Dec 2,2023, I was returning items the MOD lost my original receipt, which still had numerous items on it that have not been tried on yet. Therefore I have absolutely NO way of returning any other item on the receipt. The Manager was told by his head manager that they had no way of finding it and to give me back my returned items. That is ridiculous the whole reason for me doing the return was because they didn't fit, why would I take them back? I had my receipt it is not my fault that he lost it. Never once did he offer anything other than that. So now what am I supposed to do. I am stuck with items that were on receipt because your employee is incompetent I hope you can come up with a better solution. I spend a lot of money at Goodwill and have never been treated like that. After All I had everything in order when I arrived to do the return and now I am the one losing money.My receipt along with return receipt and gift card are ALWAYS given back to me until today.
Desired outcome: Gift card for the loss of items that I now can not redeem no fault of my own.
