We checked v your service tat known that gdex could assist us to deliver our impotant and urgent stock from jb to kl for 5 customers. But the term was we must deliver the stock before 10am in the morning.
My team filled the information the day before and we came on time 9:10am on thursday 17/1 to setttle all documents and passed all the parcel.
Gdex didn't deliver at the same day but only the next day.
However, 1 customer still yet to arrive today 12:37pm 19/1/2019.

Customer service said because of high numbers of cases. If your company not able to receive this order don't accept it!
Yesterday they said will send out today, when we called in they said today closed half day, can't deliver. And only send on tuesday due to public holiday on monday.
What a worst company services? Why u all not send this morning?

Barang dipos 20.12.18 dari shah alam ke johol, Negeri Sembilan.proses penghantaran terlalu lama. Sudah call gdex, tapi tiada penyelesaian. Akhirnya barang sampai pada 3.1.19. MENGAPA ambil masa terlalu lama sehingga hampir 2 minggu. Tracking status terakhir pada 22.12.18. Dan tak tahu la apa terjadi dari 23 hb hingga 2.1.19. Servis terlalu slow. Sangat tidak berpuas hati

I would like to complaint due to GDex Taiping refused to delivery at customer address and when customer make a call the staff who picking up the phone is very rude and have ni manners to the customer and asking customer to pickup by her own and If customer refused, the staff also threatened the customer that the stuff will returned back to the sender.
The staff also said GDex Taiping had no enough staff.
Customer unable to pickup because she had two babies which have to be taken care and under abstain which is nobody around to taken care of her baby.

Barang ada di gdex taiping sehingga tamat waktu penghantaran iaitu 7/1/2019. Pada 10/9/2019, saya menelefon gdex taiping dan diberitahu bahawa ejen penghantaran terlepas pandang dan barang berkemungkinan terbiar tidak dihantar. Dan barang itu telah dihantar semula kepada lazada. Saya amat tidak berpuas hati kerana terpaksa menunggu lama dan alasan yang tidak proffesional. Saya harap gdex taiping akan mengambil tindakan sewajarnya.

Saya telah membuat penghantaran dokumen ke kota kinabalu pada 31/12/2018 di gdex avenue k tetapi amat mengecewakan dokumen tersebut masih berada di hq kl. Saya sudah menghubungi pihak gdex tetapi jawapan yang di terima amat mengecewakan. Pihak gdex tidak mengetahui kenapa barang tersebut tidak dihantar. Disebabkan kecuaian gdex saya tidak dapat menghantar dokumen tersebut pada tarikh yang sepatutnya. Saya meminta pihak gdex bertanggungjawab atas kesalahan ini.

Saya begitu kecewa dengan layanan yang diberikan olef staf GDEX yang sepatutnya hantar Peti Ais ke rumah saya. Saya akui rumah saya berada di tingkat 1. Dan tiada lift utk ke atas. Saya meminta pertolongan utk bawa peti ais sampai di dpn umah sy shj. Namun, sy pula diperli dan ada herdikan sedikit drpd mrk katanya sy tidak punya simpati terhadap mrk. Dan mrk juga ad brkata "kerja kami had utk menghantar shj. Sampai nk bwk ke rumah. itu sudah lebih cik." Sy cuba menegaskan bhwa sy tggl berseorangan & tiada tenaga lelaki di situ. Stlh dipujuk & merayu, akhirnya dpt jgk mrk tlg. Sy mohon agar GDEX dpt mendidik staf mereka supaya tdk berkira memberi pertolongan kpd cust sekiranya pertolongan itu benar2 masuk akal. Tq.

