Slow delivery
Item sent out but sent to wrong branch, then the branch need to send back to HQ which the process itself takes a week. Then from HQ to send to correct branch also another. Went to branch, but branch just said too many parcel, shipment will resume back after Raya. Overall time to receive a shipment will be 3-4 weeks. Better dont call yourself a courier service.
Subsequently, another parcel sent out by seller also same process, sent to wrong branch, wrong branch processed back to HQ, HQ send back to correct branch.
Seriously, fix your postcode issue if you know it already. It should not be repeated upon every shipment.
Was expecting to use by Raya hence purchase since 1st week of Ramadhan, but due to this stupid courier service, cant do it anymore.
If possible, seller please avoid this courier service, slow response, repetitive issues.
No further updates of the parcel from gdex e-tracking since 14 may 2020
The parcel with number MY10005144988 sent out from Johor Bahru on 11 May and have reached GDEX Sungai Buloh station on 14 May with status "Inbound to SGB station". Ever since that, no more further updates for the parcel ever since, the parcel NOT received even until 21 May today. Regardless the recipient address (Shah Alam) is just nearby to the Sungai Buloh station, no delivery, no status updates, seems the parcel was totally disappeared from the world!
Regardless how many times calling GDex Sungai Buloh station office, nobody picked up the phone. Calling GDex Customer Service [protected]) every day, the answer given was always the same which is "we will follow up with the issue you raise and will check with the Sungai Buloh station, will update you by today", but in the end seems all turned out to be empty promises as no further feedback from them. Wrote to both
"[protected]@gdexpress.com" and "[protected]@gdexpress.com" reporting the issue as well and no response from at all.
All channels been used but to no avail.
You will find GDex Sungai Buloh station really have such notorious for it's delivery service from internet and unfortunately seems the GDex Managements are turning a blind eye to all our writing complaints as well as turning deaf ear to calling complaints via so called it's Customer Service support. If GDEX not capable to cope with the delivery volume during MCO, please STOP accepting new delivery requests from the public, not continue giving empty promises and cheating the public with delivery promise you are not able to fulfill. I hope GDEX can really understand the concept of "Express" , the real situation happening now is contradictory to it's business vision and mission.

Poor customer service, slow delivery
From the tracking apps its showed that the parcel inbound from 8 may until 13 may no news. I fb messenger and email them but no one reply.
Find, finally it out for delivery today on 14 May. I was waiting for the parcel as the items are so Important that I need to receive by these 2 days. However, around 5pm I checked again the status was stated Undelivered due to Hold for Reattemt Date.
Hallo? I work from home and I never step out from home the whole day, no delivery man no phone call at all.. if you never deliver please DO NOT put out for delivery... really speechless...

Service I am complaining about, when I track my parcel they said its undelivered due to sorry card but there is no sorry card given.

Item still not delivered
Item was shipped out since 29 Apr 2020, it's still not delivered to me as of 12 May 2020. The item was place at their station for more than 10 days! What do they do keeping the item for so long ?
Wrong item received
Just now (04/05/2020) received my packaging (wrong one) from the GD transporter. The slip behind the packaging show the correct sender & receiver name & address. But, the item inside was totally wrong. U had sent me other person package of (Safi Rania product) which locate to JB address. Then my (Ikan bilis) had not found in this packaging. How can this happen? Hope ur team can tackle this problem immediately. Here i attached the photo of ur delivery package.

