GDex / GD Express Service I'm complaining about my parcel still stuck at the logistics facility.

GAMA001085616 this is the tracking number provided at lazada which they stated that delivery partner is Gdex. I need my parcel as soon as possible because I need to use it for my online distance learning.

GDex / GD Express The delivery personnel

This is the worst service ever. Gdex are the not capable of providing excellent service. I will go on social media and broadcast to to ever use this again.

On 10/nov, around 3:30pm, this guy called me that he is bring my parcel and I should come down. I told him I am currently on work call but I will be down in 5-minim. 5 min later I quickly pause the meeting I was on and well down to wait for him.

I called him multiply times exactly 7 min later. I contacted him like 20 times with different number. At least as a professional, he should at least call me and tell me he wont come back or apologies. It is very very rude to ignore calls. Today he came back and started harassing and was unethical.

You guys should up your game!

Barang yang saya beli telah sampai di gdex tawau pada 15 okt 2020 tetapi sehingga sekarang tiada tindakan atau panggilan telefon dibuat. Berapa lama perlu saya tunggu untuk mendapatkan barang yang saya kirim?

GDex / GD Express Poor service of gdex courier (lazy)

I bought something from online seller and they use gdex as a medium..

Then when the day come (which is today) they ask me to fetch the item myself.. I already told regarding the direction on how to go to my house and offer for waze, but they reluctant to go to my house and asked me to go to the office since they do not know where my house is..

What bring me so sad is that, how come other courier from differrnt company willingly to send the item themselves with my instruction if they do not know how to go there at the first place..

I pay the service charge same as other courier, but the service of gdex was really really bad..

I hope gdex will improvised the service and to teach the lazy worker who are reluctant to do so

Setia ni orang harta barang kurang ajak, number dia 019 217 6080 harta barang pun x boleh sabab, tunggul sekeja pun x boleh, nak cepat-cepat, you nak pergi mati, nak datang apa message pun xharta, dah harta barang 5minit baru harta message... service 👎👎

GDex / GD Express Undelivered due to misrouted

Hey my item was supposed to arrive today but was delay due to the fault at your end. The tracking said my parcel is undelivered due to misrouted. Please please please resolve this issur as soon as possible as I need the item urgently. This is unprofessional of your company and it is really a disappointing service on your part.

GDex / GD Express Urgent item

My item stuck too long at Petaling Jaya Hub since 10/10/2020. It more than 1 week already. Need my item as soon as possible for working purpose. Expensive item and afraid of damage because it take too long. My other item already delivered using J&T and Pos Laju which take only 3-4 days. So why GDex so bad at shipping. I hope i got a solution here as soon as possible.

GDex / GD Express I am complaining about your staff

Tracking number: MY10007777781

Hello Gdex, this staff who delivered the item is so rude. We paid for the service yet your staff is being rude towards may dad. First, he asked my dad to pick up the item himself, and why he is not deliver it directly. After my dad arrived, he said "Did you walk?" referring why my dad late. So dissappointed. Have some manners with the older.

GDex / GD Express Order status

I work at home but waited whole day for GDEX for my parcel. Then when I checked, the status shows, "Undelivered due to Hold for Reattempt Date". The courier did not come to my house at all since before 7pm.

GDex / GD Express Item in transit over 1 week MY30113067446

My item in transit since 7/8, sent out from Penang on 6/8, and stuck at Petaling Jaya on 7/8 until now. Usually took 2-3 days to arrive, now i don't know when can i received my item. SAD. My company need the item urgently.

GDex / GD Express Product not delivered and it's lost. My10004709468

- 23 Apr Gdex collected parcel from sender,
- 10 June Receiver only inform Sender that parcel still not delivered. Message from Gdex : Hi, the dvd was stuck in Grk office since 25 April. I will inform you once its arrive. It's still stuck and not delivered. Receiver very upset.
-10 June onwards - Sender started calling Gdex and was informed that it is in HQ in PJ and will get someone to call me back. Have been calling Gdex every two other days as no one call me. When I call, reply was they are investigating and will call me back.
- 19 June - Gdex asked me to call Gerik branch to find out myself [protected]. That number can never be reach as it's engaged all the time or no one pick up.
- 23 June Gdex sent to receiver : case file to CCI unit, you may liaise with sender directly for further advice. Again we are sorry. Nirosha Gdex
- 23 June - after getting the message forwarded to me by Receiver on the above message, I called Gdex HQ on the message and why Gdex didn't call me but message Receiver. Was informed that they will refund me and will take 2-3 week. I told Gdex to email me on the situation if cannot reach me through phone. It is 3 weeks now. I want to know what is the outcome and situation.

GDex / GD Express Overdue delivery time

last updated on 3 july 2020, until now still in transit, usually it only takes 2-3 day to deliever. But now it almost a week still in transit from petaling jaya, what's happend? please do some improvement. even during phase 1& 2 MCO didnt happend like this situation, i dont think this kind situation should exist for a bigger company.

GDex / GD Express 2 minggu lebih barang still in transit

Dah call hari hari tanya kenapa parcel still in transit, ada masalah dengan penghantaran. Mula2 gdex cuma cakap sebab overload parcel. Tunggu lah sampai seminggu, takupdate lansung dekat gdex tracking punya website. Bila call gdex cuma cakap barang lagi satu dah hilang, tengah cari. Sebab barang yang post tu ada 2 parcel, satu katanya dah hilang. Ni dah masuk 2 minggu lebih tak ada lansung update. Call customer service punya lah lambat nak angkat. Berpuluh kali call baru la angkat sekali.

GDex / GD Express Item does not delivered to me after 3 weeks

Hi,

As mention above, I am pretty sure you are able to get the gists on the complaint I am making. I have not received my item for 3 weeks, its just there in the branch and not being process even after I call your cs for 3 freaking times. You all said will ask the driver and update you. Dude! I did not get any update. Even your website tracker did not update my item.

Please! Improve your service! I did not use your service for free,, I paid for it!

GDex / GD Express Complaint for service

Dear all,

The following issue still pending:
1) parcel missing (collected on 31.03.20) - my30130185892
2) delay sending parcel (collected on 13.05.20) - my30127816099
3) gdex e-payment - failed to activate login for application (ref#: epayr0005951)

We feel so disappointed & unsatisfy with the gdex services because there has been procrastinating and has not solved the problem although we send by email or by calling the helpline.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

GDex / GD Express Services

We would like to complain about Gdex at Puchong Selangor Branch.
It is really a bad services. We wrote in emails but no response for more than a week. We called but no one pick up. The tracking info was incorrect. Our office operate everyday but the tracking info stated unable to deliver and sent us a "sorry card". We had never received any sorry card. As of today, we don't yet to receive our parcel and it is an urgent chq payment. We hope you can help to the said branch and update us the status. the Tracking number is (MY43095432016). Thanks. GDex / GD Express Bad delivery service and attitude

The delivery is very slow since I ordered the online merchant from 31.05.2020 and requested the items to be sent to my house at these two days. Instead of that, I only received my ordered parcel at 07.06.2020. Yet, the courier workers just threw the parcel on the floor and didn't pass it to me, is that the method to chase way the customers?

GDex / GD Express Rude staff

Bad Gdex delivery service. How can you call me up to tell me I should come to your office and collect my parcel after I paid you for deliver and you ain't even made any delivery attempts.

The person that call me a bit rude. She use this number [protected]. I can tolerate if she speak politely. I don't finish my word, she just hang up like that. Please take action.
