irresponsible driver
The Grab car has parked on our premises where it CLEARLY STATED NO PARKING and went away. This is a hotel Lobby where guest come and go and we have VIP arrival.
heard that he is using our Guest Toilet and it has been long time.
Understand that this is GRAB CAR. What are the rules.?

unpleasant ride experiences

I would like to complain about a driver of you.
On 24th September morning I called Grab from PENANG International airport to Sungai Petani, one driver immediately accepted my booking. His name appeared to be Chin Yun Khong, driving a grey myvi with plate number PLJ4855. My booking number was: IOS-[protected].
I boarded the car, after driving a distance, he demanded me to cancel the booking. I asked for the reason and he splattered Grab would charge him 25% and he would like to take my booking personally, otherwise he would suffer loss, not worth it. He had a quite unfriendly look, I dare not to say no and I just needed to obey what he said cause I was all alone in the car, he could take me anywhere.
I once took Grab from Sungai Petani to PENANG airport, so when he said the toll fee was separated I was completely fine with that. He also drove rudely and he was using WhatsApp while driving, talking to his friend. As soon as I reached home, he charged me RM113.00 which initially was only RM69.00, the most it could go would be another RM5.60 or RM7.00 for PENANG bridge (for Penang residents or Malaysians respectively) and RM3.60 for toll from Seberang Perai to Sungai Petani Selatan which we mostly use.
I was shocked with the price and I asked why. He claimed that the toll was RM9 and he needed to take round trip (PEN-SP-PEN) which became RM18. Penang bridge passing fee and extra RM20.00 for him to take me from Penang to my home cause the distance was very far. I said none of the Grab driver ever charged me like this and he said: Oh, really? We normally charged like this. I wanted to take out my calculator and calculate, soon before I on my phone he asked me no need to count, he was charging me very fairly. I was so angry but I could not do anything, there was nobody at my home that time.
Before I left the car, he even passed me a name card, with different phone number, he said he is currently doing car service, next time if I need any car service I can contact him, no need to call Grab anymore.
I am feeling very very unhappy with him and the experience, he's been using Grab's platform to do his own business, taking the company for granted.
Below are the accusations:
1. He asked the passenger to cancel the booking instead of him, so that he could maintain his reputation and Grab would send job to him immediately.
2. He simply uses the platform to make his own money, asking the passenger to cancel the booking so that Grab would not charge him 25%.
3. If anything happened to me there would be nobody to help. At least there's emergency contact if I use Grab
4. He charged ridiculously high it was seemed to be deceiving
5. Due to all these he simply not eligible to become a driver, he would really bring down your reputation
I am seeking for a response from you ASAP. Hope I made it clear enough and looking forward to an appropriate answer. He should be disqualified.

driver ask customer to cancel booking
place booking and get grab car, but driver ask for cancel due some prolem. I ask him cancel buy himself but no reply and no cancel! If cancel by driver their selves, it is get somethings penalty from company? Why need ask customer for cancel! if got problem, why need accept for this booking? Is it when you accept booking from customer, you need first think to your "problem" how do you feel if u already get the service within two minutes bus ask for cancel
driving grab while in working hours
Hi Grab,
I just spoke to Grab personal at Kuching office just few munites ago. Sadly i am not allow to come in and we just talked at the door. Basically that was not the issue. Below are the issue.
I have an employee that driving Grab while on working hours. If there is posibility that i can get some leads or proves on this matter. It is crucial before any court proceeding (labour or industrial court) happen, I believe everybody try to avoid that. Therefore I need somebody from Grab to contact me on the matter. Im not against Grab as i love grab, however, having this kind of issues is a little bit tiring.

1st issue:
Im grabcar driver. Most of time, we get lot of passenger cancellation. Then lastly we get suspension. It's look not fair. Because driver not cancel the job, we accept the job 90%. Once passenger do job cancellation and give not true reason, example: Driver say do cancel the booking. Lastly driver get suspension.
2nd issue:
Once driver make report about passenger give wrong location and talk very harsh, the grab helpline never take action immediatly.
Once we call helpline grab also never attend the call. We ask about any issue, they not give proper reason. They say in system not give reason, only know the top management . Grab helpline didn't do any enquiry about the complaint issue.
3rd issue:
Nowdays no more inceitive for driver. Very low get job and low pay.