Rude woman
This is my experience with GDEX. The delivery to my house was alright. The parcel came and I received it. My issue is with the customer service agent on the phone. The person who sent the parcel to me who had written a wrong address to my parcel, so I called GDEX customer service. The first agent is a woman who is abrupt in the way she talked, then when I finally got my point across to her, she asked for the consignment number, I asked if it was the invoice number, she said 'no, the consignment number', so as I scrolled down the page to look for the number, she just hung up. To this woman, I say, "If you don't like this job, don't do it, resign, but if you want to sit in a cutomer service agent position, when you answer calls, you damn well be polite and do your job in a courteous manner to customers and parcel recipients. There is no excuse for your stupid behaviour". I phoned up again and another female agent took my call, and this second woman was polite and professional and got the job done. On the part of GDEX, I would advise them to record all customer service phone calls, so that their staff members behave correctly. There is no automatic recording of phone calls at the moment. If customer service agents know that they are being recorded, they will be courteous as they know their words and attitude are recorded and will be reviewed by the company.

I want to complain that the document has arrived in Malaysia on the 5th April, but today I have not received the document on the 17th April, making me very angry.

Delivery of parcel
I received sms message from GDEX at 11.56 am informing that i'll be receiving my parcel today (11/4/2020). I waited at the hse the whole day for the parcel and finally at 17.11 i received notification stated that attempt to deliver was not successful.
This is absurd as i did not rhear any door knock as well as missed call fm the DELIVERY man like other courier service. Stop giving false information to the customer when no attempt was made. During this MCO, people stay at home and stop lying.
Please look into this matter as it happened to me twice.

Upon checking Gdex's e-tracking for shipment status, I am confused on the delivery status as follows:
3/4/2020 ‘Undelivered due to hold for reattempt date'. I understand if the rider need to reschedule the delivery date due to MCO but not the status for 4/4/2020 ‘Undelivered due to sorry card'. What is sorry card means? Where's the card? My family and I have been staying at home everyday, didn't see any of your rider, no ring, no call...

Inefficient delivery
I had couriered an important shipment (my10004135801) at gdex sg petani branch on the 28th march.
Been tracking the shipment everyday. Since the 30th march the status has been "inbound to psg station" and no further updates regarding that!
Upon calling up gdex hq and gdex pasir gudang, the respond I received for the shipment delay was "oh I wasn't sure whether the venue of delivery which is msm sugar refinery is open or not!". With no further apologies whatsoever! Its been 5 days! And I think if I had used the regular mail or even another courier service, my shipment would have been long delivered! Whats the purpose of even providing the sender and receiver contact number then? When your courier company doesn't even bother to call up and find out whether msm factory is operating or not? Im so disappointed
the parcel reached destination and yet I never received my parcel
The status of my e-tracking stated my parcel has arrived at penang in march 30, and today is april2 still I hv not received it.
Gdex customers service told me that my parcel has a duplicate tracking no. It took them 2 days and still cannot locate where my parcel is, this is sucks
I called up customers service everyday and seemed they were giving me the same answer, which is they need time to investigate!
This is a very lousy excuse
Also, the attachment status show "in transit", meaning a local transit, 40 min drive from my address to gdex bayan baru, is taking 3 days and yet I haven't received it.
It's a total disappointment and wrong choose if using your courier service.
GDex did not fulfill delivery
Hi,
My tracking number is MY40206121054. I ordered my things on 26th March and I can see that it had been collected by GDex on 27th March. However, due to Covid, some of the DIRECT roads from Sungai Buloh to Kota Damansara are closed. However, this doesn't mean that there are no alternatives road that allow GDex to hold my parcel at Sungai Buloh depo due to Covid. It's not LOCKDOWN. It's just MCO guys!
I called few times to explain and request that Gdex may need to find other way to get my parcel delivered to me using alternative road. The solution must come from Gdex and not customer who already paid to Gdex to do their work.
What happenned after I called? Nothing, I keep on receiving the same reason and agent keep saying to me that he/she will check with delivery team to call me back to rearrange delivery. Nothing I hear from Gdex.
I need to fork out my own money to arrrange someone to pick up from Gdex Sungai Buloh and send to me. I already paid bloody RM35 ringgit (including insurance) for Gdex to deliver to me and you guys just take the money and never get the parcel delivered.
I need compensation for this irresponsible behaviour of Gdex. This may be the last time I use your bad service.