I'm the founder of Borneo Martial Arts Expo, i order 1 championship belt & 300 medals from China for my event B-MAEX dated 28th - 30th December 2018. I been told that my parcel been sent out by using SF Express service dated 22nd Dec 2018. I started calling SF hotline to follow up & told them this parcel need to be send before 28th December 2018. I tried to call almost everyday to follow up the parcel. 26th December 2018, I been told by email & telephone call regards i need to settle the duty/tax & handling fees RM616.20, and shipping charge RM1591 before 3pm so the kastam can release the parcel to be send to Labuan. I had make the payment of RM2207.20 dated 27th Dec 2018, 2:17pm, and i did email the receipt and call them by phone to inform about the payment. 28th Dec 2018, i call GDEX HQ again, i been told that my parcel was miss routed to Sibu. I can't get my championship belt and medals to be present during the welcoming dinner on 28th Dec 2018, i look bad in front of the Guest of Honor, VIPs and the sponsors during the press conference. And i got no medal to present for my whole 3 days event. The service of SFEX & GDEX had ruined my reputation as the founder of Borneo Martial Arts Expo 2018. Until today 3rd January 2019, i haven't receive anything or email notice at all. I need them SFEX and GDEX to pay for my lost in terms of reputation, i need them SFEX & GDEX to compensate me ASAP.

I want to make a compliant regard the office called (DAV) Direct lines: (03 7787 6776). I was call and track my parcel from last 2 weeks. Firstly, your customer service tell my item maybe lost, ask me wait for few days to allow them to search my parcel. Then, I called again again and again. Finally, the officer declared already lost, he says he will send me a message through phone regard the claim with sender. I wait for 2 days, this guys not send any message to me. I called again in days 3, then he said will send immediately. Then, I not receive again. Today need me called third time, finally this guys send me the details through phone. I really don't understand why the easy job need to drag so long time. Please take note and take action to this guys. Really disappointed to GDEX Service. Please treat this is a serious issue.

My parcels had reached GDEX Malim Jaya, Melaka warehouse on 24/12/2018, I understood that 25th was Christmas so I expect your team deliver to me either 26th or 27th Dec'18. However, I wait till 28/12/2018 only called to main line customer service and yet nobody manage to assist & your social media team didn't reply the email at all. Btw, your customer service Melaka promised to send the parcels to me on 28/12/2018 and yet the failed to keep the promise and 2/1/2019 I checked with sender and found out that GDEX Melaka team are trying to change the status to be collection by receiver. Can anyone investigate & look into this issue?
24/11/2018 Parcels reached Melaka warehouse, I understood 25th was Christmas so I expect my parcel can reach on 27/12/2018. Anyhow 28/11/2018 parcel no: [protected] & [protected] from the tracking record, it shown "undelivered due to Sorry Card". But there was no phone call, no sms, no any sorry card etc. After making complaint for more than 5 times been telling by customer service when they sending the parcel nobody at home. GDEX please well trained your staff if they'd like to cheat the customer. FYI, shopping mall operation hour is 10am-10pm impossible there is no one received the parcel. So, the fact is due to your staff laziness and they didn't send out the parcel on time and expect the receiver collect at your warehouse. May I know what is the purpose of using courier service is it to make our own trouble? Btw, making complaint since 28/12/2018 and nobody revert to me especially your customer service team, are they sleeping in the office?

My parcel arrived parit buntar since 24-12-2018 9.23am and tracking showing parcel being delivered out on 26-12-2018 around 11am and failed to deliver due to unable to locate the location. Made a called to GDEX and confirmed will deliver on next day 27-12-2018 and till now 8.04pm 27-12-2018 still not receive it. What a lousy and bad services from GDEX. GDEX commitment clearly indicated same day and next day delivery unfortunately can't even deliver it after 3 days

I bought a product on lazada and was informed that the parcel arrived at GDEX MENTAKAB on 17/12/2018. Today I already call gdex Mentakab.. Staff said will deliver my parcel by today (19/12) before 12.30pm. But didn't receive yet. I have make another call on 2pm. Another staff answer my call and said if urgent, please come and collect it because too many parcel there! No manner your staff attitude. Please be nice to your customer. Don't not rude with your customer. Please improve your services.

i would like to pickup myself the parcel. Before i go to Gdex Bayan Baru Penang i try to call but nobody answer the phone. So i directly go to Gdex Bayan Baru Penang branch to pick up my parcel, i wait around 20min the staff gdex told me can.t find my parcel bcoz of too many stock then she say will call me back by today before 12.30pm but i never receive the call.
I can't believe can't get my parcel even directly go to branch, i feel really waste the customer time.

i call again the staff told me ship by this weeks, i told them i waiting become 1 week & very urgent the parcel can i directly go to bayan baru branch collect myself. But she told me need check n see its can find my parcel, until now did receive any call from them. So now i can't do anything, i really disappointed
