I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a series of issues I have encountered regarding my passport request, and I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving them.
On January 8th, after contacting Mariam, she instructed me to leave my picture at Studio 7, which I promptly did. Ten days ago, I followed up with her, and she assured me that both my passport and contract would be ready for collection on Saturday, January 27th.
Yesterday, when I contacted Mariam again, she stated that only the contract was ready, and the passport had not been received from Road 9. Despite this, she handed me the contract without placing it in an envelope. I thanked her and proceeded to Road 9 to collect the passport.
At Road 9, the team, particularly Mai from the sales team, was helpful. However, Mai requested additional pictures, even though I had already provided one to Mariam on January 8th. To my disappointment, I discovered that Mariam hadn't submitted the picture to them, resulting in further delays and inconvenience.
Additionally, I tried reaching Mariam by phone annd WhatsApp and despite multiple attempts, I did not receive a response.
I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify these issues and ensure a smoother resolution to my passport request.
