I'd ask for my account back. After they admitted to finding no wrong doings, I was ghosted, and never received ANY sort of responses back, even after sending a secondary complaint!

I'm really heartbroken, and if it shows how dedicated I am to the game ive come back years later hoping they'll do right by me.

I wasn't on in those two years, and even before i'd never had done anything bad in the first place, please help.

KingsIsle Entertainment damage

Hi Kingsisle i just want to let you know that the calculation of the game is off because i have an ice wizard that supposed to have 153 damage but i have 152 damage i want my extra damage. it started when i have a pet that is a snowflake that gave me up to 150 than i hatch another pet that is a proper penguin that gave an extra 3 damage so i should been 153 not 152.

hello, I am contacting you because I have recently discovered a group has taken your game Wizard 101 and made a game of it with the exact same battle mechanics, dungeon entering area, same schools just changed names for example the ice school is called Snow the lightning school is called electricity balance school is called harmony and they did the same thing to the rest of the schools from Wizard 101.I am bringing this to your attention because they are making profits off of your game and claiming it as their own property and naming it (Spellbound) here is the link to the game they are claiming as their property https://www.roblox.com/games/6468323505/Spellbound-BETA#!/about

KingsIsle Entertainment Billing Issue

I will not give names or anything on this sight for security reasons. However i will give my gaming email witch is [protected]@gmail.com. I signed into one of my accounts and tried to buy the $60 for a year membership deal. However instead of the deal being activated on the account i was logged into the program placed it on one of my other accounts. So i need that membership transferred to the correct account. If this doesn't get fixed within the next 2 weeks then all i want is a refund.

They don't EVER help their customers even after many of us called them out on the claim its F2P games when they are P2P to play passed the free trail chapter of the game [not mentioned on any of their game sites]. you might be out of luck here.

I can't text anyone in the game because of a master password made ten years ago by my parents and am 20 now so I obv don't know it and the email for it was a random one so I can't say that I forgot the master password

Desired outcome: make it to where everyone that has a 3 year or older account can text chat bc that means they should be old enough.

KingsIsle Entertainment Banned account

On october 11, 2020 I emailed ki regarding a transaction on my account while I was asleep that I never bought. They replied they needed more information about my account on october 13, 2020. On the same, day I replied back and sent everything that you guys wanted. On october 16th, 2020 I received a weird email saying kingsisle entertainment made a payment for my booking to be finalized, after that, all of a sudden, my account was banned. For, no damn reason. You guys started ignoring my emails starting on october 16th. I sent another email on october 22nd, and no replies would come in. I spend thousands of dollars on my account. If anything, I still had 140, 000 crowns worth on my account along with countless other crowns items I had stored on that account. I had rare tc worth a lot of money and time I had collected. Give me my damn account back and give me a legit reason for the account to be banned. You guys gave no response whatsoever, what gives you the damn right to take my money, and not give me the service for them.

KingsIsle Entertainment Wizard101

Been playing wizards101 on and off for some years now. It is fun at the start but over time gets so damn frustrating. With the higher levels the foe getting harder and harder to kill and the spells at least the ones I have are not as powerful as I would like so I get defeated over and, over, and with the blanks or the fizzles and fighting with two foes who are bombarding you with there spells but you are lucky to get 1 ever 4 rounds so no matter how hard you try you are defeated in no time what so ever. It gets very old after a time going over and over to defeat a foe I have spent weeks on one quest to move on. I have also noticed some players have cards with powers of 15000 and more and kill the foe in no time what so ever while I struggle and I have tried to find cards with higher power to no avail, also some get one good card after another while others its every so often. I have contacted KingsIsle on how to i improve m y odds with no avail Do they shoe favoritism to some and no others and it seems they will not let you move on till the want you too . When the game becomes more work than fun I think its time to quit and I will never recommend the game to any one it is a ripoff and all they want is your hard earned money

KingsIsle Entertainment My Account

I've emailed support multiple times on the fact that I am over 18 and kingsisle hasn't unlocked my open chat option. They said I needed to change my email. I did that, then they told me I needed to make purchases using a card. I did that as well, after doing what they told me nothing happened so I emailed them again and they told me they simply couldn't do it because of when my account was created. It's a lousy excuse, players shouldn't have to feel like they can't get any help from kingsisle especially being a long time player I've never had any issues in the past. It's not a fair concept at all.

