My original order was placed in February 2026 which I received. Was not going to order anymore as I was not happy with the product. I received another order in March, 2026 which I did not know was coming nor did I place the order. This is when I realized that it is a subscription and started emailing them as you cannot cancel anywhere on the website and I saw that I had another shipment ready to ship in April . Flurry of emails and they said all would be taken care of. That did not happen. I received the April shipment and am trying to send back, but they have two different return policies on their website. If you look at the return policy on the orser, it says they have to initiate and will send a return label.. If you look at the refund policy on their webite it stated to just send an email and I am responsible for shipping. The address they give for retuen did not have a zip code so I looked up the address to get the zipcode and the address they give is missing a number. it shows 507 and the number is actually 5107. I am at my wits end with these folks and am going to call my bank to not accept any charges from Goda perfume. It is the only way I kniow to stop it

I ordered on 4-2-26 2 Goda for her perfumes. It is now May 10, 2026, I still have not received original order. I started emailing on 4-7 because I hadn't seen any processing with my purchase. Sent several emails. Any response back said it was processing and back ordered. Near the end of the month they sent a tracking number (which was fake). So I paid original order and still have not received it
Then I received another email confirming a second order for April 30, 2026, another deduction from my account, which I did not purchase or authorize them to do. Again several emails later, they said I signed up for a subscription when I made the first order and it will be an ongoing and reoccurring deduction.

I have never authorized them to continue to charge and purchase anything other than the original order, which I still haven't received. I have email for a cancellation of the subscription and asked for a refund of the 4-2-26 purchase and they said it cannot be refunded since it has been processed. How do I get out of this mess? I want them to cancel my subscription which they falsely, illegally and without authorization are charging. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but don't know how to get it cancelled and get a refund for the order I never received. I don't want anymore of this perfume being deducted from my account.
