I bought a travel trailer (RV) at the end of July
I bought a travel trailer (RV) at the end of July . It was unfortunately totaled in a storm, two weeks later. I filled paperwork to get the additional services I paid for, refunded. This paperwork was sent to the business in October to get the refund. I have been given the run around since then. They ask for additional paperwork that I promptly provided. I have repeatedly called the business and have only received 2 call backs stating they are looking into it.

Gander RV agreed to buy my RV for resale on 30 Oct 2020. Agreement to Purchase was signed by myself, my wife and Gander RV associate on 30 Oct. Gander RV said the sale would take two weeks to process and agreed to pay off my bank loan. Gander RV suggested that I maintain my insurance policy for the RV for at least two weeks to allow the paperwork to process. Gander explained to me that they would cut a check and send it to my bank to pay off the loan. As of today 4 Jan 2021, my bank loan has not been cleared. I have called Gander RV several times to inquire as to the status of the payoff but have not received any clear explanation as to why it is taking so long to close the loan. In the meantime I have made three payments against the bank loan for the RV that is in the hands of Gander RV. I am still maintaining my insurance on the RV in case somethings happens to it. Gander RV has my RV listed for sale on the Gander RV website.

I bought a new camper, a 2021 Jayco 34ft, on May 22. First, they overcharged me for the camper, I paid *** plus taxes, making it a total of ***. When I put insurance on it, they said it was only worth ***. The refrigerator stopped working and they didn't know how to find the problem. They ended up replacing it with a used one that had a dented door, although they did replace the door. The issue turned out to be a ground wire, and they really need someone who knows how to fix campers. Now the light in the refrigerator doesn't work and they don't know how to replace it. The hot water tank on electric stopped working and, of course, they don't know how to fix it. It's still not working. The awning has been broken since I bought the camper. I ordered a part and it took 3 months to arrive, but it's still not working because there's something wrong with the new part, according to them. So the awning remains unfixed. While they were working on the awning, a ladder fell over on the truck and camper, denting both. All they seem to care about is taking your money and not fixing anything. I'm fed up. I want them to buy back the camper.

Now, the cabinet is messed up because of water damage. I took it back to Gander, which is 2 hours away. I had to pay for a hotel and stay there because they couldn't fix it in one day. So, I had to spend money on food, hotel, and gas. Before I left, they assured me that everything was fixed. When I got back home, the refrigerator was working. So, I paid someone to fix the kitchen sink leak, but the cabinet is still falling apart. Today, on 8/9, I woke up after a long hard rain and found the closet wet with water standing in it. All my clothes were soaked. I have tried multiple times to reach out to Gander, but they haven't made any effort to make things right. I asked them to send someone here to fix the roof, but they said, "I don't know if we can get someone out there to fix it." Can you bring it back?

I bought my RV from *** RV in June and needed some warranty work done. They gave it back to me after 9 months, but not all the work was finished. I talked to the corporate folks and they said to go to Gander RV in Thornburg in March. It's been another 6 months and the work still isn't done. They say they have the part to fix it and it'll take 2.5 hours, but there's some issue with the warranty because they're taking so long. I've been trying to get answers from them, but they never respond to my messages or requests to talk. I've left a bunch of messages and when they do call me back, they just give me the runaround and no solutions. There are 3 problems that still need fixing, and only one needs parts. Both dealerships have had my RV longer than I have, but I'm still paying for it.

They had the RV for about a month and when we got it back, the leak seemed to be fixed. However, a few weeks later, we had another heavy rain and guess what? The camper started leaking again in the same spot.
At this point, we were frustrated and disappointed. We reached out to Gander RV again and they said they would take another look at it. They had the RV for another couple of weeks and when we got it back, they assured us that the leak was fixed for good. But you know what happened next? Yep, you guessed it. Another heavy rain and the camper started leaking once again.
We were at our wit's end. We couldn't believe that we were having so many issues with our brand new RV. We contacted Gander RV once more and expressed our frustration. They apologized and said they would do whatever it takes to fix the problem once and for all. They had the RV for a few more weeks and when we finally got it back, it seemed like the leak was finally fixed.
Since then, we haven't had any more issues with the leak. We are cautiously optimistic that the problem has been resolved. However, we can't help but feel a bit wary after everything we've been through.
Overall, our experience with Gander RV has been a mixed bag. While they were responsive to our concerns and made multiple attempts to fix the leak, it was frustrating to have to keep bringing the RV back and forth. We lost a lot of time and had to deal with the inconvenience of not having our RV when we wanted to use it.
We appreciate that Gander RV took responsibility for the issues and tried to make things right. However, we can't help but feel that the initial installation of the Air 360 Plus was not done properly, leading to the leak. We hope that they have learned from this experience and will take extra care in the future.

We bought a brand new *** from Gander RV in May, '20. The trailer had a 2 year warranty. We used it during the summer. In June , we found out that the AC wasn't working. We told Gander about the problem and they scheduled an appointment for August. The dealer is almost 3 hours away from our home. When we got there, they said the warranty had expired. I talked to the manager and they fixed that mistake. The manager took my phone number and said they would call me to let me know the diagnosis and if they had the parts. I waited for their call. I went back near closing time and the manager asked me in a kinda rude way, "Did you really expect us to finish it today?" It's now October and the camper hasn't been winterized. Cold weather is coming. Yesterday, they told my wife that it was ready and even though there was a recall, I could take it. I took the day off work today, and now they won't let me pick it up until they fix the recall issue. I'll probably have to pay them to winterize it.

My husband (***) and I bought a 2019 used RV from Gander Outdoors in June . They said it was all good and had auto leveling. But when we got there to pick it up, they couldn't get the auto leveling to work. They said it was just a fluke and needed to be reset on a level surface. We tried it on different surfaces, but it still didn't work. We called our salesman and he said to bring it in. We dropped it off for the auto leveling and a leaking pipe. They had it for a few weeks and every time we called, they said they couldn't figure out how to fix it. My husband told them we had trips planned and needed the camper. They said he could pick it up and bring it back after the season for the auto leveling repair. When my husband went to pick it up, they were fixing the leaking pipe and didn't charge us since they sold it to us as perfect. After the 2020 camping season, we made an appointment to drop off the RV for the auto leveling repair. We dropped it off, but now they're saying they don't remember anything about the previous attempt to fix it and won't fix it.