Dear Kingsisle,
How are you? In recent times, I tried to redeem the free crowns giveaway from the 12 Days of the Spiral but it says that I must have a level 5 or more pirate in the game and when I tried today(December 20th, 2019), it said the same thing. This happened for a while now. I haven't played within the last two to three years as I don't have the computer that I played both games(Wizard101 and Pirate101) on. Please help me. I think my pirate is not there anymore.
My Pirate101 account's username is "forever750" and the name of my pirate is "Cunning Carlos Xavier." I somehow always remembered both my character's names. My pirate is level 35 and is a Witchdoctor. Can you please look into this and tell me of everything is alright. I just now sent an email to support@pirate101.com as I didn't know which one you would check. Thank you for your time.

KingsIsle Entertainment unable to redeem a purchased gift card

Several days ago I purchased (2) $39 gift cards. One for me and one for my daughter. Tried to redeem them to no avail. Took them back to the store where purchased and was able to exchange. Tried those 2 new cards once we got home and once again unable to redeem. Company is not being very helpful in resolving this issue! I have been emailing them sending copies of receipts and the redemption codes via pictures off the gallery of my phone (using phone to communicate), scanned receipts and gift cards and sent via PDF and sent a compressed Zip file. Still, for some reason, they are unable to open and read! For a "gaming company" not able to open the simplest of files, I can see why their cards don't work.

I think you are just are too old to understand how these cards work. They have to be activated at the registor. This means wherever you got your cards from the person who rung you up forgot to activate the cards.

KingsIsle Entertainment wizard101

I didn't get credit for a dungeon. During the game I used the "flee" and then drank a bottle, then returned to the fight. Something I've done thousands of times, and seen done thousands of times. At the end of the fight it gave me 2 different experience alerts when the fight was over, but it did not give me credit for beating the boss. I was present for every enemy defeat. I wrote to kingsisle customer support, and was told that if you flee, you lose your progress and have to restart. This has never been the case in the past. I've seen players flee and return literally thousands of times, and done it many times myself throughout the years I've played the game. I was basically told that the game has always been this way, and that if I want credit, to redo the hour long dungeon. As someone with 6 characters 125+ the idea of having to redo something I already finished and even had a screenshot to prove got under my skin. Enough to file a complaint with the BBB, and here as well. Days before Christmas and this is how they treat a long time player. I might also add that they linked me to their "dungeon rules" page. According to that page, I should have gotten credit (by the wording of the page and how it reads, I was in fact, correct...but no, they are telling the customer that they are wrong...even when they have it in black and white for all to see). I was given a link to this page: https://www.wizard101.com/w101playersguide/questing2
It specifically says "Dungeons must be completed to get full credit. Logging out, leaving through the Dungeon entrance, going to another dungeon, playing a Mini-game, going to a PvP or Derby match, or going to your home will reset the Dungeon. Leaving any other way gives you 30 minutes to return before the Dungeon resets". It says nothing about if you flee. In fact it specifically says "Leaving any other way gives you 30 minutes to return before the Dungeon resets". Yet when I pointed this out they said that fleeing has always meant a restart. I pointed out that this was not true. I was told "We have stated the rules in our first email to you. We are not going to debate this with you. We are telling you what you need to do to get credit, and this the only way, period".
They managed to lose a long time customer over what? Someone who has been paying to play one of their games, when their own page specifically says the dungeon should remain open and completable if you left in a manner outside of what they had listed. It is literally days before Christmas, and this didn't involve crowns or money. It was a player simply wanting credit for a dungeon they have legitimately completed (even according to the "rules" they linked me to). Instead of giving a long time customer a hand, they instead said you wasted an hour of your life for nothing...do it again or beat bricks. Great customer support there kingsisle. I'll find another game to spend my money on from here on out, and tell everyone I know to avoid your game like the plague. Cheers.