12.14am 20th, sep Driver name as Philip Sim Peng Seng. I was booking one grab from Melawati Mall, me and my sister two girls going home. Once we sit in to his car, he slowly open his gps and heading to the one way opposite way. We are scared and worried so loudly to speak out that driver is go wrong way have to go the correct way, if opposite car come will happen accidents, very dangerous. After we speak out, he feeling not like he shout back to us, say we are try to threaten him. We teach him go correct way, but he look like very not satisfied us, he not feeling he is wrong. After that he don't want to brong us to destination he wants drop off us to the half way that not the destination, we say drop off us to the pick up point if feel don't want to fetch us. So he drop off us to the pick up point. We so disappointed and take another book. This driver is very dangerous. Please take noted and hope the complaints will be work. I don't hope that the next passager will have the same treat from this no manner driver. He is no manner to the passager and dangerous driving. Thank you so much.

The driver never pickup the call and never reply my message . I wait to long . I call for the last time He(Friend driver) pickup and tell me to cancel the booking because he(driver) going out buy the food . And i ask he if provided refund ? And he say yes . But it already charges my wallet . I hope higher management will take issue seriously because we as a customers not get any warranty to get our money back . Thank you .
small cars come to airports
I really dont understand small cars such as myvi coming to airport to do business. I always take grabcar home from airport and my husband and I always have 1 baggage each. Always small cars such as myvi will take my order and they will ask 1st how many luggage I have. I have only 2 and they will tell you their cars canot fit that many luggages! 2 pieces! In the end, they forced me to cancel their order as they canot do it themselves because they will be penalized! Can you do something about it because coming out from airrport is already tiring and dealing with these drivers sometimes drives u even more crazy!

I've sent email to grab car malaysia for the ridiculous charges on my credit card.

I've ordered grab car on 13 Aug 2018 from PPUM to Taman pusat kepong by pay cash RM16.50 to grab driver.
However, when i top up my gray credit card on 12 Sep, the apps pop out the outstanding balance of RM16.50 of this trip and force to settle this payment. I have to click pay to further use for next grab car calling. There is duplicate charges on same trip to me. Please refund the charges above to my grab credit card

PNA 1246, blue colour myvi which pick up he/her passengers at Lubuh Cintra today at around 10:15-10:30pm. The driver stop right after turning into Lebuh Cintra ( at the corner) from Lebuh Campbell with NO ANY SIGNAL given to others driver. Even other drivers honk, that grabcar myvi driver insist stop there and wait for the passengers enter the car. After pick up the driver only move.
bpb 2250 grey alza drive reckless
Dated 15 Sep 2018 @ 2305pm, grey alza car plate registration number BPB2250 crash into our safety cone that we use for road closure at Jalan Plumbum 7/102.
Driver with bad attitude and arrogant.
We do have drop off for grab driver but didnt follow and make his own conveniences to drop off his customer and go off.
Appreciate that Grab can look into this matter seriously.

WYU 3608, this driver is rude.. I already book in the grabcar malaysia app to pick up at kfc, de centrum. he sent me a message that I cant understand what he trying to convey. He sent me 7/11. I wait for him. Then i call him, are you already arrive then he said yes, i wait too long..he got mad to me. I become angry. I said i didint see his car at the place i book for pickup. He said, i already sent you a message the message 7/11 seven 11. He blame me. I was getting angry. I said to him, you sent me that short message. How i able to understand. How about old woman or old man, they cant understand the way you sent a message. You should sent a message that able for peoples to understand you. I said to him, this is the way you treat customer?! You should fulfill customer need and wants! You get angry to customer, you blame customer. You change the place whenever you want, customer want you to pickup at kfc, you dont want? Seriously?!
dishonest driver
the driver picked me without accepting me on app, l that unfortunately I did not notice that. once i arrived at destination, he asked me to cancel the booking so that he could AVOID COMMISSION. This did not affect me but I can stand seeing dishonest person dis like this.

grab wallet did not top up
I trued to topup my grab wallet through online banking, amount is RM 18. I got an email from the bank saying that my transaction was successful. But my grab wallet did not topup. The balance is still the same as last time. Even on the ‘Recent Activity' did not say i topup my grab wallet. But I checked my bank account and the Rm18 was taken out from it. Where did my money go? Please help me! I need to go home right now, and this is really frustrating.
scheduled booking in advance
Every time I attempt to book in the morning, I repeated receive the pop-up error "sorry, all driver's are busy" or the driver will call and request my destination or just cancels.
I decided to use the "schedule a booking feature" for a requested pick-up of 7:30am the following morning. After numerous attempts, I finally received a driver acceptance. The driver then called me and stated he is unable to accept and requested I cancel (for which I did and stated the driver requested). After three more attempts, I finally received a confirmation at 21:30. The next morning, 15 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time the driver cancelled!
This is very poor business practice and there needs to be repercussions/penalties for the drivers lack of customer service.

My wife has made an order on my behalf for a grab taxi on 5:46pm 11/9/18.
She chose taxi with plate no JSG 8205. (Proton Saga Grey).
